Love You To Save Me [LYTSM]

1 ~ "Love Scenario"

Sira looked at her hand, which was formed to a fist and stared at her members' hands. Both of them were displaying their palm. Paper. She lost.

"Very funny", she said sarcastically and let her hand down. "You guys agreed on paper earlier, right? When I was in the bathroom?"

"No", Ara said with length. Ara was the youngest member of their girl group TriANGEL.

Jiha, the oldest of them, rolled her eyes with a grin. "You never trust us, Sira"

"Only because I know you both", Sira responded and sighed. She stared at the mirror behind her friends and admired the reflection. The three of them were sitting on the floor of the practice room. They were soaked in sweat, because they had just practiced for multiple hours without a proper break. She wanted to make fun of their looks, but before she could say anything the door to the room opened.

It was TriANGEL's manager Moon. He came in and smiled at them. "Have you decided yet?"

Jiha, being the leader of the group, stood up and walked towards him. Ara and Sira were way too lazy to stand up. They stayed on the floor and looked at their beloved manager with puppy-dog eyes.

"I don't want to", Sira said stubbornly.

Jiha looked back at Sira. "But you lost."

Sira folded her arms angrily. "I don't even understand why we decide important stuff like that with rock, paper, scissors!"

Manager Moon laughed. "So, it's Sira?" He nodded slowly. "I think she'll do great." He checked his phone and wrote a message to his superior. When he was done, his eyes fixed on Sira.

She could immediately feel the burden on her shoulders.

"The CEO is waiting. Come". Moon held the door open for her.

Sira was still sitting on the floor and wiped sweat from her forehead. "Can I at least get changed before that?" She was the main dancer of the group. However, her group members were incredibly talented when it came to dancing, which is why Sira always tried to do especially well. Even if it was just practice - she wanted to prove that she deserved the title as main dancer of TriANGEL.

Moon shook his head. "No. He has to leave soon, so hurry."

Sira gave in and stood up.

Ara stood up as well and patted her back. "Have fun!"

With a death glare towards her members Sira left the room. "You'll pay for this."

Manager Moon hurried through the corridor. Sira tried to keep up with his speed.

"Slow down, Moony", she begged him.

Moon smiled back at her and then got into the elevator. "I'm sorry. But you know I want to keep this job and the CEO is not in a good mood today."

"Is he ever?" Sira leaned against the mirror in the elevator as they went up. "I know our company is struggling financially right now, but this whole idea is completely nuts!"

"I don't like the idea either", Moon admitted. He looked concerned. TriANGEL's manager was already in his 30s and the members of TriANGEL always saw him as a father figure. Sira was touched by how much Moon cared about them.

"So much that you will talk him out of this idea?", she tried half-heartedly.

The elevator opened its door and Moon laughed while stepping out. "Nice try." He turned to her and shrugged his shoulders. "My hands are tied, Sira."

She shivered as she heard his next words.

"You'll have to make Taro fall for you."

This story takes place in the Kpop industry in Seoul, but I came up with all the characters myself. So no, the characters of this story DO NOT represent any existing idols in the industry. If you do think that they resemble someone, my apologies - I did not intend to do so. 😅

And yes, in case you already noticed, the chapters will be named after some kpop songs I've liked in the past :) Of course I'll make sure they fit the chapter's content.
