Chapter 2

6 Years ago: 

The next day at school Jangmi went back to school as hopeful as she was in the past few days that Sunghoon would return back. Walking into school she greeted Taeha and then immediately began to look for Sunghoon. Usually Sunghoon wasn't too hard to spot among the students but this time Jangmi couldn't see him anywhere

 "Tae have you seen Sunghoon anywhere?"

 Taeha just shook her head and looked down

 "Ugh where could he be? I swear when I see him again I'll give him the biggest punch I can for just running away like that" Jangmi said as she began to get frustrated

 Suddenly she could hear her name being yelled

 "Jangmi!"

 Jangmi lit up as she thought it was Sunghoon but when she turned around it was just his friend 

"Oh hey" Jangmi sighed

 "Why that voice" Jake asked

 "You didn't think we were Sunghoon did ya?" Jay said

 "Just leave me alone" Jangmi said as she looked down

"Hey come back!" Jake and Jay yelled as they both to catch up to Jangmi

 "If it helps we got more information from Mrs. Park!" Jay yelled. Mrs. Park?!?! Jangmi immediately turned around and walked back to the two boys with Taeha following

 "Alright what is it?" Jangmi demanded

"Meet us at the rooftop at lunch" Jake said

 "Why can't you just tell me now" Jangmi whined

 "There's not enough time" Jay said

 "But we still have ten minut-" Jangmi said but then stopped as the boys hurried away

 "Looks like we're making a trip to the rooftop this afternoon" Taeha sighed

 "Yeah whatever let's go" Jangmi sighed as she rolled her eyes

Once the two girls entered the class they both took a seat next to each other where they usually sat

 "Jangmiii" a familiar voice rang in Jangmi's ears

 It was no other then Sunmi

"Can I pleasee have the homework answers, I forgot to do them last night"

 "Again?" Jangmi groaned

 "Yes pleaseee" Sunmi whined

 Usually Jangmi would keep asking her questions but she was too worried about Sunghoon so she just gave Sunmi her papers

"Thanksss" Sunmi smiled as she hurried back to her seat

 Less than five minutes later Sunmi slipped Jangmi's homework back on her desk and went back to her seat just in time as the teacher arrived in the classroom

 "Alright class today we'll be getting a new seating chart so please grab your things and go to the back of the class" Mrs. Yang said as she pulled out her clipboard

 "Noooo but I love this seat" Taeha whined as she clung onto Jangmi

 "Can't we just pick our seats again?" A student asked

 Mrs. Yang just shook her head and began reading off names. Some students were happy others not so much. 

"Alright and in this row is Jungwon, Jangmi, and Sunghoon" Mrs. Yang frowned as she saw only Jungwon and Jangmi going to their seat
