Another day, another life choice, another thought, another emotion, and another human with a sore heart.
It was only 2 days since the twins came home, and it was like a train of emotion came clouding into the raven's head, allowing him no sleep, only the constant thoughts and possible tears running down his face while his lover hugged him tightly.
Jungkook could only remember the nights where he sat in this very bed with his wife and how they would talk non stop about their son, the names they could give him, what his room would look like, over even the outfits she would buy him.
Flashback
"Jungkook love, where do you plan on putting a huge basketball net?" Lisa asked chuckling as her husband came over to the front doors to see a huge net, causing him to chuckle nervously.
"Uh, in the back where that sad court is. It'll be perfect when our son is here." Jungkook stated, grabbing the clipboard to sign it before giving it to the man so he could go put it up.
"Baby, he's only been in here for 4 months." She explained, her hands placing themselves on her belly while he smiled.
"I know, but still, it's something to think about" Smiling, the blonde kissed his cheek before she shut the door.
"How about we get a way smaller one, more like a baby basketball net if you want one so badly, Mr. Bigshot." She emphasized, not realizing how his mind turned before he snapped his fingers.
"That's it! I'll order it now!" She quickly turned around, but was too late as he rushed up the stairs, causing her to laugh."

Taehyung stared at the other in confusion as he was cleaning up a small mess the twins made. The raven was staring at the front doors for quite a while.
"Hey Gguk, can you help me with the twins real quick? It's almost their nap time and I haven't finished cleaning their mess." He softly asked, only to get no reply back, causing him to frown.
The younger placed down the bowl of now disgusting oatmeal on the counter before he walked over to the older, placing a hand on his shoulder, which caused him to flinch.
"Babe? Are you alright?" Turning around, the older saw the younger's worried face before he gave him a small smile.
"Yeah, I'm fine love. I just..." he paused for a moment, trying to come up with a good excuse.
"I was thinking about some good ways to baby proof the house. Cause you know, whenever the babies start to crawl or walk, it's not going to be safe and with all these sharp corners that even us adults hurt ourselves on, I wouldn't want them getting hurt either." He explained, watching as the other's shoulders dropped and a warm smile filled the worried space.
"You scared me for a little bit Gguk, but you don't have to worry about it just yet. Hope said they won't start crawling until they're 6-9 months old." Kissing the older's cheek, he didn't see as the sadness in the older's eyes grew more as his smile grew more into a fake one.
"Now if you don't mind, could you please help me with the twins?"
"O-oh, sorry baby. I'll get right on it." Chuckling nervously, the raven quickly made his way over to the twins to get them out of their feeding chairs, not seeing how the brunette frowned sadly before he made his way up the stairs with both twins in his arms.

It was now around 9:45, the babies already put to bed in their matching onesies, soft music playing to let them sleep peacefully, their diapers changed, and now all tucked in their small blankets with their favorite stuffed animals; Minji's being a bunny and Taekwon's being a bear.
Jungkook was standing by his dresser after he took off his watch and placed it down, Taehyung getting into the bed after he changed into a white shirt and grey sweats.
"You know, I didn't think it would be as easy as it was these past 2 days. We might actually get the hang of this." Taehyung stated, listening as his boyfriend chuckled before he took off his black shirt, placing it at the bottom of his side of the bed before getting in himself, allowing the other to wrap his arms around his fit waist.
"I wonder how my parents put up with me and Yoongi. He was only 2 before I was born, so we must've been a handful." Jungkook admitted, only to look and see his lover chuckle with a warm smile that warmed his heart.
"You 2 were probably really good kids. Showing your actions today and how sweet and loving you are, I'd say you were well handled." Chuckling, the raven bent down to kiss his boyfriend's head before he moved over to turn off the light.
"Well we have yet another busy day ahead of us. We might as well get some sleep since the twins will be waking us up in 6 hours." The raven stated, getting comfortable in the bed as he faced the other, who only smiled at him with pure bliss.
"It's Daddy duty tonight, I got them last night." The brunette mentioned, winking at his lover before he snuggled close.
"Goodnight baby boy." The older whispered, kissing the other's neck before he laid his head down.
"Night Gguk."

