Location: Musutafu Japan Interrogation Unit
"We have evidence of you being there at the time of the murder. You were covered in blood and had the murder weapon in your hands. A strand of your hair was on the body at the time, I was the one who pulled it off the body and tested it. It matched your DNA" I said as I sat in front of the suspect.
He started crying and admitted to murdering his cousin. Another case solved, but I didn't get to the body in time. I shot myself five times to try and give them one of my lives but they were already gone. This is why I get upset when the state doesn't give me these cases sooner, I could've found the body in time.
I watched as the team of officers put the man in handcuffs. It was just the confession that made his fate sealed, now we don't have to go through the evidence in court, it'll be a smooth process.
"Hey Detective L/N, what do you have planned for the rest of the day?" Detective Tagura asked once he saw I closed this case.
"Probably head off to my other job. I heard my class is going to USJ or some shit"
"You can come with the me and the boys, get some drinks"
"Yeah I'm not going to be the designated driver again, you guys can't even look at my impala. Besides, their mozzarella sticks don't meet my expectations" I denied, getting up from my seat and putting my jacket back on.
Tagura chuckled before nodding in understanding. We shook hands before I took my leave.
I parked outside of USJ, they were doing some sort of rescue training. I don't know how they would do, they couldn't save me when I jumped from the ceiling of the cafeteria the other day.
The door was closed tight, which confused me. Why would they feel the need to lock the students inside?
I went to the panel that was paired with the doors of the building. I opened up the circuit board and quickly got to work. I switched up a few wires and disconnected others until I heard the door start to open.
I walked into the building and looked at what was happening.
"Mr. Y/N!" Kirby girl yelled with a relieved smile. I looked around, villians were just about everywhere. I made eye contact with the few students who were at the front.
"Sorry for interrupting" I waved before turning to leave.
"Wait no!" Uraraka shrieked.
I turned back around and walked over to the students.
"You guys go ahead and get out of the building, take 13 with you" I said. They nodded and carried the hero out of the building.
From what I can tell, there were villians in each zone accompanied by a student or two fighting them.
The fountain was where Shota was, fighting what I had to guess were the masterminds of this operation. I was way too old for this.
I ran off the steps and got over to the fountain, where Shota was struggling against big bird from sesame street. I ran over to them and took out both of my flintlock pistols. I pointed one to my head, the red and black mist going into the barrel of the gun.
I pointed the other at Aizawa and shot both bullets. His injuries healed and I took a second to come back to life.
"Did he just shoot himself?" Hand job asked, looking freaked out as I got up from the floor.
"Yes sir, hurt like a bitch though" I responded.
I shot two bullets at Big Bird, getting him off of Shota. My old student got up and jumped to my side.
"Thanks for getting here in time, though you did shoot me with no hesitation" Aizawa grumbled the last part.
"What you want me to do? You looked like a pretzel when I got here" I retorted, reloading my pistols again.
"Why don't you use that power?" Aizawa asks.
"Seriously? I'll use it when I feel like using it, I got rusty"
"You never practiced it after retirement?"
"Retirement means to stop right? Sorry I didn't have to go ape shit at the damn detective agency"
"I don't know who that kid is, but he ruined everything. Come on Kurogiri, we should take our leave" Hand job whined, moving towards the portal.
"Well that's that then" I shrugged.
"But first, let's ruin the symbols pride" he continued, going after Kermit the frog.
"Dammit" I yelled, running over to intercept the hit. I got in front of Kermit and I felt my body decay, just a pile of dust on the floor. The only thing left there was my heart.
"Mr. Y/N!"
"That works too I suppose"
My body regenerates in front of the villian that just decayed me. I look at him with an offended look.
"Look, if you're going to kill me ya might as well do it right" I sighed, dusting off my jacket.
"What the hell?! This guy is cheating!"
"Cheating? What the hell is this to you? Wii sports?"
"Nomu!"
Big Bird grabbed me by the throat and I was hoisted in the air, which was a huge "oh shit" moment for me.
"Y/N!"Aizawa yelled, trying to take down the villians who got up faster so he could come to my aid.
"Crush the brats throat" hand job seethed.
Well, if I die now then the three students behind me might die as well. It takes a few seconds for me to come back to life, so that's probably not worth the risk, even if I can just bring them back. Childhood trauma is a thing I suppose.
Big Bird brought my closer to its face so it can look at me as if crushes my throat, perfect. A blade of a katana comes out of my shoulder and digs into the birds head. It let's out a screech and it drops me to the floor.
"What the hell was that?!"
"Our teacher has another quirk?" Broccoli gasps. I chuckled, the blade reentering my body. I still got it, even after retirement.

Quirk 1: Rewind- He never dies, he comes back to life as soon as his heart stops beating. He has special duel flintlock pistols, one is able to absorb his life, the other can put that life into another. This is useful for healing or making someone come back to life, but the time of death of the victim is extremely important.
Quirk 2: Weapon Meister- any weapon Y/N has learned how to use perfectly, he is able to make it appear on his body, it cannot detach from him though. The weapon can appear in any place he wants on his body. He's also able to teleport to a nearby weapon as long as it's close enough as well as activate any gun close by.
I got up and rose my knee a little, keeping my hands in my jacket pocket. A gun comes out of my knee and it fires multiple shots at the bird creature.
"I'm about to Boba Fett this bitch" I mused, a rocket launcher coming out of my back and shooting at the monster.
"Wooo yes! Y/N can never die!" I cheered, giving the confused frog girl a high five.
Just then, the doors of USJ got slammed open, which was completely unnecessary since I unlocked the door. Heroes of today just want to make grand entrances.
"Have no fear, for I am here" All Might said, no longer smiling.
"Well it's about time you asshole! I'm supposed to he retired, I just shot a rocket out of my back!" I scolded. All Might sweatdropped and twiddled with his fingers.
"Sorry sir won't happen again!" He panicked, going in front of us. I shook my head and lead the students who were still swimming, out of the pool and to the entrance.
Such troublesome students. We got out of the building where all the students had evacuated, unless I miscounted.
"Alright do I need to shoot anyone?" I asked, waving me flintlock pistols around. The students turned pale and were ducking whenever I lazily pointed the pistol. I was asking if they needed healing but I probably didn't word that right.
"For medical purposes mind you" I added.
