Part 2

Eda leaves the car and I follow behind in the most confused state. She smirks at me and presses on the yellow solid eye. It begins so transform first into a suit case. Flying in the air, but then it unfolds into the size of a door. The mere shock and confusion on my face is insane.

Just about nothing can be more shocking than this. The door is brightly shining a white light. You can't see what's inside of it, it worries me.

Eda pushes me in, "EDAAA" I yell so loudly. I'm terrified. The moment I'm pushed in I know I lost balance, I hit the ground and in an instant my reflex is to stand up and curse out Eda.

But before I can even do so im flashed with a whole new sky, I'm looking up as I'm laying on the ground. The color of the sky is so different compared to the usual. I stand up hoping to see more. But there's even now more things I'm so confused about. Theres a giant skull much farther from where I'm at. The houses are built so differently, I think those are BONES?? No, wait. What are they. There's eyes on the houses?

Why are the trees orange?? I'm in absolute shock. I have no idea how to handle this. It's almost like I'm in a different world. I finally snap back to reality. Then realize, how did Eda know about this place? DOES MOM KNOW? How much secrets are they hiding?

"Eda where are we??!" I blurt out needing answers. Nothing is making sense.
"Welcome to the boiling isles kid" Eda whispers as she continues walking. She has the longest smirk on her face. So much questions begin so surface.

"How long have you known this place for? Does mom know?" I blurt out again.

"Well you seeeee, your mom does know, and we've been wanting to tell you about this for a long time. Now if we don't hurry we'll be late and your mom will kill me" Barely saying the last few words out. Eda is still being her usual self while I'm so shocked and desperate for answers.

Im not sure how she's even able to act so calmly? I follow Eda as I think to myself. What kind of people will I meet? I continue following Eda, scared wanting to know more about this place. She's the only source of info I have for now. I don't want to be left alone. I look up and see the school. "Welp Kiddo welcome to Hexside!" Eda shared, as she throws her hands in some kind of dancing motion.

I decide maybe it's just best to but things aside for now. Let the realization of this being real hit me later. Right now all I need to focus on is making a good first impression. Maybe there'll be better people here? I raise my eyebrows still in confusion wondering what just happened. I set it aside. "ok then..." i ranted. "Any...other things you want to tell me?" I joked thinking this was enough, the last of it actually.

"Oh yeah, all of the kids here are witches and that includes mee!" She screamed as I realized Eda was already taking her leave.

I didn't think much of it at the moment knowing I told myself I'd deal with everything later. I didn't go after Eda but instead kept walking. I just took a deep breath instead trying to calm down. As I walked in I looked at the paper Eda gave me. It was my classes and locker. At least that's something useful from Eda. I rolled my eyes at the thought of how she just thew me here.

Not thinking anymore, I went up to someone asking for help. "Hey there my names Luz, I was hoping you can help me look for my locker?" I admitted. The boy turned around smiling, "names Augustus, Gus for short. Glad to help"

He showed me to my locker,and the classrooms. Maybe my first friend? If not I'm just happy that there's someone here that's nice. I smiled to myself, encouraging myself. I talked to Gus more turned out we had a few classes we would be in together.
