"Jesus, I almost had a heart attack"I whisper-yelled when I saw it was just Lorenzo.
"Sorry, I'm just happy your still alive after being in a car with them" He said dramatically.
"I thought I was going to die" I acted with him before looking at him and we bursted out laughing.
"What is so funny?" I heard grandpa ask.
I smiled turning around and run to him giving him a hug.
"I missed you and look I have the bracelet on" I showed him my wrist after releasing him in the hug.
"I missed you to my little dove." He smiled giving me a kiss on the head.
After that I hugged grandma and then we went inside. While walking I gripped Xavier's hand tight, being scared of the people.
I've become used to being with my family and not be scared of them and stuff. But with other people, people I don't know....it's different. They all still scare me and I keep thinking that they'll hurt me. Especially with men, I just....I can't explain it.
We walked to the reception together before grandpa asked for the reservation for Hernandez in the scariest tone I've ever heard.
Hearing our surname the lady's eyes went wide in fear before telling us to follow her.
"Why is she so scared?" I asked Xavier who just like the others had an emotionless expression on his face.
My heart was already beating a mile an hour and now with them being so...scary wasn't a well combination.
I gripped Xavier's hand tighter and I'm sure he could feel my increased heartbeat because he gently rubbed circles on my hand trying to calm me.
The lady let us to an elevator before stepping aside so we could get in.
I hate elevators. It's not like I can't be in them or anything or maybe that it could snap any moment. But it was legit just the feeling from the lift beginning or ending, just that little shock thingy scares the shit out of me every time.
When the lift closed, Xavier's expression turned back to normal, soft and brought me into a hug.
"You're okay, no one is going to hurt you we're here. calm down" He cooed me whispering and rubbing my back.
Right before the elevator opened up again he released me but gave me a quick kiss on the head before going back to the emotionless expression. He still held my hand though so that's a good thing.
When the elevator opened, a man stood right beside it who then let us to a private VIP room.
When he opened the door I could already see the others from the family sitting down.
We walked inside before the man closed the door and as soon as Matteo saw me he ran to me, giving me a hug.
I laughed hugging him back. "I miwssed you" He muttered against me.
"I missed you too bud."
After releasing him we greeted the others, I gave everyone a hug while they also gave me a kiss on the head most of the time.
Many of them gave me complements before we all sat down.
I was sat in between Blake and Xavier.
I looked at the clock and it was now exactly 6pm.
I looked around while sitting down. It is really beautiful in here. Especially the big windows that could make you look over the city, it was already starting to get dark from the winter hours, so the sight was magnificent.
"What do you want to order for a drink?" Blake asked
"Just some water and can you order for me please."
"Okay Angelo" he answered back.
While waiting, I got lost in my mind.
I'm still wondering why they put up this emotionless act for everyone unless it's with family. It could be that it's because of what grandpa said, because we're rich that we maybe need to look...scary?...so that people wont go after the money. I'm not sure but I think that would be the best guess.
A waiter, who's name is...I scrunched my eyes together to see the name tag...Jake came in the room. He was I think about 16 or 17. So he probably works here for a little extra money.
"Good evening everyone, I'm Jake and I'll be your waiter for tonight." He said looking around the room until his eyes landed on me.
"What would you like to order for drinks?" He asked, never taking his eyes of off me. I shifted uncomfortable under his gaze.
Everyone started telling their orders in the same emotionless tone, only taking his eyes of off me when writing.
I think the others noticed because the most of them were clenching their fists and sounded pissed.
I could see Blake trying to control his temper but it didn't work really well, his knokkels were turning white at how hard he was clenching them.
So
I took Blake's fist and tried to calm him down, the same way Xavier tried to calm me down earlier.
It worked..I think. He released his fists from the tight grip he had on it.
When Jake had everyone's order he left the room.
When he left we all looked at what we would eat. I just told Blake that some pasta didn't matter which kind, then Jake came back in the room with a tray of drinks.
He walked around the round table giving the orders to everyone.
When he came to Xavier he walked further to behind me too then lean over and give Xavier his drink.
Then for my water he came too me and gently stroked against my back and gave me my drink. I shivered at his touch and not the good one.
"Your very pretty princess" He whispered in my ear before giving Blake his order.
After giving Blake his order he just continued giving everyone their drinks before asking what we would like to eat.
We talked some more with everyone before I drank some water.
Jake came back inside with some other guy who I think the others already knew because you could see some faces lit up.
They both gave everyone their food and again the same thing happened with Jake.
He brushed against me while I this time moved away from him.
"Can you not please" I said when he just came closer to where I moved.
"Why not princess, you're hot. Maybe you could come home with me. I can make you feel good." He said what was supposed to sound seducive but didn't. The others were talking so they didn't see what was happening.
My eyes went wide at hearing that statement. He came closer to me and touched me.
"Stop, please. Go away." I pleaded as I started to get some flashbacks from when Pierre touched me inappropriately.
"Oh you're going to be begging like you are now later." He said coming closer.
I stood up and slapped him in the face before pushing him away.
"I said stop, you asshole. Don't touch me." I said in a harsh tone before my eyes went wide realising what I did and shock came over me.
I've never been the person that would intentionally hurt people, guilt came over me even though I know it was just self defence if you look at it in my way.
The others stood up too, when I stood up seeing what could have happened.
Jake had a pissed look on his face now, "oh you're going to pay for that little girl"
He tried to get closer but Blake took him and punched him in the face.
"Don't.touch.my.sister.you.prick, " He said punching him after every word before stopping, pulling him up and continuing talking. "I saw how you looked at her, you're disgusting. Now I don't want to make a scene in front of her so go" he sneered pushing him towards the door.
When he left, the other man continued serving us while apologising multiple times.
When everyone had their food he left while we sat down.
"What happened" Grandpa spoke, demanding an answer.
"He was like tou-touching me and saying things how he could make me feel go-good, how I'm going to be be-begging later...I asked him to stop but he didn't s-so I slapped him and pushed him away from me" I answered scared of his tone, still in shock and letting everything sink in what just now happened.
Xavier rubbed my back while I was talking and eventually gave me a hug while I tried to get my heart rate under control again.
While talking I also saw the others getting more and more pist, but pride showed when I told them that I punched him.
"Sorry, I-I didn't mean to make a scene" I apologised while sitting back in my chair.
"You didn't make a scene, I'm happy you stood up for yourself like that. Next time try to tell your brother or something so they can't even touch you. Normally we come here every week, but we've never seen him before he will be fired at the end of the night." Dad answered this time.
"Okay" I muttered under my breath.
"Let's try to make this a good night again and eat" Grandma tried to sheer us all up.
We agreed and started eating.
My food had a weird taste on it but I didn't think anything of it after all it was the first time I've eaten this pasta.
We all started talking and made the night fun again.

We were all done eating, now just talking.
We're probably going to end the night soon.
I started to feel nauseous so I asked Xavier for directions to the bathroom.
Xavier gave them and right when I closed my stall, I felt everything come up again.
I threw all my food back up.
When I had emptied my stomach I flushed the toilet and washed my hands and mouth.
I felt really weird and floaty.
My vision was weird and dubbel.
I decided to go back to the others, who are just 2 hallways away.
I opened the door from the bathrooms and stumbled back to my family.
While walking I suddenly got pushed against to wall while...Jake??..started kissing me harshly.
I tried to get out of his hold but he just held me tighter.
I couldn't escape.