Flashback
Nighttime struck and it was time for the couple to get in bed. Lisa was changing into her normal nightgowns while the other only wore boxers.
"Hey babe," Jungkook spoke as he looked at his phone, only to hear her hum.
"What do you think about this?" As the older made it over to the bed to look, she could only chuckle before she got into the bed herself.
"Seriously? A baby football outfit?'
"Yeah! Just think how cute he'll be." He explained, watching as she just laughed, shaking her head before she leaned in.
"I'm pretty sure he might accidentally get thrown across the room by your athletic friends." The blonde states, kissing his lips before she moved back over to turn off the lights, shuffling down to get into the covers while her husband still looked at the outfit.
"I mean...you're not wrong." Turning his phone off and putting it away, he got inside the covers and looked at her, smiling his bunny smile happily before he placed his hand on her cheek.
"Just imagine it, the baby is only 4 months away. Next thing you know is he'll be in our arms getting all the love and attention he deserves." The younger confessed, his other hand moving down to rub her belly.
"Mmm, I know right? I'm just waiting to kick your ass when he kicks like what an actual football feels." The older grips, listening as the other just chuckles before he kisses her lips softly.
"Don't think too much about the pain, it'll all be gone before you know it love." Patting her belly softly, he kissed her forehead before he got comfortable.
"Night Lis baby."
"Goodnight Kook."

End of Flashback
It's been a while since Taehyung woke up first in the morning without Jungkook already being up, just waiting for him to wake up while he either was looking at things on his phone or working on things on his computer.
But today was different. He not only woke up, but he woke up to the other side of the bed being empty and cold, the covers being moved like he was already out of bed.
Maybe he's checking on the twins or cooking breakfast.
Stretching out of bed, the younger slowly made his way down the hall, his hand casually ruffling his hair before he made it into the babies' room.
He frowned though whenever there was no sign of his boyfriend, and the babies' music was turned off, which only happens whenever one of them wake up.
Maybe he came in here and turned off the music before going downstairs.
Picking up Taekwon, who was wide awake like his father, he looked out the big window to see the pretty view of the backyard with yards of land and the city not too far away.
"It's a beautiful morning, isn't it Taekwon?" He asked his son, looking over to see him looking outside with wide eyes, causing him to chuckle.
"You like it too I see." Smiling happily, he kissed his baby's cheek before he went back over to see Minji still asleep.
"I'll be back for you princess."

As he made it down the stairs, he sighed happily as he smelled the lovely smell of breakfast in the air, bacon sizzling, eggs being flipped over, the smell of different fruits being put out as well as some dishes.
But as he reached the bottom of the stairs, he frowned whenever he didn't see Jungkook in the kitchen, but Joy instead.
"Oh, good morning Tae." She happily said, smiling at him before she saw the baby and gasped.
"Oh my goodness! He's so cute!" Joy squealed, placing the plate she had in her hand down before running over in her maid outfit and high heels to gently pick up the baby.
"Hey Joy, where's my boyfriend?" Taehyung asked, looking around in confusion as she tickled his son.
"He told me he had some business to attend to. It seemed really important because he was very serious and rushed out the door." The raven explained, her face now giving his full attention while the baby played with her collar.
"That's also why I'm cooking for you. He told me that both you and the babies need to be well feed, that you can't skip any meal if you want to maintain your healthy looks. He seemed...kind of..."
"Distressed?" The brunette commented, watching as she slowly nodded her head, causing him to sigh and scratch the back of his neck.
"He's been in and out of his head for the past 2 days, and I'm starting to worry about him. He'll space out and whenever I call for him or touch him when he is, he flinches. That or when I ask him to do something, he goes to say something, but changes it as if it was on accident." The raven only sighed as she walked to the kitchen with him following.
"Well, maybe you should go look for him and ask him, 'what's got into your mind lately?'. I'm pretty sure he'll talk to you since he loves you and trust you." She explains, placing the baby in the feeding chair before placing some strawberry applesauce in front of him.
"You think I should?" Taehyung questioned, watching as Joy placed her hands on his shoulder before smiling.
"I believe he would love to know you're worried about him than him just running in circles." Looking at the time on the wall, she patted his shoulders before backing up a bit.
"I'll get Minji up in just a bit. You go find your mans and talk to him."
