"This is my dining room and if I host a dinner party then I will be hosting it in here. For the cooler nights, I have the gorgeous fireplace which was already here when I bought it. The mirror is from my old bedroom, the chairs are from wayfair and the table is custom made."
I take the film crew to the other side of the floor.
"This is my sauna which I think is pretty awesome to have. It's a small room but I am very blessed to have it."

"Now let's head upstairs." I beam as we start walking up the stairs. "The architecture in this place is out of this world and I am blessed to be the owner of this place. What I love about the color scheme of the house is that I have the ability to add a pop of color without it looking out of place."

"On the left side of the landing, I have a pool table area." I walk towards the pool table. "My dad actually gifted me this pool table and I have yet to use it but it ties in beautifully with the area. These plants are real and I do have somebody who comes in to tend to them since they deserve special care. I obviously don't want to have any bugs in the house so having my plant lady is essential to up-keeping the property."

I walk out of the french doors and to the balcony.
"Most of my balconies look like this and I like this one especially because it has a larger space." I take a seat on the outdoor sofa. "There is this gorgeous fire pit but when I have children, I will most likely get rid of it to make it more of an outdoor play area."
