After talk to Rosé Jennie was worried What if Lisa doesn't want to talk to me?, what if Rosie forget to tell her I'm looking for her?, I need to talk to her, I need my damn monkey, where are you?, she thought for herself.
Jennie's assistant told her that her schedule for today was totally clear, she didn't have anything else to do since all day she tried to work as fast as she could, she just wanted to go home, rest and think about everything, about all this.
Before leave she went to Jisoo's office "Chuuuu how are you feeling?" Jisoo looked at her with a sad smile "I'm better, I talked to my dad, he told me I did the best thing, and also to tell you that you are a good girl, you deserve only happiness, and he will scold Sehun till his ears fall off" both chuckled "He is sorry, he didn't think his son would act like this and he didn't notice it before, but let's be honest, damn Sehun is good at hiding things, most likely it's that, and my mum isn't happy either, she was the one that told me to try to don't get too close to Sehun but I wanted to give him a chance you know, anyway I hope he changes and learns from this, but I can't see him the same way I used to, at least no for now, Lisa is just too nice, she didn't want to cause troubles when she was the one suffering, she always thinks about others first" Jennie eyes were already teary "Come on Jen, we aren't perfect, but I do think you should talk to her, don't you dare to tell me you don't love her, when I saw how you have changed and how you looked at her since the first day she came to work here, plus the way you just protected her", Jennie shook her head "I do love her and so much, but I'm just too much you know I'm stubborn, cold, selfish, and I don't ..." Jisoo cut her off, "And amazing, caring, funny and the most protective person also the one that is scared to love and to be loved, because you don't want to lose your loved ones, and I knew this since we were kids, that's why you left to New Zealand, to don't get attached to anybody, then to Australia and then to UK, I was pretty amazed that you came back to Seoul, I thought you would go to New York".
Jennie smiled "I was tired to run away from my past, from my family, I thought it was better to stay close to you guys, and don't regret leave you all, you know when I came here again, I was planning to stay just a few weeks but then I heard a girl crying because she had to say goodbye to her family, I didn't mean to eavesdrop but she was sitting behind me when I tried to get some fresh air, that time I was annoyed some flights got delayed and I didn't want to sit anymore so I tried to look for something to eat, after walk for quite some time I finally decided to get some milk ice cream, and I had to sit for a moment because I'm a mess eating ice cream and that's when I heard her story".
Flashback
A heavy sobbing was heard, and it seemed to get closer and closer, then Jennie felt someone flopped on a seat behind her, "Gosh I can't eat peacefully, this place is almost empty and from all the seats around this girl has to come and sit here" Jennie said in a low tone, when Jennie tried to look back to see who was crying, the girl moved and she didn't want to get caught so she went back to his original position.
Then the girl got a call "Hiiiiiiiiiii, yes I'm fine, of course I haven't been crying, I'm just sleepy, you know it's really tiresome to travel for hours, my dad had a convention in Switzerland, that's why I went to visit them there, it's beautiful, I had a great time, but sadly my stay was too short, and the flight is just too long, I know I hate to don't get a direct flight, so yeah I'm just tired... ok, ok I am crying, are you happy I finally admitted it?, and I actually feel stupid all the people are looking at me, but I can't help it, every time I see my family and I have to say good bye is like a piece of my heart would die, I wish they could come home with me, I feel empty... but my dad is really busy right now, I missed him and my mum so much, she cooked for me, yes I know I'm a mess at cooking, no need to remind me that, Omg! That's not true, I didn't start a fire in our room, well maybe I did but it was something I was able to control, plus it was an accident, merly an accident so stop with that, and well about my parents I wish I could kiss them and hug them all the time, but this is my dream, and they gave me everything to achieve It, so I'll pay them back when my time comes, they trust me enough to let me live by myself and let me pursuit my career, when I see them my dark world gets so bright... come on, you too, you make my day get brighter as well but my parents are like a lighthouse in the middle of my sad and dark sea, it's like all my problems are taken away, yeah I still feel kinda... I don't know, lets talk about some other thing, be a good friend and let's avoid that topic for now, as I said I want they feel proud of me, so I'll work really hard, they are just so caring and loving" the girl seemed to be quiet for a long time, she was probably listening to her friend.
" Oh I don't really know, I have to wait, flights got delayed and my flight will leave really late, I don't even know what time is it, I'll eat something or I will keep crying, I made a fool of myself already so I don't care anymore, I tried to look for a lonely place to cry but this is the best spot I could get, hey! don't make fun of me or I will pinch your cheeks!, I'll be there in a few hours, and I'll pinch them anyway, you better be there to hug me when I come back, I don't care you aren't my roommate anymore, I need my best friend, I hate to live alone, you didn't expect I stopped you right?, I'm not a selfish person, I need a cat or something, but I'm glad your sister will stay with you, it was better for you guys to live together, I hope soon to be able to get a better place cause I'm starting to hate it, you know what? Once I'm back I will look for another flat, my dad told me he would give me anything I wanted since his business is getting really popular" that's when Jennie thought that girl was some snobbish and pampered person.
Then the girl kept talking "I told you, I just want a cat, some pet I can hug, yes I'm aware cats are independent, I love dogs but I don't have too much time to take care of one, that's why a cat would be better, maybe I'll end up like the crazy cat lady from the Simpsons, washing all my cats on the river".
That voice was really soothing, just listen to the sad funny girl changed her mood, and when she heard her giggling she really feel like looking at her face, she was really sad but that little giggle illuminated the whole place, Jennie was too shy to face her, after all she was just listening to everything she said and that was rude enough, so Jennie got up and left to go back to the VIP Lounge.

