Suprising change

Chapter 8: The interrogation

"Eh? Huh?", I said confused and tried to get free.

"Fidelity to original.", spoke Rin, "Falsehood in reverse. To sum observed. Brand: Slave to Shared Death!" Luvia pushed my hand against Kuro's belly.

"Wait!", I shouted, "What?". Under Kuro started a magical circle to shining, and red marks appeared on her skin.

"What is this?", shouted Kuro. As Luvia stepped away I removed my hand from Kuro.
'What just happend?!'

"A human blood seal... Maleficium?", mumbled Kuro and looked up, "What have you done?"

"Illya.", called me Rin. I looked to her.

"What?", I asked and walked to her. As I stood right in front of her she hit me with her fist.

"Ow!", shouted Kuro and I.
'That hurts!' "What are you doing?" But instead of answering my question, Rin went over to Kuro. I turned around and saw that Rin pulled on Kuro's cheek. I could just imagine how much that hurts.

"Ow ow ow ow ow.....!", said Kuro, clearly in pain. But Rin dosen't stopped and hit her nose. I pushed Rin from Kuro away.

"That's enough!", I said a little angry. I looked to Kuro. "Are you alright?" She looked down on me.

"No that you would care...", she mumbled and looked away. I looked at the symbol on Kuro's belly, which is now on her skin. I touched it.

"Stop touching it!", Kuro shouted at me in embarrassed. I realized what if done and started to blush as I stepped a few steps away from her.

"S-sorry!", I said and hide behind Miyu.

"Well as you've just seen, you now share pain.", said Rin to me, "However, it only goes in one direction."

"You've done it now.", said Kuro to Rin with an understandable look.

"The pain that the master's body experiences will be transmitted directly to the servant.", said Rin, "And if the master dies, their death will be transmitted, as well. It's a simple curse, and for that reason, it's powerful."

"Yes, in other words, you are...", said Luvia in excitement and pointed at me, "Illyasviel's meat slave!"

"What!", I shouted out, clearly embarrassed. As I looked to Kuro I saw that she looked at me with the same expression. I started to blushing.
'That's not it... right?' I also noticed the look on Miyu's face. She looked a bit uncomfortable on the ground.
'What's with that reaction?!' I tried to change the subject.

"I-isn't it a bit unfair for Kuro?", I asked unsure, "What if I fell down the bed or walk against a sigh?"

"Just like last time.", said Ruby giggling. Rin looked at me amused.

"Than she would feel the same. But isn't it unfair for you, if Kuro killed you and replaced you in your life?" I started to think about it.
'But why can't she just live normally without replacing me?' But I couldn't ask her, because Luvia noticed, that it's about to getting dark outside.

"Illya, you need to go home or anybody would started to worrying.", she said to me. I knew that she meant Stella. I nodded.

"I'm going to lead you out.", said Rin and started to go. I said goodbye to the others and took a last look at Kuro. She noticed me and looked at me. Our eyes met. I started to fell uncomfortable, so I followed Rin. When we were outside at the gate, Rin stopped me.

"I'll keep her confined in the cellar.", told me Rin, "There shouldn't be any chance that Illya will be attacked now. But just in case, I'll give you one Card." I took the card Rin gave me.
'It's the Lancher card.', I thought. "If it comes down to it, don't hesitate to impale her with that.", Rin said to me, "Hard!"
