"This is the first house that I have ever bought and I'm not somebody who wants to move around so I bought this house with the idea that I will have children here." I click my tongue. "Let's head to the kitchen."
I lead them into the next room.
"Prior to moving in the kitchen was way different but I had it redone and instead of going with the typical marble counter, I went with stone. It's not the biggest kitchen but I think that it's perfect for me and my boyfriend." I smile as I think of Jon. "There wasn't an island here so I made sure to get one fitted with stove tops."

"The reason why the kitchen is small is because it opens up to the breakfast area which then opens to the family room." I walk into the family room. "It's a great space to cook and entertain your space. You basically have three rooms in one so I know that whenever I plan to host something, space will never be an issue."

"Since this is the ground floor, we have these lovely french doors which lead to the outdoor terrace."
I decide not to step outside since a lot of the outdoor spaces look the same and I am planning to do a full tour of my garden.
"I'm an actress so I am constantly flying out to different cities. When I come home, I want to feel at peace and that's why the colors are pretty neutral. I'm not a minimalist by any means but I do believe there are ways of decorating your house without it looking too cluttered."
