Author's POV:
The clock was striking at 10 am and still the cute couple didn't come out of their room.
Getting worried about them Amma called Aarav asking him to talk to his Bhai-Bhabhi.
Aarav arrived immediately hoping everything to be fine.
"What happened exactly Amma??
"Don't know Aarav Baba... the day before yesterday everything was good between them...they spent the whole day together at home...but then suddenly yesterday Sona hurried to the hospital...neither she had breakfast nor she informed about her early going...
When she was back in the afternoon she looked somewhat tensed...she wasn't ready to eat...she said she has so much work to do ...but somehow I forced and made her eat a roti...and she went upstairs
At night when Arjun Baba came back, he too looked tensed...he went upstairs...since then both of them have not descended.
I am so worried Aarav Baba"
Amma explained everything to him with slight tears in her eyes.
"Amma...please don't cry ...I am here now...don't worry...I'll talk to them and sort out everything" pulling her into a side hug Aaru consoled
Though he succeeded in comforting her Aaru himself was extremely worried now.
"Why Bhabhi wanted to know about Deepu's dance form??...Is Deepu's matter still a hurdle in their relationship?? But last night they seemed happy?? What happened within one night?? Then what's the matter now??" Asking a number of questions to himself he was ascending the stairs to their room.
And on the other hand the love birds were sleeping peacefully in their little nest.
Knock knock
Arjun's eyes opened with the knocking sound at the door.
As usual, sona was snuggling close to his chest with her baby hands hugging his torso whereas Arjuns one arm was under her head and the other around on her waist.
Before he could complete his morning ritual of pecking the forehead of his meetha karela he heard Aarav yelling at the door.
"Bhai...open the door yaar"
Unentangling himself from her he went to the door and opened it with his sleepy eyes.
"Bhai... what the hel
Glancing the view in front of him Aarav's words got stuck in his throat and his mouth went wide.
Arjun's face was full of lipstick marks. His shirt partially opened with a lipstick mark again on his chest and neck.
Having zero knowledge about his appearance the sleepy Arjun was rubbing his eyes.
"Oops...wrong timing...I am so sorry Bhai" Aaru tried suppressing his laugh
"What are you doing here?? And Why are you laughing??" Arjun asked in his sleepy voice and yawning continuously
"So stupid of me na Bhai...simply I disturbed you...but you go Bhai...carry on" Aaru couldn't control himself and burst out laughing
"What's wrong with you Aaru??" Arjun got irritated
Trying to suppress his laugh Aaru covered his mouth with his palm and signalling through his eyes he asked Arjun to lower his gaze at his chest.
Confused by his stupid actions Arjun lowered his gaze and his eyes popped out.
With his popped eyes he looked at Aaru who was having a teasing smile and immediately he swirled buttoning his shirt.
"Bhai...you carry on...I'll put a do not disturb board"
"Aaru" Facing him Arjun recited in a strong voice
Aaru hugged him tight and Arjun was again confused with his sudden action
"Thanks for making me a Chachu soon"
Breaking the hug he pinched Arjun's cheek
"I didn't know that you are this fast Bhai...I was thinking of you as a shy boy...but you proved me wrong...you naughty boy" Aaru winked
"Aaru...it's nothing like what you are thinking...we were just...
"Come on Bhai... you are married...there's nothing to hide...don't be shy now"
