*John's Dorm Room*
"Hey, John, open up! It's Remi!" Remi says as she knocks on the door.
'Uhhh. I'm just gonna stay back here....' Isen thinks.
Isen gets scared as he hears the door closing.
".........." Remi and Blyke turn around.
"......" "What do you want?" John asks.
"I'm here to talk." Remi says.
"......" John stares at Remi. He glares at Isen.
'B-Bro, don't look at me like that! They came on their own. I couldn't stop them....!' Isen thinks as he is nervous.
"...." Remi stares at John.
"I'm not interested in talking. I have some things to do before he shows up. Move." John says.
John begins to push the door open.
"NO!" Remi blocks John way.
"....." Blyke looks nervous.
"Not till you hear what I have to say!" Remi says.
"....." John grabs Remi's shoulder and push her out of the way. "I said get out of my way!"
".....!!" Ugh!" Remi falls back.
"Remi!" Blyke catches her. "....." "Hey John, what gives?!"
John enters his room and begins to close it.
"Hold it!" Blyke holds the door.
".....?" John glances back.
"The door isn't closing till you hear her out." Blyke says.
Everyone was silent.
"Isen." Remi calls. "Here, take my phone." Remi holds her phone.
"Erm, okay?" Isen says as he takes the phone.
Remi walks to the door. "John, let's be civil! I just want a private conversation between the two of us." Remi says. She looks at John with a serious expression.
"Fine." John says.
Remi enters the room. John closes the door and walks to his bed. He sits down as Remi just stands.
"What?" John asks.
"I'd like to avoid a fight at all costs. So I'm here to see if we can find a middle ground. What will make you stop all this?" Remi asks.
"This is how all high-tiers work? You only want to negotiate when you know you can't win? I'm not going to stop. And I won't settle for a consensus. Get lost." John says.
"I know what you're trying to do! You want to throw the school in a state of panic. And by hiding your identity while brutalizing the top students..." Remi states.
"...." John just listens.
"You want to embarrass us and make people lose faith in high-rankers. Why are you doing this? You must have a reason!" Remi says.
John looks at her. "It's about time people realize how useless you high-rankers are." John starts.

"None of you deserve to be put on a pedestal. At least Zane and Zari are working for it. Those two may not be perfect but they are doing their best even though this doesn't concern them. The rest of you are all arrogant and entitled.... And you abuse your power. Everyone's better off without you." John states.
"What are you talking about? We've always tried to maintain a safe environment for everyone in this school!" Remi says.
"....." "Safe....? With everything that goes on here. You consider this place safe?!" John questions.
"Well..... There aren't that many of us.... But we try to catch as many incidents as we can....! We dissolve the unfair fights we see.... And that sets an example for the rest of the school." Remi states.
"'Example'? You are fucking blind! You guys are the ones who starts the fights!" John shouts.
Blyke and Isen were trying to listen in. Two hands grab them by the shoulders. Blyke and Isen turn around and pale. Zane and Lex were glaring at them.
'Oh shit!' Blyke and Isen think.
"So. You two mind explaining why you are here?" Zane asks.
"Well...... Remi and John are having a private conversation." Isen says.
"She's wasting her breath. But this could be a good thing for her. It's about time she realized the truth." Zane says.
"What truth? That John goes-!" Zane grabs Blyke in the face to shut him up.
"What John does is nothing any of you idiots done. He just doing the same things everyone in this school does." Zane states.
".......??" Remi looked surprised.
"Zeke is an elite.... Yet, he beat my ass as a welcome gift for moving in. And those two dumbasses outside.... Broke my wrist.... Shot a beam in my head! Oh and let's not forget Arlo....!" John shouts. "Dragged me out and ambushed me.... Just for trying to befriend him!"
"......." Remi looked nervous and surprised. "W-What?"
John lifts his shirt. "In all the time I've spent here..... There's hardly been a day where I haven't been injured. This is the fucking example you set for everyone!"
"........" "I-I wasn't aware all this was happening. Sorry you had to go through this...." Remi says.
"Sorry, my ass. You're apologetic now that your reputation is on the line..... But you don't actually care. I'm sure Zari kept telling you. And so did Zane when the twins first came here. How useless. You 'respected' high-rankers, are the reason why everyone jumps at the opportunity to torture one another! Because all you do is boast about your strength.... and belittle the people below you. You deserve to lose every bit of credibility you have!" John says.
"....." Remi frowns. 'Back in Branish... The people were deserted by the authorities...'
"We're just a cluster of low-tiers. The authorities wouldn't waste their resources on weaklings like us. We've self-governed for years now." the woman says.
'And as a result, they were forced to fend for themselves. Because the authorities never tended to them.... They must've felt a deep resentment. That's why when I went to save those hostages.... This is so much violence going on behind the scenes.... And it breeds even more violence. This cycle needs to end." Remi thinks. "......" "I lost focus lately because I've had some personal issue to deal with... But believe me when I say that I really do care."

