She lay at the bed, her clouded eyes overwhelming her judgment. She couldn't feel, couldn't react, just felt a craving for that warm feeling to envelope her once more. Just one more time wouldn't hurt.
He took advantage of her delusional state, mainly because he was the one who brought it on. Sliding from the door frame, he swiftly made his way over to the silken sheets where she lay.
Her shirt drooped down off her shoulder, exposing her neck and collarbone. The smooth skin drew him in, intoxicated by the sweet stench of her coursing blood. Over the last few weeks, he had become addicted to her, addicted to her taste.
This didn't come without compensation, a vampire's lust is a dual-headed blade. Desire for his greed made her feel giddy and warm, making her fall for his tricks over and over again.
He ran his cold fingers through her hair gently, slowly placing the lock behind her ear. She held her breath as he traced his soft fingertips across the skin of her bare neck.
"I need you. Please..." She whined, earning a smirk in response.
"You're so needy, aren't you Y/N," He blew on her neck, causing her whole body to shiver in anticipation.
"Bite me already! Bite me, Jake!"
Jake wasted no time and sunk his teeth deep into her neck, drinking her sickeningly sweet blood. Y/N ran her hands through his hair, pushing him deeper.
This became their life, this was the result of the fall of the Kingdom of Enhypen. King Heeseung had failed them, but King Sunghoon and his most trusted advisor Jake were their salvation. No longer would they have to suffer.
