The One Eyed Black Dragon, it was always Ais Wallenstein's sole goal to kill the dragon and take back her mother, she had the opportunity to kill it but she was weakened. Out of nowhere A boy named Bell Cranel stepped in and delivered the final blow to the dragon.
Bell appeared in front of Ais, he had his hand pointing at the dragon. While he was running he changed up Argonaut to its max charge.
"Firebolt!" Bell yelled out, a huge fire ball started to construct around him before finally firing at the dragon. He fell to the floor as he struggled to keep himself from fainting
"Bell did it!" Welf shouted, "he actually did it!" Cheering was heard all over, the sky was bright, it was a nice day
"I did it" Bell thought, "I became a hero. Grandpa, mom, dad, everyone! Are you proud of me?"
Out from the burnt corpse of the dragon appeared a blond woman, she looked a lot like certain person Bell knew. Ais looked up and saw her, it was her mother, Aria
"Mom" Ais said as she ran to give her mom a hug, "mom it's really you! It's not a dream"
"Ais" Aria said as she patted her daughter, "I missed you"
"Mom I couldn't save dad" Ais said as she cried in her moms arms, "I was too weak"
"You are not weak" Aria said, "you were only a child my dear, so don't beat yourself over it"
"I..I'll try" Ais said, she then remembered that Bell was still in the floor, she turned around to see Bell smiling as a crowd went to go cheer with him
"Ais, who's that boy?" Aria asked
"That's Bell Cranel" Ais said before stopping to think, "he's the hero I've been looking for"
"Why don't you introduce him to me?" Aria asked, "I would love to meet the person who captured my daughter's heart"
"Are you sure?" Ais said, "he seems a bit busy right now, we can do it later"
"I'm sure Ais" Aria replied, "unless you're scared about something, oh perhaps you're embarrassed to introduce me to him"
"N..No mom!" Ais yelled out, "I'll get him"
Ais went up to Bell and dragged him all the way to Aria, Bell was pretty much embarrassed at this point
"Mom this is Bell" Ais said, "Bell this is my mom, okay we gotta go now bye" she said before being stopped by her mom
"Ais, why are you in such a hurry?" Aria asked, "I think you introduce us more formally"
"Okay, Bell this is my mom Aria" Ais said, "and mom this is Bell"
Bell thought for a second, if Aria was her mother than that would mean that Albert was her father
"It's n..nice to m..meet you" Bell said with a bow
"It's nice to meet you to Bell" Aria said, "how did you and Ais meet?"
"W..Well it's a long story" Bell said as he scratched his chin
"I don't mind" Aria said, meanwhile Ais was mentally screaming at herself. This was way too embarrassing for her.
"Well it started when she saved me in floor 5" Bell said, "and after that I continued to ask her for help"
"I see, so Ais was your knight in shining armor?" Aria asked
"W..Well she was kind of an angel" Bell said out loud. Aria and Ais looked at Bell with a surprised expression, "oh crap! I said that out loud!"
Aria started to laugh, "it seems that Bell has fallen for you Ais" Aria said as she looked at her daughter, she was a bright red.
"Well she's not wrong" Bell though as he looked at Ais, "I've fallen deeply, I don't think I can ever get out. I don't think I want to get out"
"Hey Bell I have something to tell you" Ais said before being interrupted by screaming. They all looked over to see the dragon's burnt corpse glowing. A white dragon emerged from the corpse and was making its way to them. They tried to attack it but the weapons wouldn't do anything. It flew all the way to Bell and stopped to stare at him.
"Boy, you have defeated me" the dragon said, "I must thank you for finally setting me free from my hate"
"You can talk!?" Bell yelled out loud
"We do not have time for idle chit chat" the dragon demanded, "now what is it do you seek?"
"Well I seek out to revive someone" Bell said as he continued to look at the dragon, Everyone looked at Bell, who was he trying to revive?
"You do know that this can have bad effects?" The dragon asked
"I know but please! Is it possible?" Bell pleaded
"Yes, but for a request this big there is a requirement, I'm sure you already know it?" The dragon asked, Bell nodded and stood up.
"Very well, name the one you wish to revive" the dragon said
"I wish to revive Albert Waldstein" Bell said, he looked back at Ais to see her with a shocked expression, he smiled back at her as a response
"Okay boy, say your final goodbye to the girl" the dragon replied
"Ais I'm sorry but I don't have much time, so please listen to me" Bell said, "before I came to Orario I was just a hopeless farm boy, but you made me feel special"
"Bell, what do you mean you don't have time!?" Ais asked hesitantly
"Well it means-" Bell said before getting cut off
"He seeks to revive someone who had been dead for 1,000 years, which would disrupt the balance of life. So to restore that balance a sacrifice had to be made" The dragon said,
"In exchange I gave my life" Bell said with a smile, everyone present was saddened by this but decided to stay quiet for his sake
"Bell! Why are you smiling!?" Ais asked, "why did you do it!"
"Ais, I lost my parents and everyone I knew a long time ago. I thought I lost my happiness until I met you, I fell in love with you" Bell said, "so if I have to give up my life to see you happy then I will do it, after all if you're happy then I'll be happy"
"That's not fair!" Ais pleaded, "you can't do this to me! You can't just say you love me only to vanish away!"
"I won't be gone completely Ais, I'll still be here" Bell said with a sour smile, "you just can't see me"
"Boy, I have found his soul. I will start the sequence" the dragon said as he flew up to the sky. Bell's hand started to disappear in some sort of mist
"It doesn't hurt" Bell said, "I'm sorry everyone! Please continue to do your best without me" Bell said. Some of his friends went up to him, the rest couldn't bear to hear him.
"Bell" Welf said
"Hi Welf, I did it" Bell said, "Please continue to lead the familia without me" Bell took out the Hestia knife and handed it to Welf
"Bell I can't do this..we need you" Welf said
"I'm sorry Welf, I know you'll all do fine without me" Bell said with a smile, Welf just looked as his captain/brother/friend was dying before his eyes
"I promise Bell, I'll lead this familia and I'll make you proud" Welf said, Bell smiled. He continued to say goodbye to many of his companions and friends, but the one he was waiting for was Ais.
"Ais, so this is good bye?" Bell said
"No Bell, I'll definitely find a way to bring you back" Ais said, "I promise you that, then when you come back I can save you and I'll never let you go again"
"Thank you, Ais" Bell said. His whole body had almost finished disappearing, "hey Ais, where are you? I can't see you"
"I'm right here Bell" Ais said as she put a hand in his cheek, "can you feel my hand?"
"Ais, where are you, I can't see anything" Bell said, "wait I see something...Mom, Dad?" Bell said out loud
"Mom, Dad I can see you" Bell said with a smile.
"Bell, I will always love you" was the last thing Ais said before Bell disappeared. She fell to the floor and felt 2 pairs of hands hug her, she looked up to see her mom and dad
"Hi Ais" Albert said, "let it all out" Ais cried in the arms of her parents.
"Mom, it hurts!" Ais yelled out, "it hurts so bad"
Her parents just looked at their daughter in sadness, they we're all together again but it didn't feel right, Ais should be happy but she couldn't help but feel sad, the boy that she had loved had given his life to make her happy, but the only thing she can think about was him disappearing from her yet again.
AN: yo this made me cry a little. I need to do this some justice😂 I might continue it after I thought about some sort of way to bring him back.
