Odell pulled into the driveway of a really beautiful house, it was baby blue with a garden out front and a porch swing. I was really nervous though, I took a seep breath and took off my seatbelt.
"You'll be fine" Odell smiled at me
I weakly smiled back at him and he leaned over and kissed my cheek. I grabbed my purse and Odell opened my door and held my hand as we approachd the door. Odell opened the door and instantly started yelling
"MOMMY !!! JAZZYYY !!! IM HERE!!" He screamed out loud
"Momma said stop yelling before she put you out" A little girl that looked about 12 said walking towards us
"Ahh shut up jazz, Danielle this is my big headed sister Jasmine, Jazmine this is my friend Danielle" she stared me as Odell introduced us
She stared up at me and turned her nose up before walking away...I looked at Odell and sighed while shaking my head.
"Jazzy is just naturally mean, my mom is better trust me" he said before we walked into the kitchen
His mom stood there cooking while jasmine stood next to her helping.
"Hey mommy" Odell hugged his mother and kissed her cheek
"Hey Junior!!" She hugged him back, she spotted me and her smile faded "Who's she?" She raised an eyebrow
"This is my friend Danielle, Danielle this my momma Heather" the introduced us.
"Nice to meet you" I smiled at her
"Mmhh" she folded her arms
"Um, you have a beautiful house." I said nervously
"We know!!" Jazmine yelled
"Jazmine shut up! Always getting smart...nappy ass head" Odell rolled his eyes
"See momma there he go, dissing us over a thot again!" Jazmine retorted
"I am not a thot !" I spoke
"Yeah that's what they all say...thot" she said while his mom just stood there
OHHH THIS LITTLE GIRL WAS BOUTA GET CUSSED OUT... but I just rolled my eyes and walked back out the front door, I got in O'Dell's car and just sat there.
Odell POV
Danielle stormed off and walked out the door. I stared at my sister and my mom in disbelief.
"Why? .. Why do yall always do this?" I yelled
"She's just like the others Odell" my mom said
"We just friends and she's nothing like them other girls.." I shook my head
"That's what you said about the last one" momma said rolling her eyes
I shook my head and rolled my eyes, I left the kitchen and went out the door, I spotted Danielle sitting in the car with her head in her hands, I got in the car and moved her hands from off her face, she looked at me, her eyes were red and her face was stained from tears.
"Don't cry baby" I wiped her tears
"I told you this wasn't a good idea" she turned away from me
"Well honestly..I don't care what anybody thinks, even though we not together you my baby and nothing can change that" I held her hand
She looked at me and smiled a little, Jazzy came up to my car and for in the backseat.
"I'm sorry, I just don't wanna see my brother get hurt by any other girls...I didn't mean to make you cry" Jazzy said
"Its fine jazmine" Danielle smiled
"Well the food is done so if you wanna eat here you can, sorry Odell but its not enough food for you" Danielle and jazzy both laughed
"Oh shut up before I push you down that hill again" I laugh reminiscing about the time me and Jazzy were arguing while walking home from the park and she smacked me so I pushed her down the hill!!
"That wasn't funny I could've died!" Jazzy rolled her eyes
"Girl shut up you landed in Mr Tolle's strawberry garden" I laughed even harder.
"Odell you are mean!" Danielle pushed me as we walked into the house.
I took Danielle's hand as we walked back inside the house, my mom was standing there and right when she seen Danielle she instantly hugged her. Danielle was a little surprised at first but she hugged her back.
"I am so sorry for being rude to you earlier.." My mom said.
"It's fine.." Danielle smiled at her
After we ate we all just sat around in the living room talking, my dad was at work so Danielle didn't get the chance to meet him yet...but she will.
"So Danielle where do you work?" Jazzy's nosey ass asked.
"So nosey!" I mumbled
"Shut up you so mean to her, but I work at a hair salon owned by my bestfriend" Danielle said.
"Really! Maybe I can go to work with you one day, I love doing hair" jazzy said excitedly
"You sure can, anytime is fine sweetheart" Dani smiled
"Can you curl my hair now?" Jazmine said
"Yeah sure, c'mon"
Danielle and Jazmine went to the back where Jazmines ' room was at. My mom moved and sat next to me while staring at me.
"You like her don't you.." She smirked
"Of course I do mom...shes ambitious, smart. Beautiful ..everything" I smiled to myself
"So what's standing in your way! Make her yours" mama said smiling
"Well, she's Jarvis's sister and he's so over protective mama! I can't even wave at her without him getting mad!! He's out of town visiting his mom..so I took this time to spend time with her, not only that..mommy she got trust issues..bad" I said sighing
"Well if y'all like each other I guess Jarvis is gonna have to deal with it, she's grown, and you are too what's he gonna do, banish her!!...and as for her trust issues, you got em too...that's why in college you had so many girls cuz you couldn't stay committed. Don't mess this up Odell, I like her. She seems like a nice girl."
I smiled at my mom and hugged her, I loved talking to my mom, she was a good listener and she always had good advice. An hour later Danielle finished Jasmine's hair and we headed back to her house, she fell asleep on the way home so when we got to her house I carried her inside and laid her in her bed. I wrote her a note and put it on her pillow next to her. I kissed cheek and left..I'd be back later on tonight but I wanted to go work out for a few hours. As I was walking out the door, Angel was walking up to the door.
"Well well well..if it isn't Mr. One Hand Wonder.." He smirked
"Angel shut up, she's in her room sleep..just dont tell Jarvis"I said.
"Nigga I ain't no snitch, where I'm from you end up floating in the river for that. " he pushed pass me as he walked in the front door
I shook my head and got in my car, I headed to the gym and when I got there the usual people were there besides Jarvis.
"Wassup, Jeremy" I started to stretch.
"Wassup O" he said getting back to bench pressing
My phone dinged letting me know I had a text, it was from my baby. I opener it and I started smiling.

