While Midoriya and Rin were running through the forest, Kota noticed someone.
"Mr. Aizawa!" The green haired boy shouted, catching the teachers attention.
"Midoriy, Rin?" The two students were panting and the teacher saw just how beat up they were.
"Mr. Aizawa, we don't have a lot of time so I'm gonna have to say this fast." The dual haired girl started and set down Kota. "The villains are after me and Bakugo. We're gonna find Mandaly so everyone knows this information, please take care of Kota for me." The dual haired girl patted Kotas head before both students started running off, but the teacher stopped them.
"Wait, you two! Those injuries look like you've been in a fight. Midoriya, have you forgotten about Hosu?"
"No. I haven't." The green haired boy responded.
"Go." The tired teacher said. "But tell Mandaly something for me, too."

Rin and Midoriya made it to the clearing where this whole "fun activity" started and saw that the villain Spinner was about to chop Mandalay in half with his giant, makeshift sword. Rin didn't have any energy left but Midoriya leapt forward and kicked the sword into pieces.
"Mandalay! Kota, he's safe!" The green haired boy informed mid flight. Rin knew he was gonna have a rough landing to sprinted to where he would land and caught him.
"And we have a massage from Aizawa. We need you to tell everyone in Class A and B!" Rin said and ran over to the brunette. "Tell them that Eraser Head has granted them permission to engage in combat with the villains."
Mandalay nodded and sent the signal to everyone, but Rin wasn't done with her message.
"Also, tell everyone that the villains are after me and a Class A student named Bakugo Katsuki." Rin and Midoriya started running off into the forest once again and Mandalay tried to stop them but they wouldn't listen. The red headed villain who was fighting Tiger suddenly turned away from the hero and aimed towards the two kids. But before he could lay a finger on them a knife flew in front of his face.

"What the hell was that for, Spinner? That green haired boy was on the priority kill list!" The villain in glasses shouted but the student were too far away to her the rest of the argument.
Alert! Alert! You need food like, now!
"I know Venom, I know." The dual haired girl grumbled. Suddenly a gunshot rang thought the forest.
"A gunshot?" Midoriya questioned.
"I hope everyone's okay." Both the green haired boy and Rin looked ahead and saw Dark Shadow's arm aimed right at them. Before they could get hurt someone pulled them out of the way and behind a tree. Midoriya was held on the persons back while Rin was held close to their chest. The dual haired girl looked up and saw their savior.
"S-Shoji?" Midoriya questioned. Rin noticed one of his arm things were bleeding.
"Mezo, you're hurt."
"I should be saying that to you two." The white haired student turned to Midoriya. "Which those injuries, you should be in bed recovering. But you both wanna save your friends. No matter what."
"That hand. Was that Tokoyami's Dark Shadow?" The dual haired girl questioned.
"Yes. We were ambushed by villains and I covered us. But it triggered Tokoyami's quirk even thought he was desperately trying to hold back."
"Wait, then that means..." Rin started.
"Don't tell me..." Midoriya added.
All of the students saw Tokoyami surrounded by his quirk, struggling to keep it subdued. Tears streamed down his face and he started directly at them, mainly Rin. The bird creature roared.
Weak roar.
"Stay away...from me! You'll die!" The bird man cried out.
That's an easy request for me, let's go.
"Tokoyami, no!" Midoriya shouted but Shoji quickly covered the boys mouth. "How did he get this way?" Midoriya asked.
"After Mandalay told us what was happening and that we shouldn't engage, we were on high alert. Still one of the villains got the drop on us. I hid in the bushes and tried to cover Tokoyami, even thought one of my arms was cut off."
That villain probably had a quirk something to do with knives or anything sharp.
"Really?" Rin questioned.
"It looks bad. But it's not like it's lost forever. My Dupli-Arms are capable of making duplicates upon duplicates. One of those was cut off."
So he's got arms for days, noted.
"Thing is, he couldn't stand seeing me injured like that. The quirk he'd been suppressing began to rage and take over."
"That darker it is, the less control Tokoyami has. I had no idea his quirk could explode like this." Midoriya stated
Shoji took a step back and onto a twig, causing Dark Shadow to attack that area but Shoji jumped out of the way before the bird could hit them.
"Forget about me! Go! Find your classmates. Find them instead." Tokoyami cried out. He then went back to trying to tame Dark Shadow.
"Dark Shadow's weakness is light. If we lead them back to camp, it should calm down. Midoriya, Rin, no matter what the circumstances, I can't just leave a suffering friend behind."
Midoriya and Rin looked at each other before nodding.
"I have a plan, but it's not the safest." The dual haired girl stated, giving a confident look. Shoji hesitated before nodding. The girl took a deep breath and to the boys surprise, ran out into the open. "Hey Dark Shadow, over here!!!"
"RIIINNNNN!" He roared and went to grab the girl but she jumped up before he could. She started running away with Dark Shadow following close behind.
"Tokoyami! Trust me and let him take over for a while!" The girl shouted back and continued running.
"RIN, DON'T LEAVE! COME BACK!" Dark Shadow roared and once again tried to grab her but she easily dodged it. She saw ice up ahead and a smile grew on her face.
"There's ice! They must be fighting!" Midoriya shouted, Rin didn't know that the two boys have been tailing Dark Shadow that whole time.
"Katsuki! Todoroki! We need light!" Rin shouted.
"RINNN COME BACK! I NEED YOU!"
Well we don't need you.
"More flesh!" The villain with bladed teeth exclaimed and tried attacking with his quirk.
"Oh would you shut up!" The dual haired girl shouted and leaped toward the villain, dodging every blade. Her body was engulfed in the ink before she tackled him into the nearby forest.
"WHERE'S RIN! WHERE DID SHE GO!" Dark Shadow roared but was soon suppressed by Bakugo and Todoroki's fire, letting out a small whimper.
"Once again, I'm a bad match-up with you." Bakugo said and put out the explosion in his hand.
"Sorry...I got out of control." Tokoyami apologized. Everyone herd bushes rustling and turned around to see Rin limping towards the group, a broken blade sticking out of her leg.
"Shijo qui-"
"No, I'm fine." Rin cut Midoriya off and tore off her sleeve.
"There's no way you're 'fine!'" Bakugo shouted while the dual haired girl held the torn fabric in her mouth.
"Chill dude, we've been though worse."
"You guys might wanna look away." The girl mumbled and grabbed onto the blade she took a deep breath in and yanked the blade out of her thigh. The guys nearly gaged and turned away while Rin took the fabric out of her mouth and wrapped it around her wound. "Alright, we need to get back to camp."
"You two walk in the middle." Todoroki turned towards Rin and Tokoyami helped her walk.
"I don't take orders from you!" Bakugo shouted but ended up walking second from the back
"I apologize..." the bird boy started, the dual haired girl looked at him but he kept looking at the ground in shame. "If I could have only been stronger to hold back Dark Shadow...you wouldn't have gotten hurt."
Well we got a free snack and a minor wound so win, win.
"I don't know why you're apologizing. I know what it's like to lose control to your quirk, and it's not nice." Tokoyami finally looked at the dual haired girl.
"But your wound-"
"Believe me, hurt or not I'll only stop fighting when I die. And this cut, sure as hell won't stop me from fighting for the people I care about. If you guys can protect me then I'll protect you all." Rin smiled brightly and the others also had small smiles on their faces.
'Don't worry...we'll protect you, Rin.' They all thought simultaneously.
