After a busy Saturday night where Elle and Cedric stayed up late into the morning watching muggle movies, they groggily fell asleep in his dorm laid in his bed together, as friends of course, before waking up Sunday around noon.

"God, we slept in late, hm?" Cedric hummed, sitting up in his bed to stretch as he peered at the blonde girl next to him.

"Hmmm." She sleepily mumbled out.

"Come on Elle, it's noon, and I'm starving. Let's get lunch." Cedric tried to persuade her out of bed as she just used her hand to wave him off.

"I'm fine here."

"Ellie," Cedric giggled, "Come on." He walked over to her side of the bed, using his hands to grab her sides and lifting her out of bed as she let out a squeal before she was placed back on her feet, sending Cedric an unimpressed look.

"Was that necessary?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Very, ready to go?"

"I have to go back to my dorm to change." Elle sighed, slipping her shoes back on.

"Here, just wear a sweater of mine." Cedric said, walking to his closet and tossing her a hoodie to wear, which happened to have his last name across the back. Elles face turned a tad pink as she slipped it on, walking over to his mirror to comb her hair before deciding her look was fine. Cedric stood to the side, admiring his friend in the mirror, desperately wishing they were more than that.

The two made their way to the great hall, seeing that Luke, Liv, Dylan, and Ian all sat together at the Gryffindor table, deciding to sit with them. Cedric and Elle joined the group, Jackson following behind them.

"Where were you this morning?" Jackson asked the two.

"Sleeping." Elle told him, pouring herself some coffee she so desperately needed.

"We stayed up half the night watching movies." Cedric told the group.

"I can see that... nice sweater Elle." Dylan smirked, leaning back in his seat to the name sprawled out on the back.

"Be quiet." Elle hissed, gulping down her coffee.

"Someone's cranky." Ian laughed.

"She's not a morning person." Cedric laughed.

"It's noon!" Olivia pointed out as the group laughed.

"Morning for me." Elle shrugged before she heard what used to be one of her favorite sounds booming through the great hall, Freds laugh.

Her eyes almost immediately, out of habit, trailed down the table to see Fred laughing loudly with Angelina, George, and Lee.

She couldn't help but stare at Fred's face, as he turned to look at Angelina, seeing him mouth the word 'baby', causing her to quickly look away. It seems that Elle wasn't the only one who caught what Fred said as Luke rested a comforting hand on her back from next to her.

"Oh my gosh, did he call her baby?" Elle whispered to Luke next to her.

"Maybe..." Luke whispered back.

"I'm not okay." Elle told him, the full realization that Fred was moving on now hitting her... and breaking her heart.

"Play it cool... don't let him know you are upset." Luke whispered back as she rested her hand on her palm.

"Yeah..." Elle sighed, trying to seem interested in the conversation her friends were having but just wanting to crawl into bed and cry instead. This is going to be a rough week Elle couldn't help but think.

Monday evening, Elle sat in the Gryffindor common room, trying to catch up on her studying that she should have done over the weekend when Fred walked in.

Elle let out a sigh as she tried to not make eye contact with him, but it was no luck to her when he sat in a chair not too far from her.

"Hi Elle." Fred quietly said.

"Fred." Elle nodded at him.

"How's it going?" Fred asked as she slammed her book shut, looking up to finally make eye contact with him.

"What are you doing?" Elle asked.

"What do you mean? I was just trying to talk to you..."

"I know that, why?" Elle hummed.

"Because I am trying to be your friend." Fred sighed out at the blonde.

"Well, I don't want to be friends with you. At all." Elle repeated as Fred rolled his eyes.

"Why? Elle, can we at least make this civil? God, all I did was break up with you."

"That's all you did?" Elle bitterly laughed out, "How funny is it that you ran to her, the second that we called it quits."

"You ran to Diggory! He literally snuck out of your room!" Fred argued back.

"As friends! Cedric and I have only ever been friends-" Elle started before Fred interrupted.

"Does Cedric know that?" Fred scoffed as she sent him a glare.

"-and I could say the same thing about you and Angelina. You were in her room two nights after we broke up." Elle pointed out as it was now Fred's turn to roll his eyes.

"Angelina and I are just friends." Fred finally told her.

"That's bullshit. But I still find it funny, how you say you are just friends when it sure as hell doesn't look like it. You betrayed me Fred." Elle told him, her voice growing quiet with each word.

"No... I didn't." Fred told her, visibly taken aback by her words.

"It's fine Fred... I know that you'll never feel sorry for the way I hurt over your actions. I bet you talked to her when we were together." Elle scoffed, "I loved you at your worst, Fred, but that apparently doesn't matter. It took you, what? A few days to go off and date her? I guess you didn't cheat, but you're still a traitor."

Fred was speechless as he heard the way the love of his life thought of him and it broke his heart. He truly had nothing to say, what could he say? Nothing that would make her feel better. Fred's mind turned as he was trying to come up with something to say when Elle got up from her seat, quickly storming off as she practically ran towards her room.

"Elle!" Fred called after her as she continued to run, "Well I hope you are happy, whether that be with Diggory or on your own."

"But not happy like you were with me." Fred whispered after her as a guilty look plastered his face.

Sunday evening, Jackson and George had climbed out of the window in George's dorm room, laying closely together on the roof with George's arm behind Jackson's head.

"What do you see yourself doing after we get out of here?" George hummed out, lighting one of the joints he brought out with him, quickly taking a toke before passing it to Jackson to do the same.

"After Hogwarts? I'm not totally sure. I think my dream would be making it as a professional quidditch player but realistically? I guess maybe an Auror?" Jackson said.

"Why not try to be a professional? You are the best on your team, hands down, and I would even say you are better than the entire Gryffindor team." George said, lightly tugging Jackson even closer, the two passing the joint back and forth.

"Maybe...what about you? What do you see for yourself?" Jackson asked.

"Nothing just for myself, whenever I think of the future I see you." George told him, planting a soft kiss on his forehead, "But Fred and I, we always planned on a joke shop of some sort, selling our products, making more... but I also see you and me getting married... if you would want to."

"I would love to marry you... even if it's not technically legal." Jackson shrugged.

"What about kids?" George asked as Jackson moved his head to look up at him, "You think about having kids with me?"

"Only you." George laughed, "I never thought I would want kids, ya know, growing up with such a busy home but then I met you and it was like I could finally see my future home, with my husband and kids."

"How many would we adopt?" Jackson asked, a large smile tugging at his lips.

"I'm thinking two, one of each." George nodded as Jackson grinned at him.

"That's perfect."

"Then it's settled... we get married, buy a house and adopt two kids." George smiled, the two finishing their joint.

"That sounds perfect to me. What do you think of Elle and Fred? Are they going to get back together?" Jackson asked as George shrugged.

"Only if Fred gets his head out of his ass." George scoffed, "I hope they can figure out their issues."

"I've never seen Elle happier than when she was with Fred." Jackson revealed.

"And same with Fred." George agreed.

"He needs to end things with Angelina. For good, friendship wise, whatever they are now,e everything." Jackson told him as George couldn't help but agree.

"I always thought of Angelina as a good friend of ours... but as we grew older, I saw sides of her I didn't like. I miss our old friend but we can't come back from it." George sadly told him.

"Well you have me now, mi amor, you'll always have me." Jackson reminded him.

"I know, and I am grateful I do. I think I would go insane if I didn't." George softly laughed before they continued talking about their future together, and all the plans they had as they stargazed for what felt like hours... the perfect end to their weekend.
