Prologue
Note: Tokyo Revengers is not mine. It belongs to Wakui Ken. I did not create the characters aside from y/n. All credits goes to the owner. This is my own version of the story if reader is inserted.
3rd POV:
The sun was setting upon the horizon creating a mixture of red, orange, pink and purple in the sky. A 5 year old Sano Manjiro was walking back to his house, after playing with his friend, Keisuke Baji, on the jungle gym at the park. He happens to past by a corner and saw a group of boys ranging from 7 to 8 year olds ganging up on a 5 year old girl.
He was planning to ignore it but out of the corner of his eye he noticed that the little girl was not really affected by the kids surrounding her and became curious.
One of the boys became really pissed by not getting the reaction he wanted from the girl, so he tried to push the girl but unexpectedly got flipped over by the very same girl he was picking on and was pinned to the ground with his arms positioned at an angle behind his back as he tried to escape the girl's iron grip. Seeing this, the rest of his buddies got startled and then got angry as they approach the girl ready to attack.
Seeing as it was about to turn into a fight, Sano Manjiro became interested. As the bullies attack, they're expecting the girl to cry after being beaten up. But, the exact opposite thing happened when they were the ones beaten up by the girl who knew martial arts and it was also very well executed when she mercilessly beat up the boys ganging up on her.
The whole scene did not escape little Sano's eyes as he watch as the girl made the bullies fled.
Once all the bullies are gone, Sano or Mikey approach the girl who was bending to the floor grabbing her fallen bag. Feeling someone walking near her, the girl looked back and notice a boy about the same age as her approaching her. She quickly fixed her clothes that became crumpled during her little fight earlier.
When he got near her, he just noticed that the girl looks cute with her h/l h/c and big e/c eyes that radiated innocence which is a far contrast to the ones he saw earlier.
"That was pretty amazing earlier. Good job. The names Sano Manjiro by the way, but you can call me Mikey. What's your name?" the boy complimented as he smiled and introduce himself to the girl while holding out his hand for a handshake.
"Thank you. My name is l/n y/n but y/n is fine" the girl, now known as y/n, replied and shook hands with Mikey while she directed a cute smile towards the other.
Seeing the girl's smile, Mikey can't help but to feel his face getting hot and got disappointed as the girl ended their handshake almost missing her touch.
'Wth? I just met her for the love of god' Mikey thought.
End of Prologue.
