CHARLIE HAD INVITED SKYLAR ON a hike to climb the grouse grind, along with savannah, owen, jeremy, booboo, and madison
"why did i come again?" skylar sighs as she realizes she could've been laying in bed watching supernatural
"because you love spending time with me" charlie grinned as he hung his arm around his shoulder
skylar playfully rolled her eyes "if i get tired, will you carry me?" she asked, pouting slightly
"absolutely not" charlie said with a grin
"we'll see about that" she smirked as she walks off to be with booboo

"this is the last time i come on a hike" madison says out of breath as she leans on a tree
"i really act like i don't have pages of lines to memorize" owen adds as he takes a sip of his water

"ow!" skylar mutters as she feels a acorn hit her exposed thigh. she glances over to see both charlie and booboo holding a laugh "we are not going to start th—
she was cut off by another acorn hitting her calf "ba— charlie stop!"
the others were to distracted by trying to catch their breath to hear the girl almost say 'babe'
skylar leaned down and picked up some acorns that were by her feet. she threw one of them at charlie, hitting his neck. she threw another one, hitting his chest
she noticed charlie grab another handful, so she pushed past owen and savannah and took off running up the steps to continue the hike
"you guys are such children" madison calls out as charlie passes her to catch up to skylar
he finally caught up to her, wrapping his hands around her waist, picking her up as skylar lets out a squeal
"charlie put me down" she chuckles softly
so he does. he glanced back to see the others still a bit behind. he turned around and quickly kissed his girlfriend. she smiled before gripping the hat that laid on his head, pulling it off and placing it on her head
