I know I said this would be a sick Jude fic (that will be next chapter, which will come out very soon) but my friend had an  idea where I rewrote Cardans letters to Jude during exile.

The Seneschal to the High King of Elfame,
Though it has been a few since your departure from our lands, I thought you may needth know of the court dwellings.

We have made peace, as of now, with the Kingdom of Water.

Week 6;
The High Queen of Elfame,
As I remarked in my last note, no dread has been made during your absence.

Your exile has also taught me that the daily duties of the High King are extremely drab, especially when I have no second in command. I have found said duties to be unbearable and not something I would like to continue.

My Queen,
I take your unresponsive behavior as a sign of protest, I understand your upset. But I find that we both should agree your lack of response is completely irrational and childish.

As the High Queen I expect better, and so does the kingdom.

Since you have not felt the need to answer let me put it outright; you are offically no longer in exile.

Let your soul touch that of Elfame's once again.

Jude,
I have found a way for you to no longer ignore me. I have been speaking to you in my dreams and have come to the conclusion, you should be ready to come home.

I plead with you, enter Elfame once again before I find out if these are dreams or nightmares.

If you have not arrived in Elfame by the next sunset, I will personally see to it that I find the doorstep of your place of rest and retrieve you. If you are handed to me with any injuries, fear not the people who have pained you so will be beheaded at the foot of the dias.
