A/N: Again this after the fight with the Demon King
Meliodas and the rest of the sins were had just finished celebrating their victory at the Boar Hat by, getting drunk to the point of passing out; well except Meliodas ( because of his crazy high tolerance) and Elizabeth ( because she doesn't drink ).
Meliodas was carrying them back to their beds while Elizabeth was wiping down the bar and putting back bottles.
After cleaning the bar, Meliodas and Elizabeth leaned against each other in silence, Meliodas was the first one to break the silence
"Elizabeth?"
"Hm?"
"Do you like life were in now?"
"Well let's see, nobody is trying to kill us, were reunited with the sins, our curses are lifted, and you hereby my side, I wouldn't change a thing," she said quietly while snuggling in with him.
He thought about how far they've come since they first met each other. He thought about all the pain, happiness, losses, and all the memories spent with the sins. He wanted it to stay like this forever.
Unfortunate nothing can stay like paradise for long, can it?
