EMPEROR is the third studio album of Polish-Korean soloist, Kinga, which was released under SM Entertainment on August 1, 2015. Kingas' pre-release single "Do Or Die" was released on July 13, 2015, and the album was then released with the lead single "Bomb" on August 1, 2015. Kinga received 10 music wins for pre-single "Do Or Die" and 11 music wins for the album's title track, "Bomb", and the label had revealed that the album surpassed 5 million pre-sells in just the first week after the comeback was confirmed.
The album was also very successful for the artist — it was like a continuation of the success she held upon Love Of Hearts era. She won so many awards in that year, that she was titled as the "Worldwide Sensation" and the "Next Big Thing". The album hit the number one spot on multiple charts for ten weeks, and she successfully won her first Grammy award, as well as her second BMA. Including this, she went on her second world tour.
