The girls grabbed my hand as we walked to the front door where Cedric held open for us. "Bye-bye Cedric!" "Goodbye girls. Happy belated"

I got them in their car seats. "I want you both to listen to me when I say this."

I made sure to get their attention. "You need to either tell me or your father when you're hungry or want a snack. We will get it for you. Only us girls. Understand?" I really don't want a repeat of last time.

"Yes..." They both replied in a soft tone which my me pout at their cuteness. "Are you both ready for the party? The rides?"

"Nonno!" The girls shouted climbing on top of their grandfather. We had got to the party tent. This time I was in charge of keeping the girls busy. While Mathias was in charge of the party. Looking around, everything looked great.

Girls were greeted, hugged, and kissed by their family members. "Anna!" A squeal came from the left of me. I turn and smile at JoJo running into my legs. "Hi bubba" I picked him up kissing his cheek. Joseph wasn't too far behind him. "Thanks for driving him here"

Joe kisses my forehead "I wanna meet the birthday girls!" I put JoJo down and led him to the girls. Joe followed close behind us. "Emilia Elena come for a sec please"

"Yes?" They replied at the same time. "I want you to meet my little brother"

JoJo stepped in front of them

"Hello I'm JoJo"

"Hello Jojo" "hii"

"And my big brother Joseph" I gave Joseph a side hug which he returned. He smiled and waved at the girls "you're both very pretty, happy birthday"  he knelt to their level and grabbed both of their hands.

"Oh..." Emilia mumbled with a pink blush on her cheeks. "Thank you mister. Come" Elena told Joe and JoJo pointing to the face paint station. "let's go!" They all then went to paint their faces.

"Hey" Mathias greeted me "Hey there" I crossed my arms over my chest and smiled "You did good, with the party"

"Thank you..."

I nodded towards him a bit awkwardly before-

"MA-THA-EYE-IS!" Elena came running to us and grabbed his hand. "Excuse me?" He asked I couldn't help but laugh.

"Up" she demanded with her arms in the air. "Bossy" I hummed as he picked her up kissing her cheek.

"Papa"

"Yes my dear? Where's your sister?"

"Over there" she pointed to the face paint station and buried her face in her father's neck.

I watched quietly as he rubbed her back and rocked her slowly. He was such a good father "Qualcosa non va?" (Something wrong?)

I wasn't quite sure what he said but it made Elena shake her head and turned to me. "Hi!" She beamed sweetly at me. "Do you like your party miss?"

She nodded at me before wanting to come to me. "Papa look!"

"We have the same vestito!" (Outfit)

Elena had pointed to her pants and her top. So I assumed she was talking about our choice of clothes today. "Emmy is matching too"

Mathias tilted his head with a soft smile "well" he leaned over and pecked her cheek. "You all look beautiful."

It was nice to slowly see Mathias wasn't the asshole he first made himself to be. "Let's go papa" Elena grabbed a fist full of her father's hair "Elena Christabel Ponte d'acqua" Mathias scolded Elena's full name in a firm tone.

I can't comprehend even attempting to pronounce that-

"We're going to pittura del viso papa" (Face painting)

Man I need to learn Italian.

We joined everyone at the face paint station, when Johan saw me carrying Elena he pouted.

"What happened baby?"

"Youre my bubba" he mumbled sadly it made my heart sore. Awe he's jelly, that's adorable. Elena wiggled out of my arms and stood in front of her sister watching the painter do their work.

"Joseph." Joe shook Mathias's hand firmly in a hard time. "Mathias" "My older brother" I shook my head and nudged Joseph.

Johan immediately hugs my legs he knew exactly how to get what he wanted. "Anna carry me" First is the slight slur in carrying then, the signature lip pout. You know the pout when their chins get those weird lines. After that, the fAkE whine.

"Who might this be?" Mathias asked interrupting JoJo mid fit taking his hand and shaking it.

"Very nice to meet you, buddy. I hope you enjoy the party and all the fun rides"

Jojo looked at Mathias curiously "can we go on the bumpAh cars?" Mathias chuckled at the way he said bumper "I'd love to go on the bumpah cars"

"You guys talk funny" Jojo pointed out their accent. "I like it"
