Kongpob's POV:-
"Today has to be the most bizarre day of my life!"
I thought tiredly as I made my way to my look-alike's apartment whose role I played today. It was very exhausting to constantly be on toes.

I dressed up as formally I could, choosing the formal-like clothes my look-alike has because no matter what existential crisis I have, I shouldn't let it effect other things. Just as I came out, that stern faced guy who was apparently manager of my look-a-like looked at me before laughing "Oi Sing, Why are you dressed up so formally?! Anyway lets go! We are already late!"
To say I was nervous is an understatement. I was fidgeting in my car seat. I am always prepared for anything before hand and that gives me confidence. But Now, I was thrown in a loop. I don't know anyone. I didn't even know whats the shoot was about. It was giving me jitters.
Just as I got out of the car, I met one very loud dude who hugged me and it set me into a panic mode. I didn't know who this person was. I saw someone who looked liked a kid pulling the loud dude, "Papi~~ You are suffocating him. Let him come inside first. I know you are excited! Just let him go!" Papi!!?? Father?! There is a child actor?!
(A/N:- Kongpob is too innocent minded except for Arthit, Papi translates as Daddy, but it's often used as a sexy name for a husband or lover.)
I instantly straightened up with a smile as the loud dude pulled back from the hug. "Swadee Phi" Hoping, that my panic was not visible on my face and they won't notice me not knowing their names."Ohho~~~ Khun Singto! Swadee!" Said that loud dude as if my politeness was amusing to him. The person who seemed like a kid hugged me as well; his hug was warm.
"Sing! Aren't You excited for this Project?!" Sing?! So he wasn't a child?! Okay! First order business was to think of appropriate response! Yeah, lets keep it humble, I thought. "Yes,very much! I am so lucky that I got to work with all of you!" Both of them gave me what I would call an evil smile, and that person who- I really need to know their names looked like a kid said, "Lucky working with us? Hoi~~ we all know what you think inside your brain!"
I didn't know how to respond. I was trying to put up a mask to not let my Panic and confusion show on my face but they sensed my confusion. "No need to look so confused, we all know you are excited to work with your Nong and not us!" That loud dude said as the person who looked like a kid started hugging and kissing that dude's neck. Suddenly my brain caught on something, the way this dude was protectively wrapping a hand around the person who looked like a kid and whole interaction seemed like-like they are boyfriends?! Oh! Papi! Oh my god!
I was facepalming myself internally as I had a light bulb moment. I smiled seeing their interaction. They looked cute. (A/N:- Yes, I am a babi too) "Phi, I can see what you are excited about too!" I said giving them a suggestive smile. Now 2 more people entered the scene. A guy who looked very similar to me bickering with a guy who was eating "Shin Mai pop" . They came and hugged me too. I tried not to get my OCD to me as that guy tried to hug me with fingers full of spice.
That guy, who looked liked a kid said "P'Tay! P'New! Stop bickering for one second!"
Finally some names I thought. I just need 2 more names. As I was internally making a map, P'Tay said, "Hoi! Don't tell me! Tell him! He tried to put something in my drink!"and P'New smiled evilly and said "Nong Gun! Don't pay attention to your pet! He is just blaming an Innocent" stressing the word innocent a little too much. So his name is Gun and P'Tay is his Pet? I have a lot to catch upon.
Just As all of them were bickering, I was suddenly hugged from back with too much force as if the other person was running to come here, I could feel his heartbeat. I had an inkling of whom this person might be and just as I turned around- Krist! "Phi Sing!" he shouted in my ear.
Seeing him in person made me feel weird, He played the role of guy I was supposed to fall in Love with! I tried to stop myself from thinking about him as a hazer and tried to remember he was an actor. I didn't realize I was smiling too wide seeing him until "Hoi Sing! You are literally giving your Kit-Kit heart eyes!" Said P'Tay.
I tried to school in my features as Krist had a frown settling on his face and looking at me intently as if he saw all of me and knew that I was not Singto Prachaya. I remembered the name Kit-Kit suddenly as I said "Hoi Kit, You are late!" trying to be as normal as possible. Seeing me react he relaxed a little but still looked a bit skeptical of me. Oh crap, this is going to be tough.
"I was stuck in the traffic P'sing! Do not be such a bitter old man!" He said. I knew about Krist and that he was one year younger than Singto as I saw about sotus and their cast. "Nong! I am only one year elder to you!" I said and was again panicked seeing the faces of all others. They had a surprized expression on their face.
