y/n looked up from her phone confused. she was sitting in her last period when the bell rang. gathering her belongings she ran out the door and looked around for someone, she wasn't even sure who she wanted right now. will came up next to her and smiled warmly. she figured the boys wouldn't mind and the two set off to get something to eat

"what?" he wasn't mad, more dissapointed, in himself. he should've asked her, he had plenty of time

"you good?" toby looked to him slightly concerned

tommy let out a sigh and nodded, "its not like they're dating right?"

toby rubbed his neck awkwardly "i mean they just went out together, so could be a date? im not sure" he noticed his friends change in expression "never mind that, we're going to the arcade" he grabbed his arm and dragged him to the car

y/n knew she had plenty of homework to do but when she looked out the window and spotted tommy she figured that was more important. she threw open the window and sat on the roof opposite him, leaning back on her hands "hi" she smiled

"oh what's up" he looked slightly distracted but turned to her

"just finished streaming" she yawned "you ok? you're not as loud" she teased hoping to get some sort of a reaction

"yeah yeah i'm all good !" his voice was dull "talk to you tomorrow?" he offered as he started to go back inside. y/n looked to him for a moment before responding "yeah, see you tomorrow"
