Night time
Souls POV
So cold...why? It's like I've been abandoned...where is everyone? So dark...
Oh.
That's when I realized, i was laying on cold concrete in front of crystals school and it was really dark. Not to mention it was FREEZING I see some light heading towards me I wonder what is was? It was getting closer too
"Soul!" A female voice yelled, it was maka
"Maka! You've come to rescue me!" I said happily as I spread my arms open
"Soul! How did you not wake up! I thought you came back home! I left you here thinking you'd wake up in a few minutes but geez you're a heavy sleeper. While you were here, I cleaned the house, made dinner and took a nap, but when I woke up, crystal asked where you were and I was a little worried!"
Maka seemed mad but relieved
"Look, I'm sorry ok? But hey it's also your fault for leaving me here, just saying- ow!" She lightly maka chopped me with her hand
"Cmon let's go home before you get sick, oh my goodness you're cold!" Maka said when she grabbed my arm to pick me up, she brought an extra jacket and gave it to me. We finally arrived home and I collapsed on me bed, so warmmmm! I changed in pajamas and maka changed to her nightgown
"Where's crystal?" I asked
"She's in her room, she was trying to stay up so she could wait for you to return, but she got tired and went to sleep"
We both got on the bed and I immediately got closer to maka who decided to read for a little
"What are you doing? Go back to sleep so you won't be tired in the morning"
"Mmmmmm no"
I laid my head on her chest,
"ooooo so softttt~"
"Geez soul you're acting like a little kid and don't touch me there! Don't make me maka chop you! Ah~ I mean stop you idiot! My life flashed before my eyes, the last thing I saw was maka's red face and her holding the book she was reading up in the air.
Morning
I wake up with a headache, Makas still in bed, and I decided I should make breakfast today, like a good husband should! I go to crystals room
"Psst! Sweetie get up"
"Hmm? What is it daddy?"
"Let's make breakfast for you mom!"
"Ooo yay!"
We both arrive at the kitchen. What should we make? Me and crystal look at each other thinking about what we should make, we had pancakes last time, sooo we'll do...
"Cupcakes!" Crystal shouted out
"Hmmm, but I dont think we should be eating cake in the morning"
"Pleaseeeeee! Mommy can't get mad at me, I'm too cute!"
"That is very true, sadly she doesn't think that way when it comes to me" I said as I pinched her cheeks because she is indeed, very cute. She really got my good looks! I gave in and we start planning out what flavor we're gonna do
*knock knock*
I wonder who it is, I open the door slowly and to my surprise, it was spirit.
"Hello soul." He said in a bland voice. But when he saw crystal, he changed his tone completely
"CRYSTAL MY LITTLE ANGEL!!!" He goes to hug her, crystal explains that we were gonna make cupcakes for breakfast and spirits volunteered to help out.
"Thanks man, that'll help us finish them quicker"
"Quiet you disgusting filthy creature, I'm only doing this for my maka and my little angel crystal. Now shoo shoo"
I sit on the couch in defeat seeing crystal and that OLD MAN making cupcakes without me.
"Hey look a single woman who looks like she wants men that are as old as spirit!" I yell as I pointed out the window
"HUH?! WHERE???" Spirit ran off. Heh, classic spirit. When he left, I slammed the door shut and locked it
"What was that?" I hear maka mumble from her room, shoot! She woke up!"
"Mommyyyyyy we're making cupcakes!"
Maka yawned and helped her out while I just stood there and watched. Outside I hear spirit screaming in anger that I lied to him.
"Is that my dad?" She turned around and looked at the window
"Yeah, but don't you worry maka. I was able to shoo him away"
She giggled and I heard her phone ring
"I'll get it!" I shout and ran to her room, I see the phone and it's tsubaki!
"Hello?"
"Hey tsubaki! Maka's making cupcakes, wanna talk to her?"
"Yeah! Well that's the reason I called"
"Oh yeah, silly me"
I put the phone on speaker and put it next to maka, they were chatting and I honestly didn't pay attention until they were done with the call
"Soul, we're gonna meet up with our group in the afternoon!"
"Oooo sounds like fun! Are we gonna take crystal? Or should we ask someone that's not your father to take care of her?" I asked
"We should take her, she's never met our group in person, so it'll be exiting!"
Makas POV
We all get ready to meet up at the park crystal puts on a cute pink dress and we head out, as we exit the door I see a familiar face...more like breasts...
"Nya! Oh my goddess! Maka! Soul! Is that you? It's been so long! And who is this cute little girl!!?"
Blair shouted while she had a very revealing outfit.
Oh god, this is making me cringe. I look at crystal who was staring at her...chest, with widened eyes
"Ahem! Me, soul, and crystal we're going to meet up with everyone else, now if you don't mind, you can move out of our way please. Have a good day." We arrived at the park and everyone's there, I was so happy to see them!
"Yo soul! Maka! Little child!" Yelled Blackstar
Soul instantly ran up to him and did their old handshake like they did back then in school, I ran up to the girls with crystal in my arms, they all squealed
"Awwwww!" They all said in harmony, we all started chatting in the playground while watching crystal play. They all have changed so much, and shockingly even patty matured! Well a little bit, but she still did. I hear someone yelling my name and it got closer
"Maaaaaaaaaaakaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" can you guess who it was? It was my dad, he was gasping for air when he was next to me, and when he saw crystal playing on the swings, he joined her.
"Your dad never changes does he?" Liz chuckled
Kid goes to Liz and Oh. My. God.
"HOLY SHIT KID YOU GOT TALL!!!" I blurted out, the covered my mouth with my hands
"Oops sorry haha, no offense"
"Whatever, it's fine, what matters is that my hair is finally symmetrical!" He showed off his hair and I was surprised, it really was symmetrical!
"But you're not as cool as me!" Blackstar yelled, I think he's the only one who hasn't changed at all, but he does look a little different, Tsubaki is as kind as ever. Papa joined us for a while until we hear crystal yell
"Mommy!! Daddy!! Help!" Me and soul instantly turned around and ran to where crystal was, to our surprise, her arm turned into a scythe! We were all shocked by this, especially soul and my dad, they were crying tears of joy
"My sweet little crystal is gonna be just like her amazing and cool dad" soul cried out
"And just like her grandpa! I'm so happy" dad said with his eyes that had tears flowing like a waterfall
"I'm gonna be like daddy and grandpa?" Crystal asked with excitement
"Yes! Yes you are!" Soul happily said
Everyone congratulated her and had a little celebration party by buying a cake.
"I can't wait for you to become a death scythe like me!" Soul yelled
"And me!" My dad added
Crystal was very happy and we all ate the cake at the park, Blackstar was talking to crystal the most
"Try to be a god like me too!" He said
We were all laughing and having fun, who knows what the future will bring us now that we know that crystal can turn into a weapon, all we know for sure is that she'll be great!