What was wrong?! The part being one year old was definitely correct. Oh! Maybe Singto doesn't call him Nong in general? Ugh! I was trying to handle the situation just when My manager interfered, "You lot, Lets go inside! Its already late!" I thanked the guy so many times in my head.
Then we had a ceremony for starting the shoot, and I was thankful that it lasted till lunch. Only half a day remaining! You can do this Kongpob, I thought. Just as I sat down for lunch and started eating, I had a headache coming up. Every one looked me as if I have grown 2 heads and Krist started frowning again. "Phi Sing? You dont usually eat bland food right? You like saucy and salty foods! Thats why we ordered Pad Thai for you."said krist, giving me a packed box of Pad Thai!
Oh god, I like eating bland foods. I tried to be normal and said "Just trying something new Today! Haha". All of them didn't look convinced but relaxed as I started eating Pad Thai. The atmosphere around the table was very lively as everyone was bickering and I put my guard down a little and laughed with them.
We had outfit selection for all of us as costume designer took the notes for any changes which were to be made. The style of each character was being decided and discussed as it was related to the aura of character. Then a picture was clicked for the Cover of the series where we all were laughing at the camera. Acting was not an easy job as it seemed.
As I was lost in thoughts, Krist tried to talk to me which I missed apparently. "Phi! Phi sing! What are you thinking so deeply? You are being really quiet today~~" Krist said with concern shown on his face. I didn't know what to say, I couldn't possibly say, I wasn't talking anything because I am afraid one word will mess this up. No one would believe me!
I said the first thing that came into my mind,"I was thinking about my mae!" Oh! Why I did I say that! How would I cover up if he asked me what I was thinking? But all my panic was baseless as his face morphed into an understanding one and immediately got up to hug me. "Phi Sing, I know you miss her! She is always watching over you" He said as if he was trying to soothe me. I didn't know why I trusted this guy so much and instantly arched into the hug. The hug was already making me feel better.
After that incident, I listen to everyone around with a smile and tried to understand as the director was trying to explain the character in depth. If was going to stick around here, I need to be as natural as possible.
Finally at 6 30pm, It was time to get back home. I opened my ig to post that picture which we clicked in the afternoon as my manager suggested. That loud dude, whose name was apparently "Off" left the set with P'Gun. P'Tay had some work so he left with P'New as he was going to drop P'New. Krist slowly approached me, "Phi Sing! Let's get dinner together?" he said. I was really in a dilemma. If I said, I definitely wont be able to keep my act around him and If I said no, It would be suspicious.
Just them, P'Jane interfered. "Go Sing! Me and Yui are getting dinner and go shopping together. So enjoy and read the script once you get back to the Condo" So I had no option but to tag along with Krist. We got into the van as Krist said "Lets go to the stalls near our university! It's been so many days!" Our university?! They studied in one university?! Wow. "Okay Kit!" I said.
The car ride was so peaceful. Krist just sat with his back against my arm and scrolled his Instagram and showed me funny memes as we reached the stall. I was just going to open the door of the van, and Krist pulled me back, "P'sing! Put the mask on!". Oh! I was an actor. I put the mask on making a mental note for next time.
We got down, and he pulled me to the nearby stall and ordered food as we sat down for both of us. It was as if he knew everything about Singto Prachaya. We had a dinner full of street food as he was making up the conversations about our series and its promotional activities. I was making a mental note of all these details and gave a response which would be ideal.
Just as we were completing the dessert, Krist suddenly said "You know P"sing, when in the morning you said You were Kongpob, I was very amused. But today you seemed to be channeling Kongpob. You are polite and distant. You are eating very meticulously today" he said eying my cup of dessert. I froze hearing that. Dang! I got caught! Maybe I should tell him and he would believe me? I was perhaps silent for too long as he put his hand on my hand and said "You can tell me anything Phi! I can wait until you are ready!" I had a rush of gratitude "Thanks Kit! I will tell you soon!" I said not hiding anymore.
He dropped me at my condo and left after giving me a hug. I made my way back up thankful for the 3 day break I would get for studying the script and we would have to shoot the trailer. Maybe this is all a dream and my look alike would be back in his apartment by the time I opened the door.
Sigh, It was empty. I plopped up on the couch which was very comfortable and just sat there exhaustion catching up to me. I need to look for more details in these 3 days. I need to watch sotus. I need to know what happened.
Time for some research!

So Krist already suspects something! Will he believe Kongpob? How would Kongpob react Seeing his own life story as a series? The next chapter will mostly be in Singto's PoV. Stay Tuned!