Arjun couldn't explain himself as the Rajdhani express had no stop and went on
"Bhai will do one thing...I will look after the office...you look after your wife...I mean she needs you...what say??" Aaru asked lifting his brows
"I am happy that you are thinking about babies... and Bhai I want 2 babies OK...a boy and a girl
Ha if you are planning for more.. then I have no problem.. I'll be more than happy
Arjun slapped his forehead at the Rajdhani express imagination while Aaru went on and on waving his hands in air in excitement.
"Imagine Bhai.... Our house is full of Babies...they are crawling all over the house and we are running after them carrying milk bottles...how exciting Bhai...and Bhai I think you should plan for 5-6 bab
Before he could complete, Arjun covered Aaru's mouth with his hand and warned
"Listen Aarav...if you dare to leak or spread this news...neither you will be allowed to meet your Bhai-Bhabhi nor you will be allowed to enter this house...so the choice is yours"
Warning him Arjun raised his brow waiting for his brother's answer for which Aaru shook his head in defeat.
With a victory smile on his lips Arjun withdrew his hand and Aaru groaned
"Such an emotional blackmailer you are"
"You go and have breakfast...we will join soon"
And the next second Arjun was pulled into a bone-crushing hug by Aaru. Arjun was again confused with his action.
"Bhai...I never thought you would be this much happy...bas aap aisehi khush raho...I don't want anything else"
Smiling at his heartfelt words Arjun reciprocated the hug and both the brothers shared an emotional moment.
Stepping out of the hug Aaru excused himself "I'll leave"
And in return, Arjun moved his fingers lovingly through Aaru's hairs.
Informing Amma that everything is fine between the two love birds and they are just tired so need some time to rest Aarav left the house.
Getting into the tent Arjun knelt and kept staring at his sleeping beauty who was the whole and sole reason for his happiness.
Recalling Aaru's words a pleasant smile curved up his lips.
Maintaining the smile he brushed off the baby hairs falling on her cheeks and leaning towards her face he placed a morning kiss over her forehead.
With one slight movement of his lips, Sona's sleep was disturbed and she opened her sleepy eyes.
The moment her eyes caught the best morning view of her Angry Bird with a charming smile unknowingly she too smiled in her lips.
"Good morning" he wished
"Very good morning"
She wished him back and straightening herself she outstretched her hands and asked in her sleepy voice "What's the time??"
"It's 10"
"What??" She looked at him with her wide eyes and the moment she noticed his face and neck full of her lipstick marks her eyes bulged even more.
Arjun kept staring at her with a playful smile.
His smile and his appearance rushed a pink tint to her cheeks and shy smile was stuck to her lips.
"Sona...do you remember the last time what I told you about your cheeks??"
Unable to meet his teasing gaze bowing her head she nodded a no.
"Sona...You are turning into a Ghajini 2.0...We must definitely consult a good doctor"
And the next second she felt his hot breath on her earlobes
"When you blush your cheeks turn into pink Shimla apples...and I love biting those pinky apples...but being a good boy I'll manage with kissing for today...next time I won't be responsible for my actions"
Saying he brought his lips close to her cheeks....feeling his breath close to her cheeks immediately she pulled the duvet over her face covering her pink Shimla apples.
"Ab chehra chupane ka kya fayda...sab kuch toh raat me kar liya...aur sab ne dekh bhi liya"

