Introvert Handbook

Why?

Hey fellow introverts, new book! Yay! I am still continuing my first story this will just be a once in a while update of random crap I write. Anyway enjoy and if you are new go check out my book Life is a Closed Door!

Today's little passage will be called:

Why?

Explain.

Please.

Explain why WE are questioned, argued about, and stressed over.

Explain why TEENS are always responsible for everything.

Explain why WE have to be the ones who are wrong, or mistaken.

Explain why TEENS are always to blame.

And explain why WE are the ones who need to be careful when choosing making the, "right" choices.

What do you even classify as the right choice?

Please.

Explain.

Tell me how many times you have heard or said, "Those damned teens," or, "I weep for the future of their generation." If the answer is a lot or even sometimes then next time you hear it stand up.

Defend US all.

WE are worth it.

TEENS these days suffer from depression, anxiety, verbal and physical abuse from parents, bullies, and even teachers. Why?

In our live we have many life changing opportunities; like college, choosing a career, and marriage. Don't interfere with our future. Don't comment on every mistake because those mistakes are OUR future.

Next time a parent, guardian, teacher, or any other adult says differently then remember this: WE make up our own individual future, not them. WE decide because WE are people just like them and should treated as such.

Don't doubt yourself or others around you because WE ARE WHO WE ARE. And I think WE are all pretty damn amazing.

WE are all just beautiful souls trapped inside an ugly and cruel world.

A world that drains OUR self esteem.

A world that swallows OUR freedom.

A world that rips out OUR hopes and terrorizes OUR dreams.

Don't forget YOUR words. Speak loud for all to hear. Sing so everyone will join along, not fight against.

Heard enough yet.

Well then explain to me, why.

Why are WE mistreated like this?

WE shouldn't have to 'hit the books' for your liking.

WE, as a group, shouldn't do anything to please anyone but ourselves.

So answer this:
