3. Draw a big white rectangle

4. Resize it with transform > perspective mode
5. Add a new layer, then tap clipping
6. Turn on straight ruler

7. Draw a thick line with the color of your choice across the top of the rectangle
8. Add a new layer and move it to the bottom
9. Go to filter > style > stroke (outer) to make an outline if you want, it's optional

10. Add your text and don't forget to draw an 'X' on the top right

B O N U S

How to make a mouse cursor :

1. Make the background transparent, and set the length of start and end to 0%
2. Turn on mirror ruler
3. Draw one side of a christmas tree and the other side will reflect it
4. Erase the excess, color it white, and done!
