Bellas P.O.V
Last night was entertaining. Emmett and Peters reactions to my yelling at them were priceless. Jasper and I felt their fear. I also briefly read their thoughts which were both that they hoped I wouldn't kick their asses. I loved them both dearly, but those fuckers got on my nerves sometimes.
Carlisle and Esme were just coming back from their hunt when my yoda went off.
"The Denalis will be here in 10 minutes." Peter and I yelled to everyone.
"JINX" I quickly yelled before Peter could. We decided to do that after our first yoda moment together. Now he couldn't talk for 20 minutes.
"That's just mean darlin'." Jasper said chuckling and pulling me on to his lap. I cuddled into his chest and kissed his lips lightly.
"Eh..he'll live." I told him.
The others came to join us in the livingroom, pulling their mates on to their laps, while Angela sat next to me and Jasper. Peter was glaring at me from behind Char. I couldn't help but laugh at him. Everyone else laughed too when they noticed him. Causing him to glare at them too.
We all sat in silence until we heard the Denalis car pull on to the driveway. Seconds later they were out and knocking on the door. Carlisle opened the door and welcomed them in to the house. Eleazer was first to enter and walk around to the livingroom followed by Carmen, Kate, a male I didn't know, Tanya and Irina.
"Welcome Eleazer, Carmen, Tanya, Kate, Irina and Garrett." Carlisle greeted.
"Thank you Carlisle." Eleazer replied.
He glanced over at me and his jaw dropped. I wonder if he could sense all of my powers. Carlisle saw this and introduced us.
"Guys you know Esme, Rose, Emmett and Jasper. That is Bella, Jaspers mate. Angela, their friend from school and Peter and his mate Charlotte. The last two were sired by Jasper in the southern wars and all 4 of them are apart of his coven." Carlisle said.
"I didn't know you had a coven Jasper." Carmen said shocked.
"Yes ma'am I do." He drawled.
"Hey Major. Peter. Charlotte." Garrett said.
Oh so this is Garrett. The nomad that blabbed to Peter about us being in Ohio. I can't be mad at him, he didn't know what we were really up to.
"Garrett." They all acknowledged him with a nod.
"What are you doing with the Denalis?" Asked Carlisle as he went to sit next to Esme again. The others followed and took a seat wherever they could.
"He's Kates mate Carlisle." I said answering for Garrett. The Denalis all looked at me curiously.
"How did you know that?" Eleazer asked shocked.
"Well before I answer that, what do you see as my power Eleazer?" I asked
He studied me for a moment then said "I can't actually get a read on you. Your blocking me. So your a shield?" He asked
"Yes I am a mental and physical shield, I can read minds and project my thoughts to others and I'm a power stealer." I told him.
The Denalis and Garrett looked at me in astonishment with their mouths hanging open.
"You have more than one power? That's very rare." Carmen said in awe.
"I also have other gifts that I have copied. In total besides those 3 I have about 30 others." I said nonchalantly. Their shock increased big time.
"What are they?" Carmen asked curiously.
"Before I answer that is it oK if I copy yours and Kates gifts Eleazer?" I asked. I didn't want to take them without permission, since they were technically family.
"I don't mind." Eleazer said.
"Me neither, but thank you for asking Bella." Kate smiled.
I nodded and extended my shield to cover them both. I copied their gifts then dropped my shield.
"OK so besides your gifts, I have seeing the future (Alices gift), empathy (Jaspers gift), "the yoda" (Peters gift), seeing auras (Charlottes gift), lie detection (Angelas gift), fire manipulation, water manipulation, controlling our sparkle, telekinesis, levitation, teleportation, bringing people back to life, element control, knowing when humans or vampires will have a gift, illusions, mind control, changing appearances, shifting, healing, invisibility, walking through things, controlling metal and glass, psychometry, to give powers I possess to others, evasion, talking to animals, voice copier, and outcome manipulation." I told them.
"Wow" Eleazer said atonished.
I glanced at Rose and Eleazer copied my movement. He gasped in shock after he figured out her power.
"Your a siren Rose? When did you acquire a power?" He asked curiously. Rose looked to me and I nodded in understanding.
"I used my gift of seeing if vampires had a gift on Peter, to test out its limits. I had a sudden need to use it on Rose, so I did. It was faint at first, until she hunted on our diet with us. I used it on her after we were done hunting, and her power aura was shining so bright it nearly knocked me on my butt. Her power was never known of because she has to drink human blood for it to work. She's on our diet of rapists, murderers and occasionally the terminally ill now. I have to be on it too because of my gifts." I told them.
