Chapter-2

The next day:

I woke up at 6a.m and went about my morning chores while listening to BTS songs. Well they put me in the mood to actually do something. I can't afford to have an elaborate breakfast. So I have a slice of bread and wash it down with water. I pack my bags and am ready by 7:30 a.m. I go down to see that Seo Hyun is already waiting for me on his bike. I put on the helmet and as he heads to college.

"Did you finish your homework?" he asks.

"Yes, I finished it around 12:30 yesterday...did you?"

"Nah, I'll just make up something on spot."

"You really are something else Seo Hyun."

"Well, girls don't fall for me for no reason." I laugh at that.

Once we reach college, we go separate ways. He chose electric music while I chose singing and classical music. The college also gives a course in dance, so that is an added advantage. Me and Seo Hyun have only two periods together- the free hours and the chording sessions. In college I am the shy, introverted person who avoids everyone as much as possible. I grab my books and head to the choir room where I have to deal with a few bitches.

I take a deep breath before I enter the room. "Here comes the slut! Looks like we can pass the time faster now!" shouted someone.

*thoughts*: pass the time faster? Oh please Ms.Wong, please come faster...

"Ya! What are you doing there? Get your ass here right now!"

I get up and slowly walk to Tae Youn, the queenka of the college. She's got her eyes set on Seo Hyun and hates it whenever we both are together.

She grabs my hair and shouts "Did you come to college with my man again?" "N-No" I lied to save myself.

"Ya! Don't you dare lie to me! Do you think I don't have eyes?!" she turned to her brainless sheep and told, "Girls, you know what you have to do...don't wanna get my hands dirty by touching this shit." Instantly, I get punches and kicks to me body.

*thoughts*: Gosh! What is taking Ms.Wong so long....

The headmaster addresses all of us through the common speakers.

"Good morning students! Today, due to personal reasons Ms.Wong will not be coming to the college. I request you all to maintain discipline and practice your pieces on your own. Have a great day!" Have a great day? My foot!

"Looks like we can have fun the whole hour... " I stop my tears from falling. I didn't want act as a coward in front of these girls. I have never told anyone about this daily torture that I go through-- not even Seo Hyun. The worst part is that I can't even report it to the teachers. Why? Because it turns out that Tae Youn is the daughter of the head master.

After a few more punches and kicks, they let go of me. I was left sprawled on the floor, hardly able to get up. But if I didn't get up and go out right away, I would have to receive more beatings. I limp my way out of the room and walk towards the bathroom.

As I walk towards the bathroom, someone grabbed my hand and pulled me into a dark room. "Where are you hurt ?" asked a deep, husky and a familiar yet unfamiliar voice. "Who are you?" I asked, not wanting to talk to strangers after what had just happened. "Just answer my question. Where are you hurt? Or do you simply not want my help?" I weighed the balance of him being a good guy and a bad guy. But, who would refuse help when they are in my state? I showed my bruises a little hesitantly. He touched and them and there was a flash of light from my skin as he touched them. I winced a little at the pain. But, in no time, I was as good as new. Before I could say another word he disappeared from sight as though he was never there. That was strange.....

*In another cor ner of the city*

"Have you found the girl yet?" boomed a female's voice through the mirror. "No, your highness. But we believe she is in the same city as us. We are close to finding her. It is a little hard to find her considering the fact that she always wears the pendant of her mother," answered an orange-haired man.

"Well, you better hurry up. Ava's armies are advancing towards the south now. It won't be long until she attacks us. We need the girl to save us. The future of the fae kingdom rests on you all and the girl. "

"We will, your excellency. Do not fret," answered the blue haired man.

And with that the mirror went back to the way it used to be. "How are we to find this supposed queen? Isn't the fae army big enough to fight Ava's armies? Does finding this girl really matter?" groaned Min Yoongi. "Oh, stop your groaning. We are going to have to find her somehow. Or the queen will nag us for the rest of our lives. We will just have to keep our minds open to hear any kind of thoughts around us," answered Hoseok.

"Guys, please calm down. The queen can ward of Ava's army's for the time-being. All we need to do is to find this girl. God! This is killing me already!" Jimin said.

The door opened to reveal Taehyung. He was panting as though he was running a marathon. "Guys, I think we have a lead...."