The last sentence blew her mind and quickly she pulled off the duvet and questioned him
"What do you mean by sab ne dekh bhi liya??"
"Aaru saw me in this avatar" shrugging his shoulder he spoke up and Sona slapped her forehead thinking about the upcoming consequences.
"And you very well know about your Shaitan Bachha...he will spread this news everywhere...You are getting me na Sona...he will tell everything to everyone" he said in a somewhat dramatic tone
With one hand he began unbuttoning his shirt and Sona's eyes followed his actions. Her gaze moved from his revealing chest to his neck and then to his face.

Before he could complete his explanation she shut his mouth with her palms and began wiping out the lipstick marks with the pallu of her saree
"You are the dumbest person I have ever seen Arjun...how can you be so shameless??"
Removing her hand from his mouth he retorted "it was you who pulled off the bold stunts...it was you who did this to me...you took advantage of me...and I am shameless??"
Ignoring his words she went on wiping the marks "Who told you to go in front of Aaru with this face??"
Snaking his arm around her waist he pulled her into him and fell back to the mattress in the tent.
Sona was now partially lying on him
Tucking her loose hair behind her ear he whispered in a strong husky voice "last night I loved the extreme bold version of yours"
She was turning into a pink Shimla apple again and looked sideways to escape his strong yet teasing gaze.
Holding her chin between his thumb and index finger he moved her face making her meet his captivating eyes that were full of playfulness.
"And more than that I love biting your pinky Shimla apples...I want to feel those flavorful apples once...So can I??"
Saying he lifted his head and brought his lips close to her cheeks but she pushed him by his chest making him fall back and she sat straight.
"Are you serious Arjun??"
Straightening himself he tucked his chin on her shoulder and answered
"Yes I am damn serious"
Saying he snaked both his hands on her stomach and pulled her back into his huge frame.
"I was thinking of myself as a good obedient husband but I was wrong as I came to know that you have many more complaints against me...so I have to compensate for my mistakes...hai Na??"
Slapping his bulging biceps she groaned "First rectify the mess you have created"
"Oo hello...it was you who did everything my sexy seductress wife" and he kissed her cheeks only to get one more slap on his biceps
"You have gone mad Arjun...is it the time to get romantic buddhu"
"Pyaar ke liye koi timetable nhi hota madam...jab man kare tab pyaar karna chahiye" again he kissed her cheeks with his arms still cuddling her.
(There's no timetable for love madam...whenever we feel we should love)
She released herself from his hold and looked at him in utter shock with her mouth wide open like a fish.
"What's wrong with him today...being hopelessly too romantic??" She questioned herself
Chuckling at her reaction he placed his hand under her chin and moved it upwards closing her mouth.
"Why are you so shocked, Sona??" He laughed at her
"Are you ok Arjun??"
The question came out of confusion and in response he began opening the remaining buttons of his shirt
"Absolutely...Wanna check upon me??" Raising his brows he asked her with a mischievous smile stuck to his lips
She was turning red with his actions but at the same time she was hell confused
"How can he be so cool?? He knows about Aaru and his naughtiness...then too he is acting normal..no no not normal...there's a slight change in his behaviour" she mumbled to herself
As she was busy with her thoughts she felt his feather-light touch on her temple followed by her cheeks...her neck
"Whhaat are you doing Arjun??" She managed to speak but it came out as a soft whisper
Halting his finger at the point where her neck and shoulder meets he came even more close to her and whispered in her ear "Don't you know Sona??"
To hide her tomato-red face he pushed him by his shoulder and tried to move out of the tent but he was fast enough to grab her wrist and pull her back.
Her soft bossom collided with his hard bare chest and his hypnotic eyes met hers.
"You know what Aaru was saying...he
Before he could express the beautiful feeling that bloomed up his heart she interrupted him "Just leave me...I don't wanna listen anything...because I know what's going to happen next" she was struggling to get rid of his hold
"Sona please listen for once...I will not do anything...Pakka"
"No I don't trust you...you have already created a mess by showing off your face to him...you could have wiped your face before opening the door...it was as simple as that Arjun"
"Ok baba I am sorry"
"What sorry...now Aaru will tease us to the hell and back"
"He won't Sona...can you please be quiet and listen to me once"
He pleaded but being clueless about his behaviour she ignored him
"No, I am already late...I need a shower...you go and use the other washroom" saying she walked to the wardrobe to collect her clothes
"Chalo get up Arjun...make it fast" she ordered him and with an irritating expression on his face, he stepped out of the room.

Sonal's POV:
Anyhow Aaru is in my team...so he won't even think of teasing me.
From day one Arjun has been their only Bali ka bakra...so I am least worried.
Let my naughty devars (BIL) pull his leg...let him suffer for his stupidity.
But the biggest question mark on my face right now is the reason behind the sudden change in his behaviour.
I know he is cute and always does some cute things that awestruck me...but this time he is not only being cute but also it's something else.
Definitely, something is wrong with my Angry bird.
The cute kisses that we share have become common now but today he is something different.
He is being extra naughty.
His words were still ranting in my mind

Did he ditch his silent boring movies??
Is he watching some romantic movies??
Is he taking some romantic lessons from the pregnant dinosaur Siya??
With the number of questions running in my mind quickly I took a shower and dressed into my saree.
I picked up my lipstick and began applying it but abruptly I started smiling in my lips.
All my bold and naughty stunts flashed my mind.
I literally made his heartbeat out of his mouth.
Under the fabric, I felt his heart beating at horse speed.
He was surprised...shocked... scared and I think many more things might have happened to him because of my bold avatar.
But he deserved that for praising another girl in front of me😏
I rushed to the dining area and Amma pulled me into a hug. I was taken aback by her sudden action.
I exchanged glances with Madhavi Didi who was standing opposite to me with a lovely smile like she was adoring me with her gleaming eyes.
"Amma is everything ok??" I asked between the hug
Stepping back out of the hug she caressed my face "Nothing I was just worried about you both"
"Don't worry Amma...everything is going well between us" I assured her
And Arjun descended folding his shirt up to his elbows screaming for his tea