"Wow that's sure a lot to take in." Eleazer said.
"You think that's a lot, you should hear what's been happening to Bella and Jasper the last couple months." Emmett mumbled loud enough for everyone to hear.
"What do you mean? What's been going on?" Kate asked intrigued.
I glared at Emmett and sent 'should we tell them?' to Jasper in his head.
'If ya want too darlin' he thought back.
"If you guys really want to know you'll have to bear with me, it's a long story." I told them.
They all nodded their heads to let me know it was alright to tell them. Before I could start, Esme asked if one of the boys minded heading into town to grab something for her. Jasper and Peter volunteered. Jasper kissed me, while Peter kissed Char. After they had left she joined Angela and I on the couch, on the other side of me.
I then proceeded to tell them everything that has happened since I saved Edward from the Volturi, til now. I felt their disbelief, anger, shock and betrayal, whenever I mentioned Alice and Edward. I felt Tanyas lust the first time I spoke Edwards name. It soon turned into disgust, anger and resentment as I went on. After I finished, leaving the part about Aro killing Dydime out, I turned to Eleazer who was the first one to speak.
"So you are the goddess of war, and Edward, Alice and the Volturi want you dead?" He asked.
"Not all of them. Marcus, Jane, Alec, Demetri, Felix and Chelsea don't want to fight us. We will not be killing them. They actually want to get away from Aro and Caius, but are afraid that they will get killed if they leave. Aro has already killed one person they loved because he thought her mate and her were leaving." I said looking at Eleazer. I could tell he was trying to figure out who I was talking about. I could feel his confusion.
"Who?" He asked.
I sighed and slowly said "Dydime."
"He what?" Gasped Eleazer. The rest of his family gasped as well. They were all shocked and confused.
"Aro heard that Marcus and Dydime were leaving. He thought it was forever when in reality they were just planning on taking a little vacation. Instead of confronting Marcus, he killed Dydime with Caius and Renatas help and told everyone else that it was the Romanians." I said.
"How did you figure that out?" Carmen asks.
"Peters gift. We call it the yoda. It tells us random information at times. If you concentrate hard enough it will tell you facts about anything you want to know." I said.
"I can't believe Aro would do that to his own sister." Eleazer said disgusted and sympathetic.
"I plan on telling Marcus the truth. I'm going to let him kill Aro. I'm also going to bring back Dydime for him. My yoda told me where her ashes are and how to get there." I said.
"He will be so happy." Carmen said smiling at me.
I smiled back and nodded my head. There was silence in the room as the Denalis processed everything they had learned today. I looked at Carmen and Kate and wondered if they wanted kids. I'll ask Eleazer. I know he can keep a secret.
'Eleazer' I thought to him.
'Yes Bella'
'I'm going to tell you about another gift I copied, but you cannot tell anyone. I'm going to surprise Rose, Char and Esme with it after we kill Aro and Caius. I have the ability to make female vampires conceive children'
He gasped in his head and thought 'I didn't know that's possible. Don't worry your secret is safe with me Bella'
'Thank you Eleazer. There is a reason I told you. Do you know if you and Carmen and Kate and Garrett would like to have children?' I asked.
'They both have always wanted children Bella. That would mean the world to them and me. Thank you so much ' he thought.
'No problem' I said smiling at him. He smiled back and nodded slightly.
Jasper and Peter returned shortly after that and we all continued to talk, getting to know eachother. Jasper and I stayed in his study that night so Kate and Garrett could stay in our room. Eleazer and Carmen stayed in Alices room, while Tanya and Irina stayed in Edwards room. We all wanted some privacy, even if it wasn't technically considered very private.
Jaspers P.O.V
Esme had just asked which one of us boys would run into town for her. Knowing it was an excuse to get out to talk to Charlie, I immediately agreed. Peter also said he'd go. He had his I know shit look plastered on his face. We both kissed our mates and headed to Bellas jeep. Once we were out of hearing range, he spoke.
"So your proposin' to Bella huh major?" He asked, even though he knew the answer.
"Yup" I replied.
"That was an excuse so you could get out ta ask Charlies permission wasn't it?" He asked.
I just nodded and made my way to the station. We arrived 5 minutes later and I told Peter to stay in the car. I made my way inside and stopped at the front desk.
