Chapter 33

Sarawat's P.O.V.

Tine offered to stay with me and help me but I refused and ignored his messages, what else could I do? I couldn't let Tine be in danger, Phukong's arrest meant that everyone would just focus on me, and that isn't exactly a good thing in a clan. 

"Dad, you called me... what do you want? How's Phukong?" I asked, my dad looked at me, he looked very tired and he didn't answer immediately like he was too shocked after what happened

"I... I'm doing my best to help him... he seems to be ok, but I won't let him stay there for too long, I asked Mil to use his contacts to bail him out as soon as possible" my father replied

"I understand, well... is there anything else you want to talk about dad?" I asked looking away

"Yes, you just have to stay out of troubles, can you promise me that? Please..." he begged me 

"I will do my best, I promise dad..." I replied whispering. He came closer to me and patted my shoulder

"I'm so happy that I can finally trust you... I feared so much that you were just like your grandfather but it looks like you finally changed... I didn't want to see you pass away before me..." he added

"yes dad... we ... we should always talk... no matter what happened, hiding things just kept killing our family... but if we are just sincere about anything... things will get better right?" I asked, he looked at me and nodded smiling

"I'm going to rest for a few minutes... do you want to tell me anything else nong?" my dad asked me

"Dad... I... actually...." he looked at me confused

"What's wrong?" he asked concerned

"You... you all know about my... umm... my..." 

"Your what? What are you talking about son?" he asked 

"My... my..." I kept stuttering, my eyes started watering and as I tried to talk I just sobbed, I closed my eyes and felt his arms hugging me

"you don't have to say anything if you don't feel like you want to do it, I'm here for you, you can call me whenever you want, I will always come" he said, I pushed him away and finally managed to speak

"What? Don't say such thing or I will end up believing it! I called you so many times when grandpa kept beating me up because I was with that boy but you didn't come!" I shouted

 I didn't even know why I was saying such thing, it was obvious that he couldn't come... grandpa took me to that place so that nobody could hear me...

He just looked at me shocked, he was about to hug me again but then he probably thought that it wasn't the right moment and that I was way too angry to accept it. 

Mil's P.O.V

"So, are you going to tell me why you called the police or not?" Phukong asked

"Phukong, I'm busy fixing the perfect plan that your father just ruined because he didn't want to let you stay in that filthy prison for a few days, just be thankful that I took you here to my flat instead of the base, this is much more comfortable" I replied disappointed

"Yeah sure, especially because I don't have to sleep alone, I suppose that I will be silent if you promise me that I will have a little gift tonight" Phukong replied 

"You little..." I said smirking