"Now that this been brought to my attention... I know what I need to do. Moving forward, I'll put all my energy into fixing this imbalance." Remi adds.
"And how could you possibly do that?! You clearly know nothing about how the world works!" John says.
"You don't get to tell me what I know or don't know! John, I hope you realized just how hypocritical you are." Remi says.

"I may have been oblivious... But I've always stepped in when a situation called for it. You, on the other hand, witnessed everything that went on.... And did nothing about it. You know you're the strongest out of all of us! If you had an issue with all this injustice... You could've fixed it easily! Instead, you stayed complicit for almost two years. So, explain.... What gives you the right to push all the blame onto me? This is as much your fault as it is mine." Remi asks.
"...." "Wrong. I was a cripple.... And I put my trust in all of you. But all you did was let me down. So I'm stepping in to end your bullshit." John says.
"What you're doing won't end anything! It's making things worse! John, I understand your motivations. And I agree with you! All this mistreatment needs to stop! But destroying everyone's trust in high-rankers isn't the way to this! By using violence, your only encouraging it. We should embrace the fact that people looked up to us... And continue to use our influence to guide them. But from now on, we'll focus on teaching them to treat others with more respect and less hostility!" Remi states.
"....." John looks angry.
"I'll speak with the other high-rankers. We'll figure something out." Remi says.
"YOU DUMB BITCH! You think you can fix all this by talking?!" John shouts.
"........!" Remi takes a step back.
"Wake the fuck up! Nobody gives a shit about what you have to say!" John adds.
"Listen... My brother was the former king here at Wellston. He reduced the amount of violence at school.... By convincing strong students to get along with weaker ones. Sure, he had to micromanage. But he was able to maintain it all on his own for the duration of his term! So I'm telling you, it's possible. If we work together and get the others in on this too... The school can change for the better! You can ask Zane and Zari to help out. I'll ask Blyke and Isen to join us... And I'm sure I can sway Arlo as well... Since he's worked closely with Rei before-!" Remi gets interrupted.
"YOU ARE FUCKING KIDDING ME! I'M FINE WITH ZANE AND ZARI BECAUSE THEY KNOW A LOT! BLYKE, ISEN, ARLO?! The same idiots who tried to beat the shit out of me.... Talking nicely...? Treating people with respect?! You're fucking delusional!" John states.
"Listen to me, John! I know them well enough! They'll change!" Remi shouts.
"Bullshit! With that logic. Arlo, who has worked closely with your oh-so-righteous brother, should've changed! So why is he a fucking prick?! Why doesn't he run the school the same way your brother did?" John asks.
"......" Remi looked surprised.
"I'll tell you why..... Because people won't accept change until you beat it into them. Everyone is inherently fake. They put on a nice front when you're around, but the second you leave, they go right back to their roots. It's exactly what Arlo did. He dropped your brother's system because he never gave a shit about weaklings." John says.
"That's not true! Arlo may be a jerk, but he's always kept everyone best interest in mind-" Remi gets interrupted.
"UGH, will you shut the fuck up already?! You're so annoying! You don't know anything! And you haven't said a single useful thing since you came in here! Get the fuck out." John says.
Zane was leaning on the wall. Blyke and Isen was shaking by the door. Lex was on his phone playing a game.
"Lex." Zane calls.
"Yeah?" Lex continues to play on his phone.
"Go inside the room. John might blow a fuse at any moment." Zane says. "This has gone long enough. No doubt he is disagreeing with Remi right now."
Lex finishes the game and puts away his phone.
'I haven't said anything useful....?!' "You haven't been listening, John. I just proposes a solution! I told you my brother handled this situation.... And I said we can model after him-" Remi gets interrupted.
"Did your brother change anything? Did he put an end to the abuse?" John asks.
"He did." Remi replies.
