This is my own original idea
I have been married to my husband Kim Seokwoo aka Rowoon for the last year. I am 6 months pregnant with our first baby and we can't wait to be parents for the first time. We don't know if we are having a boy or a girl and don't want to know till the baby is here. Seokwoo and I always wanted a baby. We were so happy when we going out I was pregnant. We can hardly wait till the baby is here. In 3 months we'll be parents to our first baby. Time couldn't come any sooner till our baby is here. Tonight Seokwoo and I are going out tonight for a meal. We are treating ourselves to a nice meal before the baby comes. We are getting ready to go out now. We have a reservation for 7:30pm and that's just over an hour away. I am in the bathroom doing my hair and makeup. Seokwoo is in our room getting himself ready. He walks in to see how I'm doing. "Hey, my gorgeous wife" he said. "Hi, my handsome husband" I reply. "How are you doing?" he said. "Good. Almost done my makeup" I say. "Darling, you're so beautiful without makeup" he said. I smile. Soon I was ready and we could go to the restaurant for dinner. Seokwoo holds my hand as we walk into the restaurant. We get seated at a candle lit table for two and pick up a menu each and start looking to see what we want. Drinks were already ordered. "I love this restaurant" he smiles. "I do too" I smile. Our food comes soon and we eat up and have a lovely meal. Seokwoo keeps smiling at me from across the table
Seokwoo and I have a lovely dinner at the restaurant and we are now on our way home now. I was getting tired so we decided to go before it got too late. Seokwoo was getting tired too. We get in the car and get on our way home. I see him yawn as we are driving. It's just gone 9:30pm so we'll be home by the hour. "Lovely meal. We'll have to go again soon" he said. "Yes we will" I reply. Seokwoo yawns again while he is driving. He looks at me for a split second and suddenly this vehicle comes out of nowhere. It was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit us with a bang right on the front. Think the driver was drunk. I clench my bump as the car hit us and the airbag came out. Before we knew it we were both taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I don't remembered what happened. They wheeled me into the hospital into the ER. I didn't know where Seokwoo is. I was still a little conscious. "Baby, baby" I say touching my bump. "Don't worry, ma'am. We will check on your baby now" a nurse said. A doctor comes in. "Pregnant woman. Mid twenties. Involved in a head on car accident" one of the paramedics said. The doctor lifts up my top and examines me. "Baby looks in a little bit of distress. Looks like we need a c section but you're only 6 months pregnant. There might be a chance of survival but some babies don't unfortunately" the doctor said. "Please save my baby please" I say. "We will do our best" he said. "Where's my husband. I need my husband" I say. "We'll check on your husband" one of the nurses said. They went to see Seokwoo is he is going for an X-ray as their think he has a broken leg but he should be okay. Not long after that, I start to feint and had a seizure. "She's fitting" the nurse said. They revive me then take me to get an emergency c section as the baby was in distress again. A while later I woke up in a room from the c section. I obviously didn't know what happened. I turn to the left and Seokwoo is sat in the chair next to me with a cast on his leg. "Hello" I say. "Hello, beautiful. I'm glad you're still here" he said. "Yeah where's the baby?" I say. "You had a c section, sweetie. They told me. Y/ N, we have a beautiful baby girl. She is so tiny at the moment and she needs special care" Seokwoo said. "Awe we have a little princess. That's great. I was hoping for a little girl" I smile. "Can't wait to see her when we can" he smiles. Several hours later we could see our baby girl for the first time. They've warned us not to be shocked when we see her. We both had to go into the NICU in wheelchairs. We get taken right to her. "Hey, precious girl" Seokwoo said. "She's so tiny and precious" I say. "She is. Why don't we call her, Heejin, Y/ N? I've been looking at names and it means precious and she is precious" he said. "That's a beautiful name. Heejin really suits her I think" I reply. We could have a little time with baby Heejin. We could only stay 15 minutes as the NICU is for sick babies. Seokwoo got a couple of pictures of her. Wow! What a dramatic entrance into the world our little girl had. Hopefully she'll pull through and be okay soon
About 3 months later, after spending 12 weeks in the hospital with baby Heejin. She is finally coming home today. We can't wait to take our baby girl home. She is doing really well and we can finally take her home. Seokwoo and I have been going home but it hasn't been the same without our little princess. Heejin spend about 6 weeks in the NICU before being transferred to a normal baby ward. They didn't want her to go home till she was full term and better and strong enough. She was only born at 24 weeks. She is now and we are getting ready to take her home. It's the beginning of winter so we are wrapping her up well. She's still small but she's bigger than she was when she was born. I fed her and Seokwoo changed her diaper. Now he's getting her dressed and wrapped up for going home. "Eomma and appa can't wait to get you home, beautiful girl" Seokwoo said. Awe I love the way he talks to her. He's the best daddy in the world. He puts her cute little snowsuit on. He tucks her in and wraps her up well. "There we go. Oh so cute and adorable" he smiles. Seokwoo picks Heejin up and places her in her car seat gently. Obviously we haven't used the car seat yet. Heejin looks as snug as a bug in a rug in her snowsuit and blanket. Awwww bless her. We leave the hospital and find the cab waiting outside. In the accident our car got damaged so we don't have one. We will get a new one soon. We get home soon with Heejin who is now asleep. Don't think she'll be awake anytime soon. "Welcome home, baby girl" Seokwoo said. "Yes. Welcome home, Heejin" I say. We go into the nursery and Seokwoo starts unpacking and putting things away. "You don't have to do that right now" I say. "Nah it's fine. Later we can relax with our baby girl" Seokwoo said. "Yes exactly" I reply. "I can't believe she is home, Y/ N" he said. "I know it's amazing that she's home" I reply. A little later, little Heejin wakes up. Seokwoo picks her up and cuddles her for a while. It's amazing to have Heejin home where she belongs
Heejin is now 8 months old. She loves life and is doing amazing. You wouldn't think she was born 3 months earlier. She is catching up with other babies her own age. She goes to nursery as Seokwoo and I both work. She goes four days a week as I have one day off. I am going to pick her up from nursery now. Seokwoo should be home in the next couple of hours. Can't wait to see him. I pick Heejin up from nursery and go home with her. She likes to watch TV so I put something on for her. She doesn't know what's going on at just 8 months old. When i was preparing dinner, I put Heejin in her playpen so she can play. At least I know she's safe while I'm busy in the kitchen. About 20 minutes later, Seokwoo arrives home. "Hey, my beautiful girls. I'm home" he said. "Hi, jagi. Very glad you're home" I reply. "How are you?" he said kissing my cheek. "I'm good. So is Heejin" I reply. He goes into the lounge and sees Heejin playing in her playpen and having fun. He smiles at her and picks her up. "There's my beautiful girl. Appa missed you so much" he said. I smile from afar. He spends sometime with Heejin like he goes every night before dinner. She's usually sleepy by the time we eat. Our miracle baby girl defied the odds when she was born. She is the best thing in our lives
