The Backstory:
One Day, Diego was walking back from The Town but than He got hit by car really badly but It gets worse. His Baby Sister Luca was in a serious surgery (Unknown reason why) and Both The 8 years old Boy and The 1 year old Girl had to go into Hospital. Both Kids are sadly hanging onto live and trying to hold on.
But The Docoters gave Their Parents (Nico and Sabrina)
A choice about Their Children. One of Them will probably survive.
Luca will survive if Diego's gave His heart up for His Baby Sister
Or
They both have to stay in The Hospital for a very long time, God knows How long it will take for Them to stay.

No One's POV:
Diego slowly looked at His Docoter who is writing on His Clipboard. Diego knows what He need to do, He want His Baby Sister to live, He wants to His Baby Sister to not be stuck in The Hospital and-
"Can-Can I m-make *Cough* T-The Decision for My Mami and Papi?" Asked Diego
"I-I mean, I'll tell Your Parents what You want to make" Said Diego's Doctor and Diego told His Doctor what Diego wanted and His Doctor looked down and He sigh.
"Alright, I'll Tell Them" Said The Doctor and He walked out of The room and He started to walk over to The Heart Broken Family. Both Nico and Sabrina was watching Both Of Their Children hooked Up to Machines and-
"Mr and Mrs. Marquez, You Son wanted Me to give You a message" Said The Doctor
"What is it?" Asked Sabrina and She was wiping Her tears away but more come down Her face and-
"Your Son...He wants His Sister to live" Said The Doctor and-
"So You mean?" Asked Nico and-
"I mean, I have to take out Your Son's heart and give it to Your daughter" Said The Doctor and The Two Parents burst into Tears and They don't know if They should do it or not. Of course that Them Both wanted to see Their Children hooked Up to a Machine and Getting worse. Both Sabrina and Nico looked at Eachother and-
"Can We please talk to Our Son?" Asked Sabrina and-
"Of Course" Said The Doctor and Both Nico and Sabrina walked into Their Son's Hospital and Diego looked at Both of His Parents and Diego smiled.
"You really wanna do This?" Asked Sabrina
"I'm doing This for Luca...She is everything to Me and All of You, I would give Up My whole life for Luca to live another day, So That's what I am going to do...Don't You want That?" Asked Diego
"Diego, We just want You and Luca to live" Said Nico but-
"Papi, It's either Luca lives or We will be on These Machines and Not get better anytime soom" Said Diego and He was right there, It was either Baby Luca lives or Both of Them will just get worse. Both of The Parents looked at eachother and They looked at eachother eyes and They hugged eachother and-
"Okay...Anything for You, Our Prince" Said Sabrina and Diego had tears falling down His face and-
"Thank You...Please save Our Princess" Said Diego and-
"You made The Decision?" Asked The Doctor and Both of The Parents nodded Their heads and The Doctor wiped His tears away from His eyes and-
"Alright, Whenever You are Ready Diego, This will be done and over with and Remember that You won't be in Pain no more" Said The Doctor and Diego smiled but Diego had more tears came down His cheeks and His Older Sister "Alicia" burst into Tears when She keep seeing Her Brother hooked Up to Machines.
"Mami, Papi, Can We sing "He Lives in You" Song, Por Favor?" Asked Diego and Both Sabrina and Nico walked over to Their Son and They smiled.
"Si" They Both Said and They took a deep breathe.
"He lives in You"
"He lives in Me"
"He watches over, Everything We see"
"Into The water"
"Into The Truth"
"In Your reflection"
"H-He lives in..."
Right After Diego sings His final words, Diego died with one last tear fall down His face and Sabrina cried Hard and She fall down on Her knees, Alicia fall down and She cried hard. Harder than Alicia could ever cried. Nico wanted so badly to bring His Only Son. ONLY SON! HIS FIRST SON! But It was too late, The Deed was already done, Diego was gone but The Family still had Hope for Their Baby Daughter.
(The Next Day)
It was The next day and The Doctor gave Luca The Surgery that She needed and Good News that She was going to be okay. The Family was so relieved but They stilled couldn't stop thinking about Diego. The Family had to wait for God knows How long it took to see Their Baby Girl. After about almost The entire day, The Family finally went to see Their daughter. When They saw Luca was sleeping in Her peacefully. Nico, Sabrina and Alicia smiled.
(Skip Time to almost a month)
The family was finally allowed to bring Their Daughter back Home. Once The Family arrived at Home with Their Baby Daughter, All of The animals around or in The Animal Rescue Center was watching The Family walked out to Their little balcony and The Family looked at eachother and-
"Someone has to tell Them" Said Alicia and-
"I'll do it" Said Sabrina and She gently put Luca in Nico's arms and She looked at all of The animals.
"As All of You may or not know but Our Son and Daughter have to go into an hospital but One of Them survived" Said Sabrina and She was trying so hard to hold back The tears.
"As You can see that...Diego is now no longer here" Said Sabrina and The Animals looked at eachother and The Baby Animals who loved Diego to death cried on Their Mommy and-
"It's okay, Shhh" Said A Mama spectabile and The Baby Spectabile Bear Cub cried on His Mommy.
"So As The Mother of Diego, He wanted Us to Sing "He lives in You" So Anyone who would like to join Us, Please step toward" Said Sabrina and All of The animals who was listening, Every single one of The animals took a step forward and The Family took a deep breathe.

Alicia was holding Her Baby Sister in the sky like Rafiki The Monkey was racing Baby Simba in The sky. That's what Alicia is doing and Once Alicia was holding Luca in Her arms again. Alicia noticed that Luca's eye color is changing into a Blue and Luca's new heart is started to glow in a Blue Color and-
"Nico Honey, Come and Check Your Baby out" Said Sabrina and They Both walked over to Alicia and They saw Their Daughter's new heart was glowing and-
"I don't believe it, She is a miracle, A Beautiful one" Said Nico and Both Of The Parents smiled. Luca looked over in front of Her and Her eyes started to glow in a soft blue and Luca saw Her Brother Diego and He was smiling at Her but Diego was an angel.
"I live in You~" Diego Sang Softly to His Baby Sister and Luca smiled and She slowly had fallen asleep and Luca will never forget Her Brother because He lives in Her.
