1. Add a picture of a person 2. Lower the opacity and turn on force fade to 100%

3. Slowly draw the strands of the hair (it's pretty relaxing lmao), start from the parting so it's easier to know the direction of the hair 4. Then outline the body, ear, clothing, etc. It doesn't have to be the exact same, just simplify the shapes
