Ingredients Quantity Whole meal or wheat flour 75g Flour 15g Oat flour 15g Fat 50g Sugar 50g Salt A pinch Milk 3tbs Baking powder 1/2tsp
Method
1:Sieve flour then add baking powder and sieve again. 2:Add the wheat flour,oat flour and salt. 3:Rub in the margarine. 4:Add sugar then continue to rub in. 5:Add milk and mix with a palette knife to have a stiff dough. 6:Knead the dough. 7:Roll out on a floured board and cut into round shapes.(preferably use biscuit cutters) 8:Bake in the oven for about 1minutes. 9:Cool and serve.
