Katerina's POV
I woke up to find Myself cuddling Leonardo, I watched him as the sunlight hit his face perfectly which pointed out his facial features perfectly making him look even more handsome than he already was.
I caressed his face for a bit before i put my hand back and just stared at him
'Lord Leonardo, What are you doing with somebody like me?' i thought to myself before i jumped in shock
"You like what you see, Amor?" Leonardo asked me as he was sitting up and stretching before he walked over and gave me a kiss on the forehead and walked into the bathroom and i followed him as i hugged from behind and laid my head on his back
"Yeah, I Do" I told him as he laughed while turning around and picking me up to put me on the counter, I just sat there as he stared at me looking up and down. I looked down at my stomach rolls.
Oh okay I get it. I thought to myself before he put his head to my stomach and kissed it and i smacked his head away
"Que tu haces?" i told him in a low yell as he laughed and placed a kiss on my forehead
"Nada just looking at where my future kids are going to be staying for nine months" He said while giving me a kiss, I laughed and walked away to Nicos Room but she wasn't ther and i went downstairs to the living room but she wasn't there either
"NICO, NICOLETTE" i yelled before hearing a voice reply to me it was one of The maids
"Ms.Katerina, Nicolette is in the Garden with Señora Alexandra Rioti" She said as i rushed to the garden i turned the corner to find Nicolette sitting on a big blanket eating some fruits and playing with her toys
'OH thank god she is okay" i said before taking off my shoes and going on the blanket with alexandra and Nico
"Alexandra, I missed you" I told her as i handed Nico some more toys and she replied with a smile
"I missed you too Mija , The girls won't stop asking for you in the Cafe, I had to tell them that you went out of state to visit a friend" she told me as i laughed in response
"I miss those crazy girls too" I replied to her with a laugh as Nico crawled and sat next to me and started giggling while pointing to something. Me and Alexandra looked back to see leonardo in his pajama pants with no shirt as he walked over to us.
"There are My girls" he said as he walked over and sat down with us while giving me a kiss on my lips and one to nico on her forehead and then he greeted alexandra
"I was looking for you two" he said as nico crawled over to him and he handed her the toys that she was playing with
"Alexandra i didn't know that you would be coming to the house so early. Is everything okay?" He asked her and she laughed
"Si mijo everything is okay , I just came earlier because i got to open the cafe today at 10- SHIT" she said while checking the time on her watch and then getting up
"I have to open at 10:30 and it's a 30 minute drive back to the city so i have to leave before the traffic catches up to me and i end up leaving the girls outside for two long" she said while putting on her shoes as me and Leonardo got up with Nico in his arms
"Oh okay, well call me if anything happens, Okay?" Leonardo told her as she said her goodbyes and Hurried to her car and we went to nicos room so that she could play some more and we sat on the chair next to her playmat
"Katerina" he said while i hummed yes in response
"Guess what Mi amor" he said with a smile as i faced him and smiled back
"Que? You bought a shark?" i joked around
"Very funny but no" he said with chuckling
"Were gonna go shopping today for you and Nico, Well not for both of your closets but just one look because i am taking you to one of my restaurants since i have a pretty big surprise for you" he said
"Oh well okay it must be a huge surprise since we have to go shopping for it" i told him while picking up Nico and rocking her
"Okay well go get yourselves ready , after Nicos nap of course and then we go shopping" He said to me and i let out a little smirk
"What?" He asked me with a smile as i got up and put nico in her crib
"Nothing" i said with a smirk as i grabbed his arm and pulled him out the room so that Nico could take her nap
"Amor im going to have a meeting with the boys and elena in the meeting room downstairs, Want to join Us?" He told me
"No But thank you for asking" i told him
"You sure?" He said to me as i put my arms around his neck and he put his around my waist as i gave him a kiss
"Yes Amor" i told him as i gave him another kiss as i let go and i went down to the kitchen
Leonardo's POV
I finally made it downstairs and they were already there.
"Okay so what do we have now?" i asked elena as i sat down at the front of the table next to mateo
"Well i did find something but i think that you are not going to like it" Elena told me with a worried look
'What the fuck is she going on about?'
"Tell me Elena" I told her as i drank some water
"Alright, Well we identified who the driver was and it was Anya, Your Ex-Girlfriend"Elena finished as they all looked at me and i just rubbed my temples in frustration
"Dammit alright, Anything else?" I asked
"Yeah apparently she went to the same country club as Sebastian and they became friends throughout the time that she was apart of the club until she moved" Elena said
"This bitch" i said and i just let out a sigh
"Alright whatever we will figure this out with katerina tomorrow" i told them as i got up and walked out of the room
Katerina's POV
The feeling of his kiss remained on my lips for the next hour that he was in the little meeting, I went to the kitchen and Made a snack and then headed to my room so that i could call Alice amd catch up with her
"Hey Girl, where have you been your godson won't stop asking for his sister" Alice joked on the other side of the phone as i awed
"Now come on alice don't make me feel bad now, You guys are still coming tomorrow right?" I said with an excited tone
"Oh about that im so sorry i wont be able to make it"Alice said with a sad tone and as soon as she finished that sentence i ended up having a sad expression too
"Really?" I asked her with a disappointing tone
"JUST KIDDING, you know that i wouldn't cancel our little playdates with the kids" she said as she laughed
"Pendeja, You make me want to kill you Sometimes" i told her as i rolled my eyes
And then we both laughed as we followed by talking for the next hour then after the hour we hung up and as i went to go and get Nico up from her nap,Leonardo came into my room holding her as she grabbed his finger with her hand still waking up in his arms
"She's up" He said with A smile
"I can tell" I joked as I took a baby wipe from her baby bag and wiped her face as I grabbed her and I walked to her room as I started to bathe her in her bathroom.
I started to take her a shower and soon as the bubbles came up she started to giggle.I finished showering her and i walked out to find Leonardo waiting for Nico to finish
"Yes?" I asked as i walked iver to nicos changing table
"Can i help you get her ready?" He asked me and i smiled as i gestured him to come over to the changing table
"You ready?" I asked him with a smile
"Yeah let's do this" he said with a wide smile
-30 minutes later-
"There Done" he said as he clapped and Nico giggled as she played with her toys and he picked her up and laughed.
"Not bad Mr.Mafia , you're a natural" i smiled at him and he smiled back as i went to get ready for us to go shopping like Leonardo said
-a hour later-
I came downstairs to find Nico and Leonardo playing on the couch and he looked up and saw me as he smiled and picked up Nico as he walked over to me and gave me a kiss on my forehead as we walked out the door and left.