"No, the abuse is still here! So therefore, your 'solution' isn't a solution.... Because it didn't work dumbass!" John says.
"........." Remi was clenching her fist.
Blyke and Isen was blocking Lex while shaking.
"You can't. Even if you know him, John we'll hit you." Blyke says.
"He won't. After all, John is one of us." Zane says.
'......!!! What?' Blyke and Isen think.
"And I don't want to hurt you. But I'll ask nicely. Please, move out of the way." Lex says.
Blyke and Isen shake their head. Lex looks at Zane. Zane sighs and shrugs. Lex activates his ability and phases through Isen and Blyke, giving them chills. He phases through the door.
"As far as I can tell... Your brother is just as useless as every other high-ranker. And you're an idiot for believing he actually made a difference." John states.
Remi snaps and her eyes glow. "John, you take that back! You don't know my brother! So don't you dare talk about him that way!" Remi says.
"....." "Or what? You'll fight me? Your brother can go to hell for all I care!" John says. He glances at the door.
"Woah there!" Lex says as he phases through the door.
Remi looks surprised to see Lex.
"Oh! No hands were thrown. That's good." Lex says.
"Why are you here?" Remi asks.
"Because me and Zane were coming to see John. Duh! We arrived not too long if you are asking. And John, her brother is like helping the rest of us out." Lex deadpans.
John stays silent.
"Can you convince John to stop this?" Remi asks.
"Why? I don't go to this school. Plus, this is Wellston's problem. What John told you is something to consider. He is doing what needs to be done. Sure, it is bad. However, we were ordered to stay put by LA HQ." Lex says.
"This is unbelievable. I'll see you in two days John." Remi walks to the door.
Remi opens the door to see Blyke and Isen being hold by Zane.
"Hey!" Blyke and Isen say nervously.
"Let's go." Remi says as she walks pass them.
Zane let's go of Isen and Blyke. The two follow her.
"I'm assuming she didn't get what she came here for, did she?" Zane asks.
"Nope. But is it true?" John asks.
"What is?" Zane asks.
"That her brother is helping us out?" John asks.
"John said that Rei can go to hell for all he cared about." Lex says.
Zane facepalms. "Dammit John. You really know how to hurt people feelings."
"She was an idiot." John says.
"We can come back to that later. Right now, let's talk about the mission that we'll be getting in a few days. Maybe two days." Zane says.
"The time I'm gonna battle Remi." John says.
"Uh huh. Listen, don't deactivate your ability after the fight. We are gonna go to North Wellston. Apparently, Ember has been sighted and began to form a base at the area. So we are gonna over there. Keep your Joker mask on when we come to get you. Alright?" Zane asks.
"Fine." John replies.
"Relax. John. Tell me everything about what you and Remi talked about." Zane says.
"Why? Does it matter?" John asks.
"John. I'm the leader and I don't want to use force to get it out of you. Mother wants me to keep an eye on you because of you playing Joker. She wants to make sure you aren't going overboard." Zane states.
"Is she really that worried?" John asks.
"She is and there is a reason for it." Lex says.
John raises an eyebrow.
"John. I'm not suppose to tell you this.... But, there's something you need to be aware of later on." Zane says.
"Okay?" John looked confused.
"One of the Supreme Five is planning to me you in person." Zane states with a serious face.

John looked surprised.
"And the Supreme Five aren't a joke. Meeting one of them brings fear in everyone. No one dares to attack them because of how powerful they are. They don't abuse their powers. But they are aware that they are the five none should piss off." Zane says. "And even my mother is afraid of them and you know how powerful she is."
John now looked scared. "I-I see."
"And if you are wondering. No one knows exactly what their abilities are despite how they used them before. But, all five of the Supreme Five are level 10.0" Lex states.
"W-What?" John now looked shaken.
"So John. I need you tell me what you talked about with Remi. Mother doesn't want you to act like rash when you meet one of the Supreme Five. Because, there is a chance, if you decided to act out of anger and don't give a fuck. You will die." Zane says.

"Hmm. I think this day will work." Supreme One says as calendar is marked.