"So Chu, that made me realise I was pushing away the only people I really care about, and that's how I decided to just settle down here, I think I did the best", Jisoo smiled "I'm glad you decided to stay, I got my best friend and cousin back" Jennie gave her a gummy smile.

"So will need to be early, to start the photoshoots, according to Mr. James we will be taking pictures for a long time, so get hydrated, sleep early and make sure to have dinner before sleep, we will need to make a good impression" Lisa said to her workmates, it was almost 9pm
Rosé and her called for room service, they were starving, Lisa said she was gonna take a shower when the lavender blonde decided to talk to Lisa "Hey, I almost forgot to tell you something, Jennie called me", Lisa felt a cold shiver down her spine "Really? Well I'm glad you are keeping your promise" she smiled weekly at her best friend, "Hey Manobangs stop interrupting me!, Lis she was looking for you, she wanted to talk to you, I actually told her we aren't sharing a room cause honestly I didn't want to... Force things for you, so she told me she would be waiting for your call, I told her you lost your phone, apparently she called you and texted you a couple of times but your phone can't be reached".
Lisa got nervous "Chipmunk, I want to talk to her but at the same time I feel I'm not ready, maybe I could text her, what do you think?, Rosé smiled "Lisayaaah! It's up to you, I'm just telling you cause well at least you should do something, don't let her go, you love her" Lisa shook her head "She said she didn't want me around", Rosé smiled "Then why does she want to talk to you when you aren't around? Think about it, I'll leave my phone here, just in case" Lisa was thinking what to do, she didn't want to be rude, she was about talk when the room service arrived, they sat on a balcony enjoying the view and eating "Chipmunk can I borrow your phone for a moment?"
Rosé nodded.
Lisa was slapping her face mentally, when she was about to hang up the phone she heard her favourite voice "Hi Rosie! I thought you forget about what I told you early... Rosie?" Omg why I called her? Lisa thought for herself, "Miss CEO Kim, it's me... hmmm... Rosé told me you wanted to talk to me?".
When Jennie heard her voice she didn't know what to say, it was just too much pressure "Lalisa Manoban, I heard you lost your phone, I just wanted to know if you guys arrived well, also... Lisa can we talk when you come back? I know what I said but I think we should talk" then silence, nothing but silence.
Lisa was dumbfounded "You really want to talk to me?, after everything that happened?, Will you be comfortable around me?"
Jennie was already uncomfortable "Well... I hope you are comfortable when we get to talk, let's act like...colleagues, if that makes you feel better".
Lisa got annoyed "Seriously? Like colleagues? That's what you want? A cold treatment?..." She realised she was raising her voice, "I'm sorry I'm just...too tired, I didn't have a reason to rise my voice, well I guess... we could do that, so yes let's talk".
Jennie thought she was too dumb for suggest that "No, don't take me wrong, I just... Lisa I'm going to be honest I don't know what to do, or how to treat you, I don't wanna make you feel weird, I'm sorry, but promise me we can talk, you see I... Then she heard Tzuyu talking and that made her blood boil.

Tzuyu got inside the girls room "Lis let's get dinner I'm hungry, why are you guys eating without me?"
"You know what Lisa, why don't you eat with Tzuyu, it seems you guys will sleep in the same room, I don't know why I called you, sorry for disturbing your dinner" Jennie said in an annoyed tone.
Lisa was face palming herself mentally for the second time tonight, "Jennie I'm not having a dinner with Tzuyu, her room is connected with mine, that's all, so she just came in, I'm actually eating with Rosé" Lisa said feeling guilty, she didn't hear any response.
Rosie took her phone and put it on speaker so she was still able to keep eating "Hey Jen! She is telling you the truth, I'm here too, you know she doesn't lie".
Jennie couldn't help it "You know what Rosie, I appreciate you told Lisa I wanted to talk to her, but I think we can wait till she comes back, after all we are nothing not even friends" Rosé got nervous "Jen... you are on speaker" and Jennie gasped "Wait.. what?".
When Lisa heard that her heart broke again "Then Miss Kim, we don't have anything to talk about, since I'm nothing to you now, what's the point?, have a good night" Lisa said and walked outside the balcony, good Tzuyu went back to her room to call room service and didn't hear anything.
Rosé tried to calm Jennie "Hey Jen, I'm sorry, I thought you knew you were on speaker" Jennie sighed "I'm an idiot right?", Rosé chuckled "I'm sorry Jennie but yes you are, you should have seen her face when I told her you were looking for her, she immediately asked me to borrow my phone, and now well, I'm not going to lie, she looks really hurt, just wait till we came back to approach to her again", Jennie strted to cry "Yes I will, thanks and good night!", "Get some rest Jen" both hung up.
Rosé went to look for her friend "Hey Lis, you know she didn't meant it, she probably got jealous cause she heard Tzuyu" Lisa just nodded, "Rosé let's talk about something else I don't want to think about the whole drama and let's eat this is getting cold.
Jennie was crying once more, regretting what she just said, "Nice one Kim, nice one, you really are amazing" she said in a sad tone and buried her face on her pillow, crying her heart out.

After her dinner Lisa got ready to go to sleep, she took a quick shower and while she was drying her hair her mind was full of thoughts about Jennie, Did she get jealous?, Was she scrunching her cute nose like a fuming cat?, Ruby Jane why I can't stop thinking about you, if I was in Seoul I would go to see you right now, damn it! I do need you and I miss you so much, It's official this girl will be the death to me.
