Ben was stood in Elisabeths office as he kept on rehearsing what he could possibly say,

"That doesn't make sense!" He groaned to himself not realising that the blonde walked into the room,

"So is casually talking to ourselves a thing we do in my office now?" Elisabeth joked referring to the time last week when Ben caught her just having a full blown conversation with herself.

"Kinda, I need to tell you something love." The footballer awkwardly smiled not realising how his word choice would worry the young girl,

"So basically I was on the phone to my mum yesterday, and she asked about you and then we were having a chat and," he added as he started rambling on,

"Baby," Elisabeth grabbed onto his hands and placed a kiss on his lips to get him to shut up for a moment,

"Breathe, and just say what you wanted to say," she let out a slight laugh as she rubbed her thumb the back of his hand,

"My parents are coming next week, and they want to meet you," since they had been back together for a week and a half he didn't know if it was too early,

"Great, just please tell me you aren't cooking?" Elisabeth had never experienced the boys cooking, but she knew he even struggled to make things like eggs.

Elisabeth was sat in Christians living room as the two caught up on the most random things,

"So how's the cat?" The American asked as the girl let out a scoff,

"You're trying to distract me and it's not going to work Pulisic," the blonde let out a cheer as she won the third game of Mario Kart in a row,

"But Garfield is doing well if you must know," she added before sitting back down on the couch,

"Let's play a different game," Christian pleaded deciding that he was having enough of losing,

"Fine what would you like to play?" The Norwegian turned to him as the boy got an idea,

"How about CoD?" It was one of the few video games that the blonde was awful at,

"Ima hit you with a rebound statement and remind you that I'm still in charge of your recovery work outs." The club had a rule that if you were a player that was out for a month or more then once you got fit you still had to continue one with recovery sessions for four weeks once you were match fit again.

It was finally the morning of the dinner with Ben's parents,

And Elisabeth spent it running around the local Tesco.

"Samira," the blonde smiled as her roommate finally picked up,

"Would do you want?" The tattoo artist had been to a party the night before and obviously wasn't happy to be disturbed at ten in the morning,

"I need your opinion for a good wine to have for when I meet Ben's parents," since her roommate had been to meet Trent's parents the weekend before the blonde figured that she was the best person to ask.

"Why?" Samira groaned as there was the sound of Garfield in the background,

"You hurt my cat and I'll kill you," Elisabeth calmly spoke to the phone not realising the amount of people who were around her,

"But you'll because I'm your best friend, and if you don't I'll just ask Katarina," the Norwegian added as she heard her roommate jump out of bed,

"You dare!" Samira groaned as she most likely slipped on the floor,

"Get them a nice bottle of red wine, it's going into winter now anyways," the Russian added in a duh tone,

"Thanks you're a star!" Elisabeth squealed before hanging up.

"So let me get this straight," Josephine started still not believing what she was hearing from the footballer,

"Elisabeth told you to go make yourself busy, so she could cook for your parents. And you decided to come here?" She asked as she cocked her head before shaking it,

"You get any ideas like that Mister and we're done," the teacher pointed to her boyfriend who instantly stuck his hands up,

"I haven't done anything!" Jack groaned as she still shook her head,

"It's that I don't trust what goes on up here sometimes," she motioned to his head as Ben let out a laugh,

"Please I beg you for all of our sakes, put a bloody ring on her mate." The defender added before he got a notification on his phone.

"I have to ask, what do you see in my son?" SALLY CHILWELL asked the blonde who sipped her wine,

"Is this meant to be a trick question?" Elisabeth asked as the older women shook her head,

"Oh no, in my opinion I always thought my son could be a bit of a twat sometimes," the duo had quickly became friends which helped calm the Norwegian,

"Well, he can be lovely when he wants to be," the physio let out a laugh as the boys walked back into the house,

"You better not be gossiping about us!" JOHN CHILWELL shook his head as the girls smiled.