Both Amma and Madhavi Didi smiled at me.
"You come here first" saying this Amma dragged Arjun holding his wrist and made him stand next to me.
With the force she pushed him towards me our shoulders crashed and she gave some signal to Madhavi didi and she went to the kitchen.
While Arjun and myself were staring at each other in confusion Madhavi didi came back with a jet speed holding a plate that had dry red chillies.
I understood her next move as Maa used to do the same. While Arjun was still standing with a question mark on his face.
Taking a handful of chillies in her fist she turned them round and round in front of our face and went back to the kitchen.
As soon as she left Arjun groaned "What was that??"
"Bhaiya...as many things happened recently this was just a piece of satisfaction for us to protect you from the evil eyes"
"I don't believe all this...its all trash and
As Amma came back to the dining area he stopped.
"Sona...initially it was Arjun Baba who used to skip the food but now you are doing the same...I thought you would handle him but it seems like you are following your husband's path"
Amma scolded me for which Madhavi Didi taunted
"Bhaiya...please don't influence Bhabhi"
"I influence her??"....its the biggest lie on this earth because she is not that innocent as much you guys think of her...you don't know her... it's always Sona who does many more things to me...if you want you can ask her"
I hit his stomach with my elbow and passed a glare.
"Ok let it be have breakfast first" Amma ordered
Taking a seat he picked up an apple and looking at me he said
"Amma I don't want tea...I want to eat apples...it seems to be very delicious"
Idiot...how dare he say that openly??
"Ha ha Bhaiya eat...those are fresh ones"
Putting on my hot coffee cup on the table Amma declared
"I am warning you both...next time I don't want you to skip the food...from last 3 days you are behaving like kids skipping dinner for no reason"
I mumbled a sorry whereas Amma proceeded
"Aisa kya kaam kar rahe ho tum dono raat ko??"

Unwillingly I peeked at him through the corner of my eyes and my shameless husband did the most unthinkable.
Staring at me with his teasy eyes he bites the apple.
And I felt my cheeks radiating heat and a blushing smile that wasn't ready to fade away.
At that moment I wished to disappear from his playfulness.
"Tu jaha kaha bhi chup jati tere hero ki nazre tujhe dhund hi leti" my filmy

Bowing my head down I continued sipping my coffee while my never so bold husband kept staring at me.
Though I was not looking at him I could feel his constant gaze on me. He was literally eating me with his eyes.
My Angry Bird has now completely turned into a Shameless Bird.

Gathering all my stuff as I was ready to leave I turned around only to bump into his broad robust chest.

And suddenly his words stopped and his head bowed down with a huffing sound.
He was making an effort to frame a proper sentence and I was not getting anything from his incomplete words.
Cupping his face I made him look at me "Arjun just speak your heart out...there's no need to hesitate"
For a brief period, we have an eye lock. Our eyes were trying to communicate something.
His deep orbs that usually express his happiness and pain were now trying to convey something new to me.
Something I have never seen before.
I was trying hard to get his unexplainable feeling.
Taking his time he nodded and continued taking a breath
"Aaru thought we are planning...I know it's so early and we haven't planned anything yet and there's no hurry in this...you are free to make your decision but Sona I want...I want to have ba
And my phone started ringing.
Closing his eyes he huffed and took back his hands with a frown on his face.
Instantly I glanced at the screen and it was Sushanth.
I know he didn't like the disturbance but I was helpless.
As soon as I lifted the call I heard Sushant
"Sona it's an emergency I need your help"
And the call declined.
Without wasting any second I grabbed my bag
"It's an emergency I need to run...will talk at night Pakka" mumbling this to my Angry Bird I pecked his cheek and rushed out of the room

After the surgery, I was in my cabin.
One of the patients whose delivery was supposed to be the normal one had to undergo a C-section because of her internal bleeding.
Sushanth asked me to assist him.
By Gods grace both the baby and the mother were healthy.
We breathed a sigh of relief.
The moment the patient's husband heard the news of his wife and baby being healthy he burst out in tears.
His tears were the reflection of his mixed emotions.
The moment of his love for his family was so divine and serene.
Suddenly a strange feeling blossomed in my heart.
I didn't understand what I was feeling...why I was feeling...but the feeling was indescribable.
I have witnessed many such deliveries and those priceless moments before but this one was different...it was
Something new...
something special...
something beautiful...
Watching the man in that happy state an urge evolved within me.
An urge to see the same happiness on my Arjun's face.
His happy face and his twinkling star-like eyes are my most favourite view ever.

