Athena opened the door to the dojo and began to walk in. Eli followed behind her. "Glad to see you Strawberry Shortcake." Sensei said as he watched Athena walk in. "And welcome to Cobra Kai..." he told the person who walked in behind Athena, not realizing it was Eli.
"Eli? What.. happened?" Miguels eyes widen when Athena moved to reveal the boys new look. After the whole Lip thing went down Athena drove Eli to the grocery store to grab some snacks and he decided he wanted to change his hairstyle up. He ended up dying his hair black with electric blue tips.
* "Athena this looks boring. I need something to spice it up. You know... add some flavor?" *
Athena spent hours perfecting his mohawk before going to the karate dojo today. "I'm flipping the script." Eli announced to the class as they stared at him in awe.
"Wait are you the kid with the lip? Nice cut bro. See that? It doesn't matter if you're a loser, a nerd, or a freak. All that matters is that you become badass." Sensei Lawrence told the class as he pointed at Eli. "Hawk.. fall in." He said as Eli kicked off his shoes and stood next to Athena. She shot him a smile as he looked down at her and smirked.

"Fighting positions!" Sensei yelled as the students stood in a fighting stance. He looked around the room observing the kids positions. Sensei kicked Hawk's front leg forward. "Stabilize your base Hawk. Keep your balance full rotation when you strike."
"Yes Sensei!" Hawk replied. Athena looked over at Hawk and started giggling. He gave her a 'what's so funny look'.
"Yes Sensei!" Athena mocked. Hawk rolled his eyes at the girl and started smiling.
Sensei Lawrence went around the room making people flinch. "Holy shit we got a room full of flinchers." He announced as he looked around at the students.
"Yes Sensei!" Everyone said in unison except for Athena. She looked around the room and noticed a lot of the students looked like they've never even been in a fight before. Athena obviously hasn't been in a fight but she still has a sister who used to box, so being a punching bag was part of her job.
"That was not a question! Raise your hand if you've never been punched in the face." Sensei demanded. All of the students except for Athena, Miguel, and Aisha raised their hands. "Put your hands down. All your lives you've been avoiding fights. So you don't break your nose or lose a tooth. This concussion nonsense. So there's only one solution and that is before you leave this dojo, each and everyone you is going to take a punch, very hard, to the face. Miss Robinson line them up! Un-flinch this group."

"Okay Hawk, it's your turn." Aisha told him. Hawk looked over at Athena who was standing near Miguel talking about something.
"I only trust Athena. If I'm going to get punched in the face it might as well be by the girl I like." Hawk said loud enough for Athena to turn around.
Aisha rolled her eyes, "Just date already. You guys make me sick." Athena started blushing as she left Miguel and walked over towards where Hawk was standing.
"You sure you can handle a punch to your pretty face?" She double checked.
Hawk scoffed, "If you can take a hit to the face, I'm pretty sure I can too shortcake." Hawk knew Athena didn't really like that nickname anymore since Sensei used it too often. She doesn't believe Sensei Lawrence even knows her real name at all.
"Whatever you say hot stuff." Athena winked at Hawk before jabbing him straight in his face. Hawk flew backwards and slammed into the mat on the floor.
"Omg Eli are you okay?" Athena raced towards him and kneeled beside him. Hawk only allowed Athena to call him Eli since he owed her from always being there for him.
"I'm okay." He groaned as he began to get up. "It's just a tooth."

Arabella grabbed Athena's arm pulling her away from Hawk. "Um, I'll catch up with you later." Athena told the boy as he nodded. Arabella dragged her sister towards her locker. "Arabella, what do you want? Why are you so excited? Couldn't this have waited? I know you saw me talking to Hawk." She started to babble.
"Hush!" Arabella demanded as she pressed her hand on Athena's mouth causing her to stop talking. "No this couldn't have waited. I have some very important news to tell you and since you are my sister and best friend.. I thought you deserved to know first, before I do something stupid and end up regretting it." Bella said as she removed her hand from her sisters mouth.
"Okay. Spill now! You're making me anxious." Athena said as she leaned into Arabella's locker.
"So you know your friend Miguel right? And you know how I think he's super hot, funny, and caring right? So... I was thinking maybe I should ask him out tonight." Bella squealed.
Athena stood there in awe as her eyes widen. "Like... as a date? You want to ask Miguel on a date? Wow, you're about to beat me and Hawk. And I've talked to him more than you've talked to Miguel. Hawk has even kissed me, yet no date." She huffed.
"Boo-hoo. I'm pretty sure Hawk will take you on a date soon. Orrrr, you could just make a power female move like me and ask him yourself." Arabella stated, "So do you think I should ask him or no?"
"I say go for it. I think he likes you anyways, you guys would be cute together." Athena replied as she smiled.
"Ahhh, thank you Thena." Bella hugged the redhead. "Okay, now that I have your blessing nothing can stop me now."
Arabella started walking towards Miguel who was talking to Sam. "Go get em Tiger!" Athena shouted and shot finger guns as Bella turned around and did a rawr motion with her hands.

