Takoba Municipal Beach Park, 4:50 a.m. The day after they met All Might, Izuku showed up, accompanied by his friends, to meet with him as requested. As they reach the meeting place, they look at the garbage-filled beach.
Katsuki:"This is where we're supposed to meet? This place is a dump! Literally!"
Minato:"Yeah. It's sad to see it in this state."
"Indeed it is."
The boys turn around to see All Might standing there, looking to the many piles of garbage.
All Might:"This was once a beautiful place, filled with life, until it was taken by rampant pollution. The trash came drifting from the sea and slowly filled the beach. Now it is nothing but a junkyard."
The boys looked at All Might's solemn face before staring at the multiple piles of trash in the once beautiful beach.
All Might:"Which is why I called you here, young Midoriya. Before you take One For All as your own. You will clean this entire beach. This will be your training. You will develop your muscles by carrying and pushing out all the trash from this place. You have until your high school entrance exam. I know you will be able to do it!"
All Might said with his trademark smile and a thumbs-up, while Izuku was finding himself overwhelmed by the task ahead of him.
Minato:"Don't worry. You can do it, Izuku. You've been training as hard as you can."
Minato said, with a smile, comforting Izuku.
All Might:"Well said, young man! Now that I think about it, I don't believe I got your names."
Minato:"I'm Minato Amamiya, and the one with the explosive temper is Katsuki Bakugo."
Katsuki, as always, seemed annoyed for no reason.
Katsuki:"What about us? We should train too!"
All Might:"Indeed. If you're aiming to be heroes you must train! I would love to help you, but I've planned this training for Young Midoriya only."
Minato:"Don't worry, All Might. I've already planned our training for the next 10 months. Though, it seems Izuku's won't be needed."
All Might:"Well done, Young Amamiya. That is quite the initiative."
Minato was happy with the praise. After saying their farewells, Minato and Katsuki left Izuku and All Might, and started their own trainings.
Katsuki started his training to develop his versatility, practicing with his explosions in all kinds of ways: using it to improve his mobility, learning to control the intensity of his explosions and developing all kinds of strategies and techniques to try to enhance his explosive power and range. While he did this, Minato started his own training. Using the forest on a small mountain just outside of the city, Minato setted up an obstacle course, a little over 10 miles long, filled with all sorts of traps, that he developed to help him enhance his stamina and reflexes. Minato then proceded to cross it up and down, until he couldn't run anymore.
The boys kept their routines for the next 10 months, going to school and taking what time they had before class to talk about their trainings, then, after school, saying goodbye and resuming said trainings. On the morning of the exam day, Minato and Katsuki decided to go check on Izuku, so they went to Takoba Beach. When they got there, they saw the beach completely clean, not a single piece of trash, and noticed Izuku and All Might, in his regular form, standing in it, so they called them. The duo went to them and started talking.
Minato:"I knew you could do it!"
Izuku:"Yeah! Thanks! I couldn't have done it if it weren't for those 2 years of training with you guys."
Katsuki:"Just don't go and fail the exam after everything we went through. Got that, Deku!?"
All Might:"It's good to see such a good friendship and camaraderie."
The boys then said goodbye to All Might, and went to their homes to get ready.

It was now time to go to UA for the entrance exam. Minato, Izuku and Katsuki were now leaving the train station and starting the walk to UA.
Izuku:"We'll finally see UA! This is it! We'll have to do our very best!"
Katsuki:"Not a problem. I'm gonna be the best one in the exam."
Minato:"You didn't forget about the written exam, have you?"
Katsuki:"Of course not! (Grinning) Plus, if anyone should be concerned about that. It's you."
Minato:"You got me there. Even so, I've studied as well as I could, so I'll hope for the best."
The boys kept talking on their way to UA High. When they got there, Izuku was amazed at the sight while Minato and Katsuki kept on walking. When Izuku realized it, he ran after them and tripped. He closed his eyes, waiting for the fall, but it never came. Opening his eyes, he sees his friends as well as an unknown girl with pink circles on her cheeks.
Girl:"Are you okay?"
Katsuki:"(Annoyed) He's fine."
Minato:" Thank you for helping him."
Izuku:"Helping me?"
Izuku suddenly realizes he's floating.
Izuku:"What's happening!?"
Girl:"It's my quirk."
The girl then joins her hands again and Izuku stops floating, landing on his feet.
Girl:"Well, I have to go. I hope we'll see each other again. Goodbye!"
Minato&Izuku:"Goodbye."
The girl then walked away.
Katsuki:"This isn't the time to be dating, you moron!"
Minato karate chops Katsuki in the head, leaving him grabbing his head in pain. Minato then started lecturing him.
Minato:"Now, now. Leave him be. So what, if he likes her. We are 15. It's only normal."
Katsuki:"(Pissed) One of these days... I'll kill you!"
The three boys started walking again into the school. After entering the building, they split up, going to their assigned classroom for the written exam. Half an hour later, the exam begins. Katsuki did it without much trouble and Izuku found a few questions a bit more complicated, while Minato found the second half of the exam quite tough.

