Here is what bell can do and sorry in advance if i don't get accelerator abilities right. I put in what i know he can do and searched up other things he can also do
Now let's start with accelerator first
Name: accelerator.
Age: 16.
Accelerator is the older brother of bell cranel and bell cranel is the younger sibling
Alias: number one, one way round, the one who wields the power of God.
Personally: accelerator is sadistic and likes to watch others misery and won't hesitate to kill someone. He can get angry at someone or something he finds stupid or just dumb he is also lazy at times and shows uninterest around this happening around him. He is sarcastic and mocks people he fights and is only nice to his younger brother.
Likes: black coffee, sleeping, striking fear into others, cares for his brother bell.
Dislike: people that talk all being, loud noises, loud people.
Appearance: accelerator has white messy hair and red eyes. He wears a black shirt with v on it and owns another shirt with long sleeves with the color of the shirt being white and gray v's.
Powers
Accelerator ability is that he can fully manipulate vectors. Accelerator manipulation of those vectors come in two forms
Passive: reflection barrier
Active: vector control
Accelerator's basic most default as per power is his passive reflection barrier this ability is done subconsciously as there are some objects he can't constantly react to. He does this by calculating vectors
-Gravity
-Air
-pressure
-light
-oxygen
-nitrogen
-heat
-sound
-wavelength
-electricity
-water
-radiation
And many more. These calculations are used in a filter system he has for a shield
If it's harmful redirencted. If it's harmless nothing happens.
He can also redact sounds so he doesn't hear anything.
Now on to his vector control ability
His active ability makes him control almost everything in the world. If it has a vector accelerator can control it. But to do this accelerator is calculating these different kinds of vectors in real time
He needs to calculate not only calculations but formulas as well that require the most precise detail and not being off by a single number. And he can calculate all of the in mere seconds.
The most common skill he used with his active ability is
Earthquake generation
By altering the vector of force applied to the ground by his feet. Which requires magnitude and direction he causes a little explosion to the ground scattering rocks and debris everywhere he likes to use this as he's attack and can launch his body forward to do up and closer attacks or up and closer earthquake attacks or what ever he wants
Another attack he uses is
Tactile telekinesis
What that means is that just the magnitude anything he touches he can change the magnitude of it for example
He can throw, kick, a stone and converting the slow magnitude of the rock to something stronger. Like a bullet fire from a gun.
For mobility he's also able to do
Aerokinesis
By re-vectoring the surrounding winds and forcing them to gather around at a single point creating an extremely high velocity wind. As long as the wind isn't dancing around randomly or if he isn't distracted.
He can also control the surrounding vectors around him to make himself go insanely fast. He's also capable of flying by controlling the air around him as well as landing perfectly fine by charging the state of gravity around him.
Now onto bell cranel
Name: Bell Cranel
Age: 14
Bell is the younger brother of accelerator
Alias: rabbit, bunny, copy rabbit, rabbits foot, first ranked.
Personally: bell is a kind heart person and likes to help others but can be rude to others as well. He avoids getting into fights but if he has to he doesn't mind getting blood on him.
Likes: tea, coffee, nice people and cares about accelerator
Dislike: people talking bad about others loud noise and people
Apprentice: bell wears a black long sleeved shirt with gray jeans. He not picky about what he wears.
Powers
Bell actually has Two powers
One being; blank
The other one; noul
Let's start with blank
Blank is an ability that surrounds bell in a white gust. The white gust of wind protects bell of any magic or physical attacks then the wind observes the attacks and bell fires a white ball called plain damage.
Plain damage is separate from the white wind when plain damage makes contact with someone it does damage to the person and as it does the white ball then phases through the person and enters the bloodstream and makes it's way to the person heart and mind
As it does this the plain ball controls the person nerves and makes the person do as it wants or in this case it makes the person do whatever bell wants. He can make the person attack others or give him information by connecting his conscience with that person or if he wants he can kill the person his controlling
Blank also allows bell to control matter and senses

-water
-fire
-gravity
-earth
-sound
-nitrogen
-wavelinks
-electricity
And as for senses he can destroy people's senses or make them better by surrounding the person with the white wind
Now for his second one; noul
Noul allows bell to do something somebody else's can do for example
If the person dose a physical hand to hand combat attack move that could take years to master but bell can do it instantly and master it.
Noul also allows bell to copy others abilities. Testing this bell copied accelerator but only managed to copy a little bit of his abilities key word being "little" as he only was able to copy

-and his reflection shield
And that's all he was managed to copy from accelerator, but he can copy all other people's abilities.
And that's also who he got the alias copy rabbit.

The plain damage bell is like a puppet and master type thing, bell being the master and who ever is hit with the plain ball is the puppet
