It's just 2 days to the engagement and we are supposed to go out for shopping to take the ring and dresses n all the other necessary things .
It was me dadi dadu mom n Shruti who were supposed to go for the shopping .
So we went n decided to first shop the groom's ring
We all went to the jewellery shop n we all were finding rings some rejected by me or dadi or mom or Shruti .
Then suddenly came a voice that I thought was familiar to me but the man was showing his back to me so ignored .
Then came a voice again from the same person.
Man- dadu select one I don't have time
"Yeh jiju ki awaj thi na ???" Shruti asked .
I gave her a I don't know kind of look
She turned the man n it was him mahirji
Dadu n dadi n mom greeted them
Dadi suggested to let us shop together
N we all were together
When he came near me in a low voice greeted me with a "hello"
I replied the same n passed a smile n went to dadi so that he could not continue the conversation bcoz I m very shy to talk to him n I don't know what to talk n what to reply to his questions
I even have noticed he tries to flirt with me but decently but I get all shy so I kind of avoid him for that matter .
We were busy finding the rings n the shopkeeper Mishra my dadu old trusted man was showing us .
When
"Mishra apna muhh band rakho" said mahirji
Mishra uncle became silent for a while n so do we bcoz he said it loud enough n we all were confused.
" Aap continue karo vo phone pe h " said his dadu.
Mishra uncle started showing us the rings n started explaining
"Aawaz nhi aani chahiye ab tumhari Mishra "said mahirji
All of us stopped in the tracks n so did uncle
" Nhi nhi aapse nhi ho phone pe h " said mahirji's dadu again

" Mishra tumhari problem kya h ek Bari samajh nhi aati do you want to risk ur job for these stupid standing in front of u ??" Barked mahirji
Letting us stop n look at him once again

Mishra uncle resumed once again
" Agar tum ruke nhi na ab Mishra toh yahi se uttakar fek dunga samjhe " once again mahirji
Dadu was abt to tell Mishra uncle but
"Kya sir aap BHI vo mjhe hi bol rahe h rehne deta Hu main Kuch nhi batunga Kuch nhi bolunga sir bht gusse main h Lagta h, mjhe MERI nokri bht pyaari h "
Mahirji's call ended n he turned to face us all
" Aap sab isse q ghur rahe h mjhe ??"
"Hayee khota Tu kya bakwas kiye ja Raha tha ??" Asked his dadu
" Mishra se baat Kar Raha tha dadu"
" Dekha yeh mjhe hi bol rahe the " Mishra uncle said
" Main aapko Maine aapse kab Baat ki ??"
" Dekha yeh apse Baat nhi Kar rahe the !!ab aap dekhayiye designs aur rings" Said his dadu
"Aapne dekhana q band Kar Diya yrr"mahirji said
" Sorry sir... vo... thik.... main dikhata Hu " said Mishra uncle
He again got a call
" Mishra thoda jaldi karo pura din nhi h mere pass idiot " mahirji said.
Mishra uncle hurried up
" Yeh sabse latest collection h iss month Ka "said Mishra uncle
" Kya wahi purani ghisipiti Baat bata rahe ho Kuch new I said "said mahirji
Mishra uncle nodded
N started Searching new Collection

Mishra uncle swallowed a lump

Soon the call ended n all of us were giving him a questioning look

We all got it n there was a little wave of laughter .
Soon then Shruti told us abt latest wedding bands so we chooses on of it n paid .
Next we went to the boutique for getting my engagement dress n mahirji n gang also accompanied us .
We went inside n told them aur requirements.
Mom told me see the collection .
I was looking at the dresses . N in front was a huge wall covered with a wall size mirror .
N kept the dresses on me to check if it suits me or not .
N then my eyes met with a pair of honey brown eyes n we shared a eyelock until he gave me rejected look through his eyes I gave him a confused look as I was .
He was mahirji definitely .
He gestured me that the dress wasn't nice .
I picked the next one
Again rejected by him

First time after years she did something for me after that decision of mine that separated me from her .
Anyways .
We got the dress n jewellery n decided to go back home

We got Singhaniya's accidentally n we shopped together
I so wanted to talk to Bela but this stupid pa of mine was disturbing me n so I couldn't
We went to the boutique straight after selecting the rings
I was suggesting Bela abt the dress when what I selected was given a disgusted n rejected look by her n she left to her mom n dadi
Just then I came back to reality getting to know .
Mahir u have a bad choice n clothes .
I regretted.
Anyways after that we left to our places in particular.

I was sitting on the stage in all the glory as the king waiting for my queen so that we could get engaged n be announced as fiance but as she is a girl offcourse
N girls are girls they get dressed as if they are the cynosure of the party today but I guess she is the cynosure of the party for just today but for me she will be for ever

I have noticed this sudden change in me that I have been behaving as a lovesick teen ever since I met her n our roka was done .

N ran away to bring water but by then Ishan brought it n she had water n was ohk

" Aaram se yrr normally breathe karo !!"

Just then ansh came running with a glass of water which was just half filled .
" Yeh lo masisa main Aapke liye water leke Aya Hu"

"Aadhi glass q Barke leke Aaya h " said ishan
Ansh saw the glass n was thinking
" Waiter be mjhe aadha glass hi water Diya bad Kahi ka !!!"
He complained n we all laughed him
He forwarded the glass to Bela to which she said she already had water .
" Nhi Pina tha toh q mangaya huh??? Bad Kahi ki "
We all laughed .

We laughed more n made fun of him to which tears brimmed his eyes .
N was abt to cry when Bela took him in her lap .

" Toh chalo Rona band n thank you so much aap mere liye water leke Aaye main waiter ko bol dungi ki aayenda aapko half nhi full glass Barke de ok" .
He was quiet n simply nodded .
" Main in sabse baat nhi karunga " he complained
" Ha mat Karna thik h ek Kam karo aap dadi ke pass chale jao vo toh Aapka bht dhyan rakhti h na mazak BHI nhi udati hena jao "
" Ha main ja laha Hu bye bye masisa I love you masisa " .
He kissed her checks n left .
She would be good mother to my kids 😉😉
Soon the engagement started .
Ansh brought the plate with two rings n he was walking slowly n carefully afraid that the rings would fall down n everyone will scold him
Soon we exchanged rings . N all them congratulated us n a long photo shoot went on .
I asked shruti for Belas number
To which she said he needs something in return n that was a couple dance of me n Bela
I was happy what great people I have around me .
I called Shivaay n told him to arrange a couple dance n asked him to pretend as if theye have planned it for us .
They did .
" Now is the tym guys for the most awaited Jodi to perform that is mahir Bhai n Bela Bhabhi " announced Neil
I asked for her hand to which she looked at me nervously but gave her hand . We stood up n walked till the middle of the stage .
We both stood facing each other .
" Mjhe....mjh...mjhe couple dance nhi aata " she said hesitantly.
" It's ohk just follow me n look into my eyes "
The music was played n Bela looked into my eyes n so did I n we swayed along the music until the music stopped n the noise of claps roared the hall .
He then sat n had food in silence .
Shruti finally gave me the phone number n the function was wrapped up n we were ready to leave .
" Bye 👋" I said Bela
" Bye " she hesitatedly said .
N we left for respective residents .
I was the happiest person on earth today .
Soon we reached home n slept peacefully.
