The Cullen Residence was full of chaos as the vampire residents freely flashed around the house preparing for another busy day at Forks High-School and the Hospital, their voices echoing as the siblings argued over hot shower water and mirror space.
Addison teleported into the kitchen happily accepting the seafoam green travel cup filled with animal blood that Esme held out for her, "thanks mom" she quickly grabbed the two backpacks resting by the counter before disappearing into the cloud of misty black smoke.
"Here Jazz" the honey-blonde caught the bags she tossed at him with ease making quick work of shoving the notebooks and school-books into them before zipping them back up, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips when she traded him the cup of blood for the bookbags before disappearing once again.

"Addison Cullen-Whitlock". Addison winced at the angry tone coming from her twin as she sat the bags down next to the others in the living room, "that is not the outfit we agreed on" a disappointed glare appeared on Alice's face as she crossed her arms over her chest, "you promised that every Monday I could choose your outfit and you could choose mine".
Addison pouted looking down at the jeans black jeans she had paired with the shirt and shoes her sister had chosen, "but Allie-Cat it's freezing outside" she was ignored by her twin sister who simply scoffed "I swear you are the only vampire in the world who feels coldness".
The twins continued to bicker, their voices echoing around the busy house until their adoptive father broke the pair up, "girls we don't have time for this", they both let out a heavy sigh giving up on the problem, "sorry dad" the twins gave each other one last glare before disappearing into their bedrooms to finish preparing for school.
Addison quickly changed into the skirt Alice had originally chosen despite already feeling cold but it would be worth the smile on her sister's face over something so simple...
Once Rosalie Cullen had finally finished prepping the family was out the door and into their separate cars and despite wasting almost an hour, the Cullen's were still the first people in the school parking lot with plenty of time to spare.

Isabella Swan was trying to focus on her new 'friends' conversation but her attention was riveted towards the double doors of the cafeteria and she was completely lost as the doors swung open and five of the most astounding people she's ever seen entered. Two guys and three girls, all a chalky pale with purple shadows underneath their eyes, all devastatingly beautiful...
And Isabella couldn't help but ask who they were and Jessica Stanely wasn't at all shy about swinging into gossip mode, "Doctor and Mrs. Cullen's foster kids, they all moved down here from Alaska two years ago", Angela Weber was a bit shyer about openly gossiping but she still added her input, "they kinda keep to themselves".
"Because they're all together, like together-together, the blonde girl Rosalie and the big dark-haired guy Emmett they're a thing, I'm not even sure that's legal". Rosalie Cullen hated the Stanley girl with a burning passion, she had a tendency to poke her nose into the family's business, "Jess they're not actually related".

"But they live together" Jessica shrugged Angela off before continuing to speak, "the little dark-haired girl, Alice, she's really weird just don't ever talk bad about her to the other little weird brown-haired girl that's her twin sister Addison, she's older by however many minutes though".
Bella watched as Addison spun her twin sister around in a little circle, she could tell they were really close, "they're both crazy protective of each other, Brad Williams called Alice insane once and Addison almost broke his neck, Emmett had to hold her back".
Bella couldn't imagine someone so dainty and innocent looking being so dangerous but the small smirk on Addison's face was proud? "Addison is with Jasper, the blonde who looks like he's in pain, he's Rosalie's twin, kinda ironic, twins, dating twins".
Mike suddenly leaned forward with raised eyebrows speaking in a hushed voice, "I didn't even know they were a thing and when I asked her out he almost bit my head off" and almost like she could hear them Addison looked up at the honey-blonde with a teasing smile muttering something that only he could hear, an enchanting giggle leaving her perfect pink lips when he playfully spun her before they sat down with their family.
"Doctor Cullen's like this foster dad slash matchmaker", "maybe he'll adopt me" Angela smirked making Bella slightly smile before her attention was once again pulled away by the last Cullen member. "That's Edward Cullen, he's totally gorgeous, obviously but apparently no one here is good enough for him like I care, anyway don't waste your time".
Isabella shrugged, finally looking away from the one specific family member, " I wasn't planning on it"...

Addison and Edward Cullen were enjoying their conversation of pure nonsense and laughter as the second bell rang, "turn around mister before you get us in trouble again" she teased making him playfully roll his eyes as he dramatically spun around in his chair facing the front of the room- but no one noticed the way he suddenly tensed or the sudden change in his personality other than Addison and Isabella. And Addison became instantly worried for her adoptive brother...
"Today we'll be observing the behavior of planaria a.k.a flatworms" a frown formed on her lips at her brother's uncomfortable behavior trying her best to be supportive in her head, thinking of positive things like puppies and kittens, and saying the words, "it's okay, calm down" over and over like a new mantra...
"Yes folks, zombie words, they just won't die" Addison handed the dish to Angela with a polite smile slightly disturbed at how excited her teacher was over worms...

Edward didn't even give Addison the time to think once the bell rang dismissing the class, his hand harshly gripped her wrist cracking the skin as he dragged her out of the classroom, she craned her neck locking eyes with the insecure human mouthing the words, "I'm so sorry". She didn't give a damn about the new girl but she still had manners, unlike her brother who was rudely dragging her down the hallway.
Addison had lost track of Edward the moment his hand finally released her wrist the skin was cracked from how tight his grip was but after she fed it would heal so she pushed the injury aside rushing outside the school doors into the asphalt parking lot and she didn't stop until she was in front of her family.
"We have a problem, a really really big problem" she stammered out making the Cullen's laughter and conversation come to a skidding halt, their attention focusing on the girl with pure concern in their eyes, Jasper immediately checking his wife over for marks making her huff in annoyance.
"N-No- nothing wrong with me" Jasper held up her cracked wrist with a raised eyebrow making her pause, "I can explain tha- stop it" she was beginning to feel flustered, her concern switching her brain into maximum overdrive, "just listen to me, something's up with Edward and the new girl, one minute we were laughing and joking and then she walked in and he just changed, like someone flicked a light switch, it was really really weird"...

"Oh and then he dragged me out of class which is how my wrist got messed up but then I lost him-", "come on" Addison jumped when Edward suddenly appeared next to her, his voice angry making her wonder what had happened in the span of half an hour, "you're going to be late for ballet practice, and then you'll be mad at us for making you late" he added before climbing into the vehicle.
Addison's frown deepened, not liking how upset the human had made him, and once again her golden eyes had locked with Isabella's brown ones from across the parking lot... She didn't like the effect the human had on her brother...
"Come on darlin" Jasper spoke quickly, breaking her from her glaring and both of them climbed into the car trying to ignore the tension in Edward's body...
