"you know there's no need to be nervous" i said as i walked up besides payton, i grabbed ahold of his hand and held it in mine
today was the day payton was meeting the rest of my family. he was so nervous it was adorable
"i'm-i'm not nervous" payton replied, i let out a small laugh and looked over at finley and thomas who where walking infront of us
"you are, i can tell" i said
"sure" he smirked
"i can, everytime you're nervous you always watch your feet when walking and play with your fingers" i replied, he looked up at me and gave me a small smile
"you pay attention" he chuckled
"ehh only sometimes" i said
"but seriously pay, there's no need to be nervous" i added
"but you're parents are so scary" he lightly laughed
"they look scary but trust me they're not" thomas said turning around and looking at both me and payton
"you just have to be formal" finley said
"i can do that" payton nodded
"don't sound to sure there bud" thomas laughed
"i uh i'm not formal at all" he sighed
"we'll just put you in a corner with morgan and karson" i nodded
"please do" he replied, i let out a small laugh and looked up over at finley, we were basically outside of the restaurant we were meeting mom and dad at
"moms asking where we are" finley said as she looked down at her phone
"come come come" i said tightening my grip on paytons hand and pulling him towards the restaurant
"oh my" he mumbled, we got to the restaurant and i straight away opened the doors up. my parents hated when we were late
"name?" a waiter asked
"uh blake" i said, he looked up at us and gave us a nod
"follow me" he said before walking away down a corridor
"finley go infront of us" payton mumbled, she let out a small laugh and over took us, thomas following her
"here you are" the waiter smiled as he stopped at the table where mom and dad was sat
"thank you" finley smiled back, he gave her a nod and walked away
"hello" mom smiled as she looked over at me and payton
"hi" payton said, the same type of smile on his face
"it's nice to finally meet you both" he added, now looking over at my dad
"well it's nice to meet you too payton" dad smiled
"yeh, you too" mom said, i grabbed ahold of payton's hand and sat down next to mom, payton sitting inbetween me and morgan
"heyy" morgan smiled as he pulled payton into a hug kinda
"hello" payton replied
"i'm so awkward i don't know what to say" morgan laughed, he was like that, he suffered from anxiety.
"who are you?" karson asked looking over at payton, she was sat opposite morgan and charlie was sat at the end of the table, finley and thomas was sat opposite me and payton and dad was sat on the other end from charlie
"payton" he replied
"who are you?" he asked
"karson" she said
"nice to meet you karson" he smiled
"you too payton" she giggled
"are you reeses boyfriend?" charlie asked
"god no" i straight away replied
"yeh no" payton awkwardly laughed
"not yet" finley smirked
"shut up" i said looking over and kicking her legs under the table
"ow" she mumbled
"reese" mom said giving me a glare
"what?" i asked
"don't tell your sister to shut up" she replied
"or kick her" dad added
"well she's annoying me" i said
"finley don't annoy your sister" dad said now looking over at finley
"sorry reese" finley said
"mhm it's okay" i replied, a smile on my face
