Y/n was stuck in a coma where she would have these imaginations, the moment she woke up, learning how to walk and do basic things in our lives, she was able to live normally until she stumbled upon a person in her imagination, is it destiny?

Y/n PoV

I walk around and see a very big tree that stood in the middle of the hill

I look around and see my friend walking beside me " What's this?" I ask him

 he smiles and looks at the tree " It's a wishing tree, wanna make a wish?"

 I look at him and smile, " Sure!" I close my eyes and hold my hands together

' I wanna be with you forever ' that thought kept running through my head until I opened my eyes and looked at him

 " What did you wish for?" I ask him, he chuckles and places his index finger on his lips

 " If I tell you it won't happen" he smiles, " Aigo you're like an angel"  

" I am one aren't I?" I chuckle as I pinch his cheek

" Well I can give you a clue I guess" I look at him

 " My wish is about you" I point at myself " Me?" he nods his head

 " can't you tell me? Now I'm really curious" he chuckles 

" Okay fine, my wish was I wa-"

" Hello? Y/n?" I open my eyes and a bright light shined on me

I see my Mom as she looked at me happily 

" We should run a few tests on her before anything"
