It's shows what PTSD is, what Depression looks like, Abuse of Alcohol, thoughts of Suicide, etc. Some parts in these chapters are what actually happen in real life to real people so if you find it "funny" or "embarrassing" then don't comment that because the issues in this story are very serious to me and probably others. Please don't joke about mental illness in this book or in any book because mental health is so so important to me and I hate it when people joke around about it.
