"I'm on the 1:30 AM flight," Sarawat says hastily on the phone. "Hello? Wat?" Tine looks at his phone screen. "What do you mean you're on the 1:30? Your flight is not till 9 AM right?" Tine asks confusedly. "There's no way I'll wait till later to see you. I've given them 3 days of my time. I can't give them anymore." Sarawat supplies. "Wat, this is crazy. Why are you in a hurry? We'll still see each other in the morning," Tine says. A little expectant. "Why won't I hurry to you? You're home." The other male says feigning nonchalance. Tine had long since mastered the art of waking up without opening his eyes. It was his default when Sarawat was away. Anything to postpone the moment Tine had to acknowledge his absence.