"Can I help you?" The cop behind the desk asked politely.
"Yes I'm here ta talk ta chief Swan please." I said to him.
"Just a minute, let me see if he is up for visitor's."
I nodded my head and he disappeared to talk to Charlie. Three minutes later he came back and told me to follow him. He led me to Charlies office and opened the door motioning for me to go inside. He closed the door behind me and I introduced myself formally to the chief.
"Hello chief Swan, I am Jasper Whitlock. I am currently dating your daughter sir." I spoke to him politely and reached out to shake his hand.
"Ah Jasper. It is nice to finally meet you." He said grasping my hand and shaking it. He didn't flinch at my cold skin, which I assumed was because he was used to it with Bella. "So Jasper what can I do for you son?" He asked.
I replied "well sir I came here today ta ask ya for your permission, I would like ta ask Bella ta marry me. I love her with all my heart sir. She has been through a lot and I want ta make sure that she is happy forever."
He pretended to think it over for a minute before he replied. His emotions gave away that he was just pretending.
"Yes I give you my permission Jasper. I can tell that you love Bella and I know she loves you. You are a good man and I know she will be happy with you." He said
"Thank ya so much chief Swan. I promise ta take care of her and ta treat her with the love and respect she deserves." I said honestly.
"I know you will. And it's Charlie son." He said getting up to shake my hand.
"Thank ya Charlie." I said shaking his hand.
"Your welcome." He replied.
We talked for a few more minutes until I told him I should get back to Bella and my family. He hugged me and went back to his work.
Peter and I stopped off at the hardware store and got Esme a new hand shovel, to keep up with our excuse to get out of the house. We bought a few things that I wanted for when I proposed to Bella and took them to a clearing that overlooked a huge waterfall. It was full of flowers and would look beautiful at sunrise. That's when I was planning on proposing. After we were done we headed back to the Cullens house.
We all sat in the livingroom getting to know each other before heading off for some alone time. Bella and I stayed in my study, so Kate and Garrett could use our room. Kate and Bella became fast friends. They are a lot alike.
Sunrise was approaching fast. We had 20 minutes to get to the clearing. I got up from our position on the couch and told her I had a surprise for her. She still hates surprises but was curious enough to agree.
We walked outside where I put a blindfold around her eyes.
"Jasper what are you doing?" She asked in annoyance.
"Makin sure ya don't peek darlin'." I told her.
I picked her up bridal style and ran towards the clearing. I set her on her feet and took the blindfold off about 10 feet away from the clearing. I grabbed her hand and led her the rest of the way.
Bellas P.O.V
Jasper told me he had a surprise for me. He knows that I hate surprises but I couldn't help but to be curious. We walked outside where he put a blindfold over my eyes.
"Jasper what are you doing?" I asked annoyed.
"Makin sure ya don't peek darlin'." He drawled.
He picked me up bridal style and ran into the forest. He soon let me down and took off my blindfold. Then he grabbed my hand and led me towards a big clearing.
Pushing through the trees I gasped when we entered a big clearing. It was absolutely beautiful. There were flowers everywhere and a huge waterfall that took my breath away. Not really, you know what I mean.
"It's beautiful." I whispered.
I looked away from the waterfall and noticed there was a blanket layed out on the ground with two bottles on it. One was blood and the other was wine.
Jasper led me over to the blanket and poured us both a glass of blood and wine. We sat down and drank both glasses watching the sunrise.
Suddenly Jasper got up pulling me with him. His emotions were all over the place and was he shaking slightly. He was nervous and it made me curious. He looked me in the eyes and got slowly down on one knee and pulled out a little black box. He opened it and proceeded to say
"Isabella Marie Swan I have loved ya since the first time I layed eyes on ya, even though back then I had no idea what I was really feelin. You are everything I ever could have hoped for in a mate. I want ta spend the rest of my existence lovin ya and makin ya as happy as you make me. Will ya do me the extraordinary honor of marryin me darlin'?"
I didn't even have to think about my answer. I loved him with all my heart. I immediately replied
"Yes"
The smile that spread across his face was beautiful. He slipped the ring on my left hand and kissed it. He got up and swung me around, kissing me passionately. The kiss quickly became heated, and we soon were making sweet passionate love on the blanket.
We returned to the Cullens an hour and a half later and we were embraced and congratulated by everyone. I can't wait to marry Jasper. He is the love of my life, and I will love him for all of eternity.