"I need somewhere romantic but not too romantic." Miguel began to say as him, Hawk, and Aisha were stretching on the mats. Aisha rolled her eyes at his words. Athena walked up them and sat down, only hearing Miguel's last sentence.
"You can take her to get tattoos." Hawk pointed out. Aisha began to giggle while Athena's eyes widen.
"Hawk... you can not be serious. You would actually take a girl on a date to get tattoos?" Athena asked nervously. She didn't really like the thought of getting matching tattoos as a first date.
Hawk quickly jumped up. "Yeah why not? I know a guy, just hooked me up with this bad boy." He said as he took off his gi, revealing a back tat of a hawk with a blue mohawk.
"Oh shit." Miguel said as he examined the tattoo.
"That is badass." Aisha announced. Athena placed her head into her hands.
"Right? Fourteen hours in the chair." Hawk replied as he flexed his abs in the mirror.
"What did your parents say when they seen that amazing tattoo Eli?" Athena questioned as she stared up at the boy.
Hawk began putting his gi back on. "Oh, they have no idea. Definitely going to have to wear a t-shirt 'till college. Probably longer. Please don't tell them." He said as he sat back down next to Athena.
"Uhh, any other suggestions?" Miguel asked as he looked around at his friends.
"Well I know for a fact that Arabella likes the skating rink, the mall, the movie theaters, and Golf n' Stuff. She actually works at Golf n' Stuff surprisingly, she's trying to prove to our mom that she's responsible. Bella also loves anything romantic and her love language is touch. There's a few pointers." Athena told Miguel as she smiled proudly knowing that she's the best matchmaker ever.
Miguel, Aisha, and Hawk were frozen. Miguel looked so confused. Athena began to look at them with a worried look and finally Miguel spoke up. "Athena.. who said anything about Arabella?"
Athena gasped and placed a hand on her mouth. "Oh my gosh. I said too much. I thought she- Um.. so who are we talking about again?" Athenas cheeks started to flush red with embarrassment.
"We were talking about Samantha..." Aisha pointed out.
"Thena you still haven't told me why you thought I was talking about Bella." Miguel raised his eyebrows. He knew Athena was hiding something from him.
She began scratching her head. As everyone gave her a death stare. "Well she sort of likes you and was supposed to ask you out.." Athena told him. She wasn't trying to betray her sister, she just knew she couldn't lie to Miguel. He would've figured out she was lying as soon as she spoke.
"Wait.. what do you mean-" Miguel began to say before he was cut off.
"Banned? What are you talking about?" Sensei shouted from his office. Miguel quickly sprung up and ran to see was Sensei Lawrence was talking about.

"Arabella get out of the car. You know you need to keep this job so you can prove to mom you're responsible enough for a car." Athena told her sister as they sat in the parking lot of Golf n' Stuff.
"Yeah, I love this place but it's not as fun when you're working the stupid prize center. All I do is stand around and hand out prizes. So boring!" Arabella groaned as she sunk into the passenger seat.
Athena turned towards Bella. "You have 5 seconds to get out of my car or I am going to drag you out the car and publicly humiliate you like I'm your mom, in front of your co-workers and customers. Get out now." She snapped.
"Ugh fine." Arabella got out of Athena's car. She waved goodbye then walked into Golf n' Stuff.

Arabella was looking down at her phone until she heard familiar voices. When she looked up she saw Miguel and Sam at the Skee Ball game. Athena felt her heart sink, she quickly turned around and grabbed her phone.
Arabella: OMG! S.O.S!!!
Athena: what is wrong with u?
Arabella: you will not believe who is here...
Athena: uh.. who?
Arabella: MIGUEL & SAM!!!
Arabella: of course they would choose golf n' stuff.
Arabella: WHY DIDN'T YOU WARN ME!!!!
Athena: omg what-
Athena: he told me they were going to the observatory
Arabella: THEY'RE WALKING OVER HERE.
Athena: do u want me to come get u?
Arabella: no it's fine, i got this...
Bella slipped her phone into the back pocket of her khaki skinny jeans. "Oh.. hi Arabella." Samantha said with a straight face as Miguel sat the tickets on the counter. Miguel locked eyes with Arabella and they stared at each other for a second until he looked down at the prizes.
"Lets see you can get 15 necklaces, an eraser, or..." Miguel said staring at the prizes and trying to not look up at Bella who's eyes were beaming down at him.
"I want that guy." Sam smiled as she pointed to a stuffed octopus that was on the shelf behind Arabella.
Bella looked at the stuffed animal then turned back towards Miguel and Sam. "Sorry but you don't have enough tickets." She announced as she shot them a fake smile.
"Um, can I just pay for it with cash? Please Bella?" Miguel asked Arabella. She looked at him then looked down at her shoes.
"Sorry Miguel, store policy. Not enough tickets equals no stuffed octopus." Bella said as she shrugged. Miguel huffed as he backed away from the counter.
Sam shot Arabella a nasty look. "You know what Miguel, it's fine. Let's go." Samantha told the boy as she turned her back towards Arabella and began walking towards the door.
Arabella raised her eyebrow when she saw Miguel about to say something to her. "Miguel, you coming?" Samantha called out before he could speak to Bella.
"Yeah, right behind you." Miguel replied as he caught up to Sam and followed her out the door. Arabella let out a huge deep breath as she placed her head in her arms on the counter.
