when Esme looked down at her vibrating phone, she saw 'zdong' pop up as he was ringing her. she hesitated before pressing the glowing green button. as she pressed it, she put the phone to her ear; "hi"

"hey loser" Zach spoke, relieving Esme from her stress. "see, i'm not a catfish"

she could practically hear the smirk through the phone. "clearly" she paused, not know what to say next. "did you have to call me right now?
i'm shopping"

"oooh what you shopping for?" Zach asked, full of curiosity, making the girl laugh. "let me guess, clothes"

"no, actually" she laughed, placing the cereal in her shopping cart. "i'm food shopping, because some of us live have to buy for ourselves"

"how do you know i don't buy my own food" Zach scoffed, sitting up on his bed. "i'm very independent, Emmy"

"so you're telling me; you live on your own" Esme asked, pushing the shopping cart round the store. "i just don't see it"

"no, i don't live on my own" Zach sighed, with a small laugh in his tone. "but i always help do the shopping"

"who do you live with?" she asked, stopping in her tracks.

"Jack" he answered, beginning to wonder round his room. "and Daniel, sometimes"

"sometimes?"

"he has a room here, but most of the time he lives with his family" Zach explained, receiving Esme understanding on the other end of the phone.

"were going to the studio" Jack told Zach, then stopped before leaving the room. "hi Esme!"

"i'll be there in a minute" Zach said, as Esme laughed on the other end. "i've gotta go"

"okay" Esme paused. "text me later, though"

"will do, see you later, Emmy"

"goodbye, Zach"
