"what uh what's the deal with you and payton?" thomas asked as we walked into the apartment building
"what do you mean?" i replied as we walked over to the elevator, i pushed the up button and looked over at tom
"are you together? have you confessed your feelings? what is going on?" he said
"nothing" i simply shrugged
"why would we confess feelings we don't have?" i asked, thomas let out a loud scoff making half of the people in the building look at us
"he's in love, you're in love, jee" he said, i gave him a "are you serious look" and looked over at the elevator doors, they opened up and both me and thomas walked inside of them
"he kissed me last night, like proper kissed me" i mumbled as i pressed the button for our floor, i watched as the doors closed and then looked over at thomas
"what?" he asked, completely gobsmacked
"i don't know thomas, i'm so confused" i said
"he kissed you?!" he asked
"yes" i replied
"i really like him tom" i mumbled
"what?!" he said
"so much just came out of your mouth" he added
"he...kissed you...and you...like him?" he asked
"yes" i replied
"reese what the hell, go and get your mans" he said, the elevator door opened up and he straight away pushed me into the corridor and basically dragged me towards the apartment
"thomas" i laughed, we reached the apartment door and thomas straight away opened it up
"hello" finley straight away said, her eyes snapping up to us, she was sat on the far end of the couch and payton was laid on the other couch
"h-hey" payton said
"reese has something to say!" thomas said, i gave him a look and just shook my head
"n-no i don't" i replied
"but can you let go off me?" i asked as i tried to pull away from thomas's grasp, he let out a small "oh" and let go off my arm
"thank you" i laughed, i took my gloves and coat off and walked over to the coat closet
"did you hear anything we were talking about?" payton asked
"no" i called out
"positive?" he replied
"yep" i said, popping the p. i walked out of the closet and then over to where he was laid
"what where you talking about?" i asked looking over at him, he sat up and looked over at finley
"penguins"
"megan thee stallion" they both said at the same time, payton saying penguins and finley saying megan thee stallion
"oh i see the resemblance" i nodded as i sat down besides payton
"you do?" payton asked
"no you dick i was being sarcastic" i laughed, he gave me a look and wrapped an arm around my shoulder, pulling me closer to him
"you two are so cute" thomas teased, a small blush spread across my cheeks and i straight away flipped the boy off
"awwww look at little reescy getting all embarrassed" finley said, a bigger blush spread across my face and i shoved my head into payton's chest, he let out a small laugh and gently rubbed my back