After the end of the written exam, the grades were announced. In the end, the three were able to pass. They were now going to the presentation, explaining the final exam. They enter the room and sit next to each other. The hero, Present Mic, appeared and started the presentation. He talked about how the exam works, the different robots as well as their point value and the gimmick robot, and how we should just avoid it. Afterwards, Katsuki started an argument with a blue-haired boy during the q&a and everyone moved on to the buses that would take them to the area of the exams.
After getting out of the bus, Minato started warming up and looking around to check the competition. To his left, he saw a blonde boy with a black streak on his hair, releasing small sparks from his hands. To his right, a pink girl with small horns in her head and a big smile and a black-haired boy with strange, circular elbows, also warming up. After finishing the warm up, Minato started walking to the entrance of the exam area. As he did, an announcement was heard, saying that the exam was about to begin. Everyone got to their places, Minato in the front of the crowd, kneeling in a runner's stance.
As soon as the exam began, everyone started running, with Minato distancing himself from everyone else behind, moving to the middle of the city-like area, destroying any robot that appeared in his way. After he got to the middle of the area, he started running through the area, eliminating every robot he saw with ease. Punching, kicking, stomping, elbowing, body slamming, throwing or simply grabbing their heads and ripping them from the rest. In 30 minutes, he had already sweeped one half of the training area, failing to get a few robots here and there, who were destroyed by other participants. Minato then decides to go back to the entrance since he was sure he had more than enough points, when another announcement started, informing that the gimmick robot would now appear. Immediately after, the floor by the center of the area opened with a colossal robot coming out. Minato looked back, seeing the robot and simply ignored it and kept going, as he was just about to reach the entrance, with everyone else running away, he heard a scream. Looking back, he saw a girl with vine-like hair on the ground, looking like she was injured, and the gimmick robot approach her. Seeing that the girl was about to get crushed, Minato lunged forward, in a jumping motion, at a high speed, getting next to the girl and using every ounce of his strength to grab the robot's left track wheel, trying to stop it's movement, to no avail.
Minato:"I... won't lose... to some piece of metal! (Screaming) Ahhhh! "
Giving everything he had, Minato started crushing the track wheel, until, eventually, both the wheel and the track broke completely, as well as the robot's engine, which started breaking down due to the robot's movement becoming impaired. Minato carried the girl and ran as fast as he could into the entrance, as the engine blew up behind them. Reaching the entrance, he puts down the girl and lies down by her side, as his limbs seem start aching. A few minutes later, Recovery Girl, the former hero turned school nurse came to check on both. She treated the girl and then went to check on Minato.
Recovery Girl:"You are something else, aren't you, my dear. You only got a few scratches from your little feat, though your muscle tissue is a bit torn, no doubt from exerting your muscles like that. I'll help you recover, but it will still take a few days, even using my quirk."
Everyone was surprised from hearing that he came pretty much unscathed, while Minato just shrugged it off and walked to the bus. After returning to the school he met with Izuku and Katsuki. As he approached them, a blonde boy, with a strange looking belt, kept shouting, as tears fell from his face, about how the exam was unfair. As he left the school, the boys ignored him, and started sharing their experiences in the exam, as they walked to the train station.

A week has passed since the exam and today is the day the admission letters are delivered. Minato was getting ready for school, worried about Izuku's admission, after hearing about his exam from him, but, nonetheless, he hoped for the best. After getting breakfast, Minato and Katsuki went to school. While walking, they meet Izuku, who seemed quite depressed.
Katsuki:"Hey, Deku! Stop being all mopey! It's pissing me off!"
Minato:"For once, I agree with him. You gotta cheer up. You've done your best."
Izuku:"But I failed. I failed All Might and I failed you guys."
Minato:"No, you haven't. Even if you didn't enter UA, you can still go to a hero course. You'll be as great a hero as you can, regardless of your school. Things will work out, you'll see."
Minato's words cheered up Izuku a little, as the three of them reached the school. The classes went on, boring as always. After school ended, the boys went home to see if they had gotten their admission letters. As soon as they got home, Minato and Katsuki asked if they had any mail. Mitsuki turned to them, with a big grin, showing them, in her hands, two cards with UA's seal.
Mitsuki:"We got these today! Congratulations, you two!
Minato&Katsuki:"Thanks!"
They both said, happier than ever. After opening and reading them, they went upstairs, changed clothes, said goodbye to Mitsuki and went to see Izuku. They decide to race to the Midoriya home, which ended up with Minato winning, to Katsuki's annoyance. They then ringed the doorbell. Afterwards, Izuku's mother came to the door.
Minato:"Hey Auntie Inko. Is Izuku home?"
Inko:"Yes. He's in his room. I'm guessing you're here to celebrate about your admission letters."
Minato:"Yeah. Does that mean that he's..."
Inko:"(Smiling) He has got one too. Come on in! Go celebrate!"
The boys thanked and walked in to Izuku's room. They then knocked and entered to see Izuku sitting at his desk, crying from happiness.
Minato:"I told you things would work out."
Izuku:"Yeah! Now we'll get to study with All Might!"
Izuku said, with a big smile, throwing his arms in the air. When he looks at his friends again, they seem to be in a mix of confusion and surprise.
Minato:"All Might is gonna be one of our teachers!?"
Katsuki:"What the heck are you talking about, Deku!?"
Izuku then explained that All Might told him, during training, that he had accepted an offer to become a teacher, in order to find a successor for One for All, before they met. Minato became ecstatic at the thought of learning with All Might while Katsuki thought of it as a chance to train and surpass Minato. Izuku just chuckled at his friends' reactions.

Today is their first school day at UA's hero course and Minato, Izuku and Katsuki were walking to school. Minato, being exhausted due to not being able to sleep from the excitement, was wearing the uniform with his sleeves rolled up to the elbow, his jacket opened, his tie loosened and his shirt collar unbuttoned, Izuku wore his with his tie in a bunch and Katsuki wore his without the tie. As they got to the school's entrance, the three look up and think.
Izuku:"Today is our starting line to become heroes."
Katsuki:"Let's do this!"
Immediately after, Minato starts falling asleep on his feet.
