With this fake quirk he is the only person that can see and touch Pokémon and any injuries he earns from a Pokémon can be seen in the real world by anyone. The only way for people to see a Pokémon is when either Izuku catches a one or when he battles one. He is also the only person that can see megastones, Z crystals, gigantamax bands, Pokéitems, and Pokéfruit.
Izuku is a very smart person who built the Pokéballs and Pokédex (the Pokédex is a mix of a regular Pokédex and the real life website Bulbapedia) when he was 6 and the the Z ring when he was 9. When he has free time on his hands he normally cooks by making curry, new Pokéfood, and experimenting with Poképuffs.