I had a good time meeting you're family today, I hope you come back tonight, wouldn't mind being in your arms again

Of course I'm coming back tonight baby girl, I went to the gym you want anything while I'm out?

I put my phone in my bag and stood up, I walked over to the treadmill and put my headphones on. As I was tying my shoe I felt a hand glide down my arm.
"Hey handsome.." I voice whispered in my ear
I looked up and seen Danielle's friend Tianna from the party that everybody was calling a thot.
"Hi.." I stood up
"I didn't know you work out here..I'm Tianna" she smiled
"Nice to meet you" I put my head phones on and started running on the machine
"You're odell right" she stopped my machine
"What do you want?" I looked at her blankly.
"Nothing... Just take this..call me if you're ever bored" she placed a piece of paper in my hand
It was her number and her address....i rolled my eyes and threw the paper on the floor, don't nobody want her ass..I already have somebody way better waiting for me to come home..
DANIELLE POV
I was sitting here talking to Angel about Odell..and the entire time he just sat there looking at me like I was crazy.
"..he just makes me feel so safe, like nothing could ever hurt me again!!" I smiled while holding onto his sweatshirt that he left
"Mmhh so what happened to not falling in love anymore" Angel said
"..that's the problem, he seems so different...but I don't wanna fall for him and then he's not even there to catch me" I frowned
"Well not all niggas are the same Dani..I know you have dated some fu fu ass niggas in the past and believe me they was some fu fu ass niggas ..but Odell doesn't seem that way" Angel said pulling a bag of flaming hot cheetos out his bag
I nodded my head in agreement and sighed
"Shit even if y'all wanted to date, you'd have to smack Jarvis in the head with a damn frying pan cuz you know he over protective as hell over you!!" Angel had a point there, Jarvis was very over protective.
My phone started ringing and Odell popped up, Angel grabbed it before I could, but I grabbed it back and answered it. Right when I said hello, Angel starts being a dickhead yelling dumb stuff
"DAMN GIRL YOU TIGHT!!!! YEAH WHATS MY NAME, SCREAM MY NAME!!!"
"DE'ANGELO SHUT THE HELL UP" I laughed
Odell- I hear Angel still there
Me- Yeah, he's childish don't pay him anymind
Odell- I'm on my way, I got your ice cream and sour patch kids
Me- Okay babe.. Hurry up! I miss you
Odell- I miss you too..give me 15 minutes and Ill be there
Me-Okay bae
I hung the phone up and threw a pillow at Angel's childish ass, he started laughing and threw a handful of cheetos at me. I laughed and started chasing him. Me and Angel were like little kids when we got around each other ! He tackled me to the floor and kept mushing my face. We kept play fighting until Odell walked in door. I pushed Angel away from me and ran to Odell, he picked me up and wrapped my legs around his waist. I hugged him and stared into his eyes.
"I missed you" he whispered while kissing me
"I missed you too" I smiled
"I'm leaving..you better come to work tomorrow Danielle!!!" Angel said hugging me
"I will, bye bestfriend" I said walking him to the door
After Angel left I heard the shower running so I guess Odell is in there, I went into Jarvis's room and took a shower in his bathroom, when I finished I wrapped a towel around my body and put on some shorts and a tank top. I went back to my room and Odell was laying on my bed going through my phone. I didn't really care i barely talk to anybody. I plopped down on the bed and snuggled my face into the crook of his neck. For the rest of the night, I just cuddled with Odell, ate ice cream and watched the marathon of Martin.