I was surrounded by n number of questions and I so wanted to know the answers to my questions.

But this is too early...It's been only 2 days since we have confessed what we feel for each other.
"But it's been more than months you both are in love"
He will think of me as a desperate woman...and whatever I did last night...no doubt he will think the same.
"Ask what your heart feels...listen what your heart says...this time you must follow your heart Sona"
My mind gave me a green signal to follow my heart.
It's a rare case. Mind and heart can never be friends. But for the first time my mind itself asked me to follow what my heart says.
I closed my eyes and the imaginary picture of Arjun smiling and holding a tiny baby in his huge hands brought a 1000 dollar smile to my face and without my knowledge, my hand touched my stomach and something beautiful came out of my mouth
"Yes, I want to feel an ounce of you in my womb Arjun...I want to carry our baby❤"
Opening my eyes I was in tears and smiling like a maniac.
Immediately I connected the call to him but he didn't receive it.
I called again but no response.
I kept calling him but I guess he was back to his Akdu mode so he was least interested in talking to me.
I understood that he was angry because of the morning disturbance but no worries I have my own ways to woo the Angry Bird😉

Night time:
As I said he was back to his Akdu mode neither did he call back nor he dropped any message.
I was waiting for him to confess about the beautiful feeling.
I was excited yet nervous.
How would he react??
Will he like it??
I was getting butterflies in my stomach.
While I was preparing myself for the confession I heard the sound of the doorknob and found Arjun coming into the room.
The moment my eyes caught the sight of him my face turned pale.
He looked exhausted.
Lifelessly he walked to the bed and taking a seat he kept staring at the floor resting his palms on the bed.
Taking fast paces I stood in front of him and called him in an extremely soft voice
"Arjun"
The moment my voice reached his ears he hugged me encircling his hands around my waist and scooping his face into my stomach.
I got worried by his gesture. He wasn't even talking.
Laying my hands around his neck I hugged him back and began caressing his hairs.
"Arjun...what happened??"
He curled up his face more into my stomach and I got him.
As this was our code language I didn't speak the next word and went on caressing his hairs and soothing him.
After a while taking his hands back he moved out of the hug while my hands were still around his neck.
"Sona...will you accompany me to a place tomorrow??"
I kissed his forehead and positioned my lips there for a fraction of seconds to signify that he's not alone...I am with him.
"No matter what I am and will always be with you" looking into the eyes I promised him.
"Sona I want to sleep"
I removed his blazer...unbuttoned the top buttons of his shirt and made him lay on the bed.
Balancing myself on my left elbow I laid next to him and was patting his head to make my baby sleep.
His eyes never left mine. His eyes were wide open that was intensifying the level of my fear.
His eyes were reflecting the same pain and fear that I noticed when I hugged him for the first time on the day he had a nightmare.
After that day I never saw that pain and fear in his eyes...but then again suddenly why he is confined by the same fear??
Carrying out a chain of thoughts I tried making him sleep patting his head but then he said
"Sona hold me in your arms"
Settling properly on the bed I opened my arms for my baby.
Resting his head on my chest and hands around my waist he cuddled into me.
With one hand I kept rubbing his back smoothly and with the other caressing his hairs.
"Don't get scared baby...no nightmare is going to attack you...I am right here with you...close to you...just listen to my heartbeat...it will make you feel that Sona is holding you...it will keep ranting that Sona is with you...unless my heart is beating there is no need to get scared"
I kissed his head.
Feeling his hot breath on my chest I was a bit relaxed that finally, he dozed off.
But my anxiety was increasing to the next level with every passing second.
I am not superstitious but whenever everything is going great between us something bad has happened that it's giving me negative vibes thinking about tomorrow.
But no matter what happens tomorrow I won't let him get affected...I will make him stand strong.
