I opened my eyes to be relieved after a refreshing sleep. I looked at the change of scenery and that I wasn't in my apartment. I noticed something was softly resting on my torso. I weakly moved my head to see a hand on me. 

I guess my movement got someone's attention because right after I moved I heard a familiar voice, "Morning sunshine." I flopped over to where I was on my back and I could see Nick grinning at me. 

I rolled my eyes in response and sat up, I fidgeted with the sleeves of my sweater, "Sorry if I made you uncomfortable." I chuckled nervously and he just looked at me and smiled, "Don't worry, if anything it was comfortable." He shrugged. I nodded and then Dream and George walked out.

"oh!" Nick grabbed my wrist and pulled me over to George who had Dream's arm wrapped over his shoulder. Nick grabbed George away from Dream's grasp and placed him right next to me before bursting out in a fit of laughter, everyone giving him a confused look. 

"Karl's taller!" He chuckled causing Dream to laugh at George, me joining in soon. "We're like the same height!" George complained. I grinned as I looked at him, I was maybe like, half an inch taller than George, but it was still there. "Nope, I'm taller." I giggled causing a scoff from George, "whatever."

We spent a few hours exploring the streets looking at the outsides of buildings. There was a cute small flower shop which had quite a lot of bees around it. 

I grabbed Nick's arm and pulled him over with a gasp. "Look! Can I get a plant?" I smiled and he chuckled in reply and we walked in. There was a petite woman who had her back turned and she was watering some of the flowers on display.

"Hello!" I greeted with a smile. She turned to look at me and suddenly I could see her face, "Niki...!?" I gasped as I perked up. Her smile grew large as she ran past the counter and brought me into a tight embrace, "Karl!" Her German accent chimed and I wrapped my arms around her. "Since when did you come to the UK?" She asked releasing me. "I moved here like, 4 days ago." I chuckled, "Why didn't you tell me?" She tilted her head and I just shrugged, "Surprise?"

"Ahem..." I turned over to Nick who cleared his throat to gain my attention, "Oh! This is Nick." I smiled and held his arm, clinging onto him. "He looks like Sapnap." She grinned as she looked at him. "Well, I mean...He is." I looked up at him, to which he replied with a small chuckle and she gasped, "Really!?" 

She was a really gullible person so it was no shock to how quickly she believed me. 

After a few minutes of talking, I pointed at a small plant which was just a stem with some leaves looking like a shrub. "I want that one." I grinned and she grabbed it and handed it to me, "How much?" I asked tilting my head as I stared at the plant examining its features. "It's free for you." She chuckled and I gasped. "Thank you~!" I giggled and she nodded in response.

Once Nick and I left, he spoke up, "Who was she?" He asked with a stern voice. Confused I replied, "Just an internet friend." "A friend...?" He repeated and I looked at him as I raised an eyebrow, "huh?" He eyed me and I nodded a bit intimidated from his all a sudden dominant persona. 

He shrugged as he turned back to face the concrete. "Kevin..." I mumbled to myself. "What?" He looked down at me and I kept my eyes locked on the fragile plant I had in my grasp, "Its name is Kevin." I said with a small grin appearing on my face. "The plant?" He tilted his head and I nodded with a now apparent smile.

"Want to go to my apartment?" I looked at him with puppy eyes wanting to spend more time with him. "Alright, for a bit, then I need to go to practice for the concert." He grinned and scruffed my hair, "Can I come!? I-If it's not too much to ask." I giggled quietly not wanting to seem too clingy. He replied with a nod and I threw my arms in the air.

On our way back to my apartment the sky became a bit dim and the rays of sunlight were only shown in some places on the street where buildings weren't blocking it. "Hey, Nick...?" I looked up at him and he moved his head a bit to look at me. "Are we friends? Or am I being annoying and your too nice to say no?" I frowned and he stopped walking with a grin. "Well, I assume were friends, your really fun to hang out with." He chuckled slightly with a soft grin. "

I smiled and hugged him wrapping my arms around his neck to give him the opportunity to grab my waist to which he took as we hugged. "What's this about?" He said as his thumbs softly rubbed my waist, almost unfeelable by the sweater. "I don't have many friends, kind of only Niki and some more online friends," I said which came out a bit muffled as my face was nuzzled into his chest. I peeked up to see him looking down at me, "Well now you have George and Dream, and most importantly, me!" He proudly said with a giggle. I rolled my eyes and closed my eyes as I exhaled comfortably in the warmth of our bodies colliding. 

"Tired?" He stroked his fingers through my hair softly and I shook my head, "No, this is just comfortable." I replied causing him to smirk, I could tell he was enjoying this position too as he pulled me even closer.
